• Andrea (10/5): Wir haben uns rundum Wohl gefühlt und können das Hotel zu 100% weiterempfehlen. - Das Personal hat sich übertoffen. Unsere Kinder (19 und 16 Jahre) wurden in der Zimmerkategorie upgegradet, so dass sie ihr Zimmer direkt neben unserem hatten, im obersten Stockwerk mit super Aussicht. Das Essen und der Service in der Lounge waren unübertrefflich. Die Öffnungszeiten in der Lounge könnten abends etwas länger sein.
• C_SH (9/5): Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt - gerne wieder - Wir wurden sehr freundlich an der Rezeption empfangen. Freundlicherweise konnten wir früher einchecken und erhielten ein Upgrade auf ein geräumiges Zimmer, als sie sahen, dass mein Mann mobilitätseingeschränkt war. Wir wurden darauf vorsorglich darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass im Hotelflur möglicherweise Lärm durch Renovierungsarbeiten zu hören wären. Glücklicherweise haben wir davon kaum etwas mitbekommen. Excellent war auch der Service in der Executive Lounge. Wir wurden jederzeit freundlich empfangen und haben dank Malik und dem ganzen Team stets wohl gefühlt. Die Speisen waren abwechslungsreich und lecker. Besonders die Petite Fours waren optisch und geschmacklich sehr ansprechend. Wir haben während unseres Aufenthalts in Singapore vier Hotels besucht und kennen andere Hotels von früheren Aufenthalten in SIngapore. Das One Farrer gehört zu den Hotels, die uns von einem erneuten Besuch überzeugt haben. Auch möchten wir noch anmerken, dass das Hotel barrierefrei ist und sehr gut zugänglich. Mein Mann konnte gut mit seiner Mobilitätshilfe im Hotel und zum Zimmer gut rangieren. Die MRT Station mit Aufzug ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es tat uns sehr leid, dass wir nach dem Event das Hotel gewechselt haben. :-)

Malek and his team were most hospitable and welcoming, remembering names, food preferences and favourite seats, and went out of their way to make guests feel comfortable. It made the stay even more unforgettable. The room was spacious and clean with a nice view of the city and a bit of the sea. I’ll definitely consider coming back for a staycation.

• CLGS_GS (10/5): Never disappoints - We are back again after a break of 6 years or so, and One Farrer is still a fantastic choice for your stay in Singapore. Conveniently located on the SMRT NE Line, a stones throw to Little India and a short ride to anywhere the hotel provides a relaxing environment and first class service. Our stay this time was in a Skyline Villa - an upgrade thanks to the hotel - with access to the Skyline Lounge which serves three satisfying meals a day and friendly welcoming service. Our old friend, Malek continues to provide a friendly welcome and excellent service, as do all the staff in the lounge. We will certainly be back on our next pass through Singapore.

Check in is seamless with bags in the room before you, the rooms are luxurious, the technology within the rooms along with appliances if convenience exceptional. Let me tell you about the size of the room we are on floor 18 the room is huge, with work space, chairs and a couch a spa and separate shower and a king size bed to spread out on. The pool here is well very large and there are two to access if you are a guest with club benefits. The location is very easy with MRT access literally next door to the city centre. The views are incredible, do yourself a favour and come stay at One Farrer

Food was authentic especially the kueh pie tee and desserts and service excellent. Nice place to relax and enjoy the music as well . Had a great time and there are good discounts for seniors. Hardeep was the manager in charge and always attentive . Will not hesitate to return .

Thankfully, One Farrer Hotel ticked all our boxes. From the moment we arrived, the service exceeded our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and a welcome drink, which set the tone for our stay. Even more thoughtful was the gesture for our anniversary—the next day, room service surprised us with a cake. Our studio suite was spacious and well-designed, featuring a comfortable lounge area and a separate toilet. The bathroom was generously sized, with a great shower, and the overall atmosphere was calm and peaceful—exactly what we needed after an 8-week journey. We dined twice at Escape Restaurant and enjoyed guest discounts on both occasions. The food was consistently lovely, making it an easy choice to return. The gym appeared very well equipped, and we spent a couple of relaxing hours by the swimming pool, which was a perfect spot to unwind. We’d happily return to this excellent independent hotel.

• KT785 (10/5): Still (nearly) perfect after all these years - I gave a 5 star rating when I stayed here the same month, last year. The hotel is still (nearly) perfect. The room is as new, as comfortable, as great, as clean. The one issue I raised before remains. The bathroom has a fixed single glass pane with no door and the handheld shower still requires some careful twisting to avoid wetting the entire area outside the bathroom. I wish they would address this and achieve perfection.

We arrived early way too early luckily Baram at reception took pity on us not only allowing us to checkin but also gave a fantastic upgrade. So we went to the club for some refreshments and on to our room to crash out. We have an absolutely beautiful room with a great view of Singapore on the 18th floor near to the fabulous Club lounge. The Club lounge, I don’t know all their names but this morning we had Hairie and Maytee helping us special thanks to them and all the staff there not forgetting the ones at the egg station. This is our second visit to this hotel and once again it is/has been perfect, the pool is incredible in fact this was one of the deciding factors for our first booking. The rest of the hotel is well kept and our room is also kept well by housekeeping

The walls were so thing - It was Chinese new yr when we book - unlucky for us we had a Chinese family staying next door and they were so loud you could hear them clapping singing and shouting - don’t think the breakfast room was big enough for the amount of people staying g at the hotel and the pool could have done with some more sun beds - saying that - I would def stay again

The food she has prepared and curated was delicious as well. Her dedication to ensuring everything ran smoothly was truly commendable, and it was clear that she took great pride in her work. Throughout the planning and execution, Sham consistently went above and beyond to meet our requests, no matter how big or small. She was attentive, responsive, and proactive in anticipating our needs, which gave our team a lot of confidence and peace of mind. Our entire team was very impressed with her professionalism, patience, and warm attitude. It was a pleasure working with Sham, and we are very grateful for her efforts. We would highly recommend her and the team at One Farrer Hotel, and we look forward to working together again in the future.

• Werner (7/5): Fünf Sterne mit deutlichen Abstrichen am Pool - Gute Lage, sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption, sehr schönes und modernes Zimmer, riesiger schöner Pool Service am Pool ganz schlecht (Mitarbeiter muss man suchen gehen), wenig Betten und Sonnenschirme, Betten teilweise beschädigt, keine Auflagen auf den Betten. Es ist schade, wie der sehr gute Gesamteindruck dadurch getrübt wird

• Karsten (10/5): Einfach genial. Tolles Haus, toller Pool, Fitness überragend und so weiter. - Ein hervorragendes Hotel! Beim check-in haben wir ein upgrade in eine Suite erhalten. Außerdem war in unserem Tarif bereits die Nutzung der Lounge im 18. Stock gebucht. Unsere Suite bestand aus zwei Zimmern, einem Bad mit großer Dusche und einer extra Toilette. Großes Bett, riesige Fensterfront mit tollem Blick und sogar beim Duschen freie Aussicht. Das Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich, für Suite-Gäste gab es drei Optionen: Am Pool, etwas voller, weil hier der normale Frühstücksbereich ist. Oder in einem kleineren inhouse-Bereich, gleiches Stockwerk, etwas edler. Und als dritte Option oben im 18. Stock in der Lounge, mit tollem Service. Die Lounge bietet drei Mahlzeiten, dazwischen Snacks und Getränke und lohnt sich absolut. Die Mitarbeiter sind extrem freundlich und bemüht, am zweiten Tag wurde meine Zimmer-Nummer nicht mehr angefragt und mein Name war schon bekannt. Toll! Der Fitness-Bereich im Hotel ist besser, als manche Studios. Groß, viele verschiedene Geräte, Gewichte, Kettlebells etc. Richtig super. Der Pool. Was soll man sagen. 50 Meter lang im 6. Stock gelegen. Wir hatten nie das Problem, mit anderen Gästen zu nah zu kommen, so groß ist der Bereich. Zudem gibt es noch zwei kleinere Warm-Becken mit Whirlpool und ein Kältebecken. Wir waren mehr als zufrieden, ein toller Aufenthalt und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Danke an das Hotel One Farrer und die Mitarbeiter/innen für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt.
• Stefan (10/5): Hervorragender Aufenthalt - Wir hatten bereits zum zweiten Mal ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen gemietet mit Zugang zur Sky-Lounge. Wir erhielten diesmal ein Upgrade auf eine Suite. Die Sky-Lounge bietet exklusiven Zugang zu Frühstück, Lunch und Dinner. Der Service und die Qualität dort sind einfach hervorragend. Des weiteren gibt es eine direkte Anbindung an die Metro.

Hotel is on the edge of littleindia a fab area of singapore for cheaper shopping. Would definatly use one farrer again Enjoyed the whole experience no complaints

• MeliViniDevi (10/5): Best Staycation Experience Always - Amazing and impeccable service by Param and Joy at Check-in. Truly exemplery service staff (doormen-both Chinese and Indian). This is my 5th stay here and they never fail to exceed my expectations. The room was so clean,neat and well set up by the housekeeping staff as well. Cant wait to book again for my wedding in June.

This is our 2nd visit and we tried out the dungess crab cake and the steak which was recommended during our first visit. Both was good and we enjoyed thoroughly. Hardeep is attentive with a welcoming smile.

• marc (9/5): Top verblijf binnen de lounge ruimte waar gastvrijheid bovenaan staat. - De faciliteiten rondom de lounge ruimte waarvoor we toegang hadden. Hierdoor toegang tot aparte eetgelegenheid en zwembad. In het bijbehorende restaurant werden we zeer hartelijk ontvangen en gedurende ons verblijf geholpen door Milek en zijn team. Die zorgen voor een uitstekend ervaring met top gastvrijheid. Daardoor ook gratis ontbijt, lunch en lichte, smaakvolle avond maaltijd. Goede gym. Ruime kamer. Goede bedden. Goede faciliteiten in kamer. Ontbreken van een een gezellige bar in avond. Wanneer je geen toegang hebt tot de lounge dan is het veel minder persoonlijk en wat massaal.

• M2668KSnickh (10/5): Beautiful Hotel and amazing staff - We just spent 3 nights at this hotel Following a 14 night cruise. We chose this hotel for its central location but also because of previous reviews from other Trip Advisors and I'm glad we did. We were greeted well by the whole team in our arrival (Sella, Suman, Patrick and Vishnu) who couldn't do enough for us. We arrived extremely early and as a result, our room wasn't ready however we could check in and were advised that our cases would he in Our room on our return from a wander around the city. When we arrived, we were told that our cases were in our rooms and that they had upgraded our rooms free of charge (from a Mint Room to a Suite) and what a room it was (unfortunately the video i took was too large a file to upload!) For our 4 days/3 nights at the hotel, the staff continued to be helpful and welcoming amd the rooms were cleaned twice daily. Breakfast was included in our stay and there is a vast range of food feom cereal, pastries and hot Buffet (European and Asian). If I had to find something to give as an improvement (and this is a push) it would be the temperature of the Hot Buffet. It was well cooked however just kept warm amd not hot. This did not howver affect our stay. There was a kettle and Coffee machine in the room, Safe, Iron and ironing board, Hairdryer and toiletries. The swimming pool was beautiful and the gun extremely large woth state of the art machines and weights. The Pool has a bar however this wasn't open during the day which was a shame as we would've purchased hot and cold drinks to sit and enjoy around d the pool and Gardens. If we travel to Singapore again, whether for a period of time just as a transit stopover, this will definitely be my first booking. Thank you all for an exceptional experience of Customer service.
