• Thea (10/5): Perfect - The perfect stay in Sao Miguel. Super clean. Towels are changed everyday. The Staff is the nicest I have ever met. Jessica, Suzanna and Annabela make you feel at home. They also make the best breakfast and the most delicious scrambled eggs! They also gave us advice on where to go everyday depending on the weather. Sao Miguel is the most beautiful country we’ve been to but it was extra special because we stayed at Casa Da Ilha. Will definitely come back! Everything was perfect

• STEPHANIE (10/5): Comme à la maison .. En mieux - Je mets 12/10 pour l'accueil. Le personnel est adorable, aux petits soins. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis comme chez nous! Vraiment merci à Annabella, Jessica et Suzana pour leur gentillesse. Pas grand chose.. En tout cas rien qui ne nous a empêché de passer un séjour inoubliable! On aurait aimé un sèche serviettes et surtout un placard pour pouvoir ranger les vêtements. Tout était parfait sinon!!!

• Eva (9/5): Moc hezké a příjemné ubytování. - Nově vybudované ubytování, moderní, čisté, majitelé moc příjemní lidé, ochotní, vstřícní. Snídaně skvělá, vybavení také. Vlastně si není na co stěžovat. Jen první moment byl trochu rozpačitý, protože ubytování se nachází v řadových domech a okolní domy jsou v hrozném stavu. Ale výhled jsme měli na oceán, kam se dalo chodit běhat nebo na procházky. Byli jsme moc spokojení a určitě ubytování doporučuji.

• Melanie (9/5): Alles in allem, ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Kommen sicher wieder!!! - Die Unterkunft ist super schön und stilvoll eingerichtet und das Bett ist sehr gemütlich. Das Frühstück ist super lecker und das Personal sehr sehr freundlich. Es herrscht ein richtig persönlicher Umgang, als ob man Urlaub bei Freunden macht. Es werden persönliche Tipps zur Insel gegeben, welche man vielleicht vorher nicht am Schirm hatte. Es war etwas kalt im Zimmer.

• Isabelle (10/5): Très beau séjour. - Nous avons eu un bel accueil du personnel, de beaux échanges au déjeuner également. Tout le monde était très gentil. À 20 minutes à pied du centre-ville. Le lit était très confortable avec une belle vue sur la mer. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et complet. La douche parapluie qui ne fonctionnait pas.

Disponen de café, té y agua a disposición en la zona común donde se desayuna. Las habitaciones son amplias y con camas muy confortables. Muy recomendado Nada. No está en pleno centro de Ponta Delgada pero se llega en menos de 30 minutos andando o 5 en coche.

• SILVIA (10/5): Estancia maravillosa en hotel precioso, y con el mejor personal posible, que te hacían sentir como en casa - El diseño, la comodidad, la tranquilidad, el desayuno, pero sobre todo el trato del personal. Anabela, Susana y Jessica han sido maravillosas, nos han hecho sentir como en casa Nada, todo fue maravilloso. Aunque llegar al centro de la ciudad te lleva unos 20 mints andando, elegimos a propósito este hotel porque queríamos la tranquilidad de las afueras, lo cual conseguimos, y realmente los 20 mints eran un paseo muy agradable pegados al mar

El trato de las chicas es muy personal, siempre pendientes en el desayuno, servicial y atentas a todos los detalles. Es un hotel muy familiar. El desayuno super rico y amplio. Te aconsejan diariamente qué cosas hacer y visitar. Las habitaciones todas nuevisimas, camas muy comodas , vistas al mar. No se puede pedir más, perfecto todo. ¡¡¡Volveremos!!! Nada.

Sentadas constantemente no sofá e todos os dias diziam com desdém "A esta hora já não limpámos o quarto." No último dia, ainda antes da hora de check out, bateram à porta do quarto com um força inacreditável enquanto berravam que se aproximava a hora de saída. Não sei de que curral saíram mas é completamente inaceitável que um alojamento com tanto potencial tenha pessoas como estas a dar a cara.

• Orestis (8/5): Good stay but improvements are due. - Very friendly staff and decent room and facilities. The breakfast was great. In winter, the room was very humid with no reliable way to decrease humidity. That was not the case in other of our stays. Our clothes in our bags started smelling after a while. Additionally, the AC when set to "warm" mode smelled really bad.

Mic dejun excelent, curățenie, totul foarte ok. Locuri de parcare suficiente (gratuit), restaurante foarte bune in apropiere. Faleza in apropiere unde vă puteți plimba și admira oceanul.

El trato del personal es muy atento y amable, pendientes de ti y de tus necesidades (por horarios, por excursiones). Las zonas comunes son cómodas y acogedoras. La ubicación es buena tanto de buenos restaurantes (no tan turísticos) como del centro caminando. El desayuno ofrecido por el alojamiento incluye productos locales y frescos.

Todas disponíveis para o que fizesse falta, muito atenciosas, simpatia e muito transparentes. As condições são excelentes, o pequeno almoço é dos melhores, completo, tudo fresco e de muito boa qualidade. Voltarei numa próxima pois criou-se uma boa amizade.

• SoulMaite (8/5): Good place but one can find cheaper with better views. - The beds and pillows, the room layout and friendliness of the staff. Breakfast had local products and was simple but good. The staff smoke during their breaks and sit in the courtyard early am so you cannot have the window open or they wake you up. Specially if you have the window that gives onto courtyard.

Můžete si udělat kávu a čaj zadarmo, což je moc milé. Někomu by možná vadilo, že je pokoj situován k silnici, nám to však nevadilo a ani jsme žádný hluk neslyšeli.

• Helena (10/5): - Adorámos tudo! A Jéssica e a Susana foram incríveis — sempre simpáticas, prestáveis e com uma atenção que nos fez sentir em casa desde o primeiro momento. O pequeno-almoço é delicioso e muito completo, e o mimo do chá e bolo disponível ao longo do dia é um verdadeiro conforto quando se regressa ao alojamento. Apesar de não ter estacionamento privado, há sempre lugares disponíveis mesmo à porta. A localização é tranquila e fica a cerca de 30 minutos a pé do centro de Ponta Delgada. Sem dúvida, um sítio onde voltaremos com gosto!

• Annegret (9/5): - Das Hotel war nicht groß das Personal dementsprechend wenig , sehr freundlich, dass es sich familiär anfühlte. Der Speiseraum könnte z.B. abends für mitgebrachtes Essen genutzt werden . Etwas mehr Stellfläche im Zimmer wäre von Vorteil gewesen.

• Torres Baez (9/5): Acogedor - La casa es impecable y con una vista maravillosa al mar. La atención de la señorita que trabaja allí fue excelente, siempre atenta y amable, lo que hizo que la estadía fuera aún más agradable. Todo estaba muy limpio y bien cuidado. Como pequeña sugerencia, sería perfecto contar con un Smart TV o uno de mayor tamaño para completar la experiencia.

• Kerstin (8/5): Super Appartment - sehr zufrieden - Das Personal war top! Bei Fragen immer hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück wurde nach Nachfrage auch früher bereitgestellt, damit man den Flug rechtzeitig erwischt! Super war auch, dass jeden Tag das Zimmer frisch gemacht wurde. Handtücher wurden jeden Tag erneuert & es gab sogar Badetücher für den Strand (somit braucht man keine eigenen mitbringen). Parkplatz war vor dem Appartment - konstenlos. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick - sehr schön! Leider war es ziemlich laut, da das Appartment neben der Straße liegt. Unser Appartment war ein wenig klein und mit den Koffern im Zimmer noch kleiner, da leider kein Kasten im Zimmer war - man muss eigentlich aus dem Koffer leben

• Gabriela (9/5): Schönes und gut gelegenes Stadthotel mit passendem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis - Die Lage am Stadtrand von Ponta Delgada ist ideal. Schlichtes Interieur im Nordisch Style, neuwertig und sehr sauberes Zimmer. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Das Casa da ilha liegt zwischen zwei Strassen. Der Verkehr ist bei geöffnetem Fenster dadurch hörbar.
