• Sharareh (1/5): - Nothing ! Only parking was ok The rooms are terrible, extremely old and nothing close to the photos, when I checked in they had put 2 bath towels and that’s it. No hand towels , no shampoo, no soap There is no reception or staff that you can ask them to give you ! So it was the most terrible stay I have ever had. As soon as you enter the building it smells so terrible also. Never ever again.

• Joshua (6/5): Good location but mislead with kitchen - The location is walking distance from public transport options. It’s a nice and quiet place to stay. Bed was comfy and the private bathroom was great. There wasn’t any cutlery in the kitchen and very limited plates, pots and pans so you can’t really use the kitchen. We also asked to keep our luggage in the lobby for two hours as we waited to leave for the airport but were told no which wasn’t very accommodating.
• Pablo (6/5): Bien mai aurait pu être mieux - Proximité avec le CBD. Place de parking dans la rue. Gratuite du samedi midi au dimanche. Payante pour certaine place et d’autre sont gratuit avec limite de temps. Cuisine, salon, salle à manger commun bien entretenue. Le ménage est fait tout les jours. Linge de lit et linge de bain propre. Petit échantillon de shampoing et savon fourni (pratique fin de road trip quand on a plus rien), les peinture des murs et des portes pourrait être refaite (mais ce n’est qu’un détail) Flyers présent dans l’entrée pratique pour savoir ce qu’il y a faire autour. Attention ceci n’est pas un hôtel, ça ressemble plus à du airbnb. Il y a un total de 6 chambres. 3 avec salle de bain perso attenante à la chambre, 1 avec salle de bain perso dans le couloir et 2 avec salle de bain partagée. La cuisine, la salle à mangé et le salon sont en commun. Le gros points négatif de notre séjour a été d’être réveillé en pleine nuit par des bruits dans le plafond … oui des bruits d’animaux nous supposons des souris/rats au vus des grattements et des bruits. Il va falloir remédier à ça !!!!!! Autre point négatif mais le propriétaire n’y est pour rien c’est le bruit fait par les autres occupants ( douche à 4h du matin, télé au volume très fort pendant la nuit, ne pas chuchoter…) de plus les occupants de la chambre 4 se sont permis d’utiliser notre salle de bain privative qui est situé dans le couloir bien que ce soit écris sur la porte qu’elle est réservé à la chambre 6, nous avons dû leur expliquer que la leur ce trouvait ailleurs. Il faudrait sûrement écrire en plus gros les informations sur les portes. Ils n’étaient d’ailleurs pas du tout discret leur conversation nocturne n’ont plus de secret pour moi.

• Anne-Sophie (2/5): No thanks - Only good thing was probably the alright location. Not too far from Northbridge, nice little walk to the upper end of Williams Street in like 10 mins Where to start… from bad communication, to dirty as f, to shabby interior. I booked the executive suite as i travelled with my sister and my 4 month old baby. The photos of the room showed a big bed as well as a sleeping couch. Also the welcome texts stated the possibility of having different bed configurations. NO we got 1 double bed (yes, for 2 audlts and a baby!) and the couch was replaced with 2 rustic metal chairs you’ll usually find on a balcony. So comfy. To be fair I found out about the missing couch beforehand when I requested using it but what I found in the room was not the advertised KING bed either. After calling them to ask about the beds and pointing out our situation I was told I could get a roller bed for 40 bucks per night extra. Why do I have to pay for their false advertisement? But that’s already my next point: bad communication! Not only false advertisement, i was told on the phone that they will talk to the owner about the bed situation and get back to me. Guess what. Im home by now and haven’t heard back. Anyways, we made it work with 1 bed only. TRIGGERWARNING for looking at the photos, you might wanna grab a bucket. Not only is the whole „suite“ worn-out. There is smears of god knows what all over the walls and doors, the little shelf in the bathroom (only option to put your stuff down) is filthy, so is the windowsill in the shower where someone left their old used soap and rubbish. Not the hosts fault but his duty to clean it before the next guest. I’m not sure if the light in the bathroom wasn’t working so they don’t have to clean or if the toilet was full of piss, hair and I don’t know, have a look at the photo, because they didn’t see when cleaning in the dark. Well we took a light in there to use the toilet. Is that not what people do? DISGUSTING What else…Ah! A big old stinky toe nail (I reckon male, left foot) fell out of the blanket.

• Valeria (6/5): If you’re looking for a good budget stay this would be it. - The property was near to the stadium which was a 10! We just walked across to attend the games which was great. The TV didn’t work very well and we couldn’t turn the fan on as the AC was not as strong as we would like overall the room was clean and comfy. The kitchen probably needs a lot of attention as it was kinda dirty and the dishes wasn’t really clean very miss matched. Tea area was a abit dirty the drawers had some old used spoons. It was fine but could be better.

• Julie (1/5): I left 4 days into my 10 day stay!! Never again. - That finally after 2 days I had a lovely lady organise for someone to clean the room and have the aircon fixed. The bed linen and beds were clean - thankfully!! 1. It was difficult to contact - answer machine only 2. Initially communication was very poor - instead of being proactive and coming to the hotel and sorting out the issues, he kept saying do this, try that. How about you come and sort it out!! 3. There was poo all along the back toilet seat - 2 days to have cleaners come in and clean 4. The toilet light did not work - this took 2 days to rectify. 5. The TV remote never worked (I was booked there for 10 days and it never got fixed) 6. The air conditioner did not work initially (took 2 days to get this finally sorted) 7. I had someone trying to get into my unit on 2 occasions and when I called out “who was it” no reply so it WASNT A CLEANER. 8. This hotel was mis advertised - on Booking.com the hotel looked clean and modern. I was absolutely shocked on arrival at the filth, the lack of support and the major hazards with uneven floors. The building is very old and falling apart - the floors had big holes in them which was extremely unsafe.

• MARCO (7/5): The hotel itself nice and calm. The check in process tricky and way too complicated - The room was clean had all I needed. The bed comfortable. I had no experience with noisy guests and the impression of the place was overall good The check-in process definitely needs a review as well as the hours in which they pick up the phone. The person that answered on their cs line was not so friendly and hard to understand. The process might be familiar to Australians but if you come from Europe and the booking says confirmed and the room paid in advance, there is no reason why I should give the credit card details again and have an amount blocked on the card. I understand the mandatory online check in process but the mail should come at least 24 hours prior to arrival and not 4 or 5 when you are on the plane. As I arrived I saw the mail and completed the process. Still I received no codes to enter the facility. I had to call (not exactly the cheapest call of my life) and I had to say verbally again my credit card details (not the safest procedure). I could not understand the reason because I simply did not understand what the person was saying.If you call after 8PM (I barely made it) you just sleep in the streets, having paid everything. Frankly unacceptable. I was not the only one having this problem. Another European guest I met on the next day was simply furious and, in my opinion, for a good reason.

• ANNE (5/5): Last resort booking turned out okay and good value - This was literally the last hotel room available in Perth during the cricket matches. The hotel had some terrible reviews. As it turned out the room was fine. While not desirable, sharing a bathroom with one other room was part of the deal. No sign of staff so everything was done by email, sms and a code to enter. Very good value if you're on a tight budget. Much better than sharing a room in a dormitory for the same price or more. With no staff on site, it's not possible to leave any luggage as check-in and check-out times are rigid.

The double bed very comfortable, towels were nice and thick , kitchen was satisfactory however a toaster would be beneficial.. Great lighting in the bedrooms and I enjoyed the outside area. Maybe access to soap and toilet paper would be beneficial every 2nd day. The cleaner was most most helpful.... However some other residents complained to me and got no such results But id stay there again Very convenient to CBD , central perth train station football stadium, Northbridge and to Optus Stadium...

• stevens (4/5): Lack of TLC less cosmetics - Location, the cleanliness very pretty furnished but just looked like cosmetic cover for building deterioration and maintenance. The smell off the carpet, the poor up keep of the property, the door of the room we stayed in looked like it was abused. Holes in the floor boards, the floor felt like it was going to give inn. The bed being so flat or low on the floor. If a little more TLC was put into the actual maintenance and infrastructure of the property it would be a great place, floor definitely needs to go and carpets they stink. Cosmetically very pretty but move the make-up and its bad.

• Andres (7/5): Very convenient location, but something made us feel itchy during the night. - I like the location of the place, as we just had to walk to reach the city centre. I also enjoyed how easy it was to do the check in and check out, and the facility for serving a cup of coffee or tea. There were some tiny mosquitoes or similar things that made us feel itchy during the night.

• PhotoMC (2/5): Conditions meant I could not stay. - Ease of access The room looks nothing like the pictures. The blinds do not properly block out the light to the common area. The pillows were so soft and thin, that resting your hand on them flattened them completely. There was a mould stain in the bottom of the wardrobe, only a small bottle of shampoo and a soap bar was provided. The table under the tv was delaminating and the cupboard under the bathrpom sink needed replacing. I booked this room as it was close to work and I needed somewhere to ba able to get a decent sleep between shifts with a short turnaround. Instead, I did not stay the night, choosing to check out and drive the additional 45 minutes each way home, as I would have struggled to sleep in that room. What a waste of money.

• Brock (8/5): Comfortable apartment, when you finally get inside. - Clean and comfortable. Checking in was extremely difficult. The lockbox is in a dark area making it hard to see. The instructions were not very helpful when I was trying to get in, as they only allowed for someone in a car. Dragging 60kg of luggage through a car park was not easy. I found out the next morning that there was another entry less than 10m from where I was that I could have used instead of walking around blindly. Took ages to get hold of someone who could help when the lockbox wouldn’t open. In the end, from arriving until I got into the apartment, it was about 2.5 hours.

• Lawrence (1/5): By far the worst accommodation experience I have ever had my entire travel history. - When I requested to add one more day due to a flight reschedule, the operator assisted me perfectly. The deposit and payment were immediately and efficiently charged to my credit card. (No choice but to drag my luggage to a new location just for my last night in Perth.) Speaking of the deposit — I totally forgot about it. Will it be refunded or not? 1. Customer service failure – Calls went unanswered. We were left waiting in the lobby for hours for the room to be cleaned. When the cleaner finally arrived, they couldn’t answer any questions and told us to contact the owner. 2. Faulty toilet – The flush button was broken and unusable. 3. Faulty bed – The bed was unstable, shaky, and imbalanced. 4. Poor housekeeping – No daily cleaning or replenishment of toiletries, even when requested. We waited until noon as promised, but the cleaner never came, proving daily service was not provided.
