Natalia (8/5): Hotel excelente para eventos e conferências na região DO HOTEL (não de Foz) - A acomodação é limpa. Os funcionários são de uma cortesia extrema. Almoçamos no restaurante e a comida foi ótima. O café da manhã me surpreendeu - tudo bem fresco e com cara de feito por lá, não tinha cara de padaria. Tudo muito gostoso. Não usei, mas a área externa parece legal, a piscina pareceu limpa, há vários sofás e espreguiçadeiras. Não temos o que falar do serviço do hotel - impecável - e da cozinha. A limpeza, a estrutura, uma grande recepção e lobby, tudo muito bom. A localização é a pior possível. O local lembra uma área rural, mas é residencial. Poucos carros estão disponíveis, táxi tem que ser agendado (no geral). Precisou de transporte de madrugada? Nem pense, impossível. Não tínhamos essa noção e isso nos incomodou muito. Erro nosso, pois não pesquisamos (fomos atrás do hotel por indicação da noiva que casou nas proximidades). Os quartos tem quadros meio esquisitos também... E a água "alcalina" é completamente incômoda, muito viscosa, dá a sensação de que o banho não foi bem tomado. Até para lavar as mãos é complicado.

287mukeshs (4/5): Very chaotic hotel, staff don’t speak English, poor management and maintenance - Booked this hotel for 3 nights on the basis of trip advisor reviews, and had a horrible experience. Extremely poor customer service, first room we checked in, the hot water was not working, the heating system was broken, complained to reception, staff don’t speak English, either Portuguese or Spanish, after spending time with them & google translater, they moved us to another room, the fan of air conditioning started making loud noises in the night and had to switch it off, cold room in the middle of night so started looking for blankets,hotel kept 2 small very thin quilts hence has a very uncomfortable night. Lots of reviews have sung praises about the breakfast but we found that it’s so average, food is mostly fried and sweets, fruits are of good quality though. Wife is vegetarian and really struggled as only had breads and salads. Everything had meats in some form or shape. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, fields and what looks like a jungle area around, no shops, city centre is a good 20 minutes drive away. Hotel only has buffet service for dinner, no à la carte dishes, during our stay there was a conference going on and staff priority was to look after them. It’s more of a business conference centre than a 4 star hotel!? Never again to this place if we return to visit Iguazu and falls again.

When I arrived, I was delighted to find a beautifully crafted duck design on my bed, it was such a thoughtful touch and really warmed my heart.

The pool area is lovely, with comfortable beds, sun loungers, and a warm jacuzzi. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. A princípio pedi um quarto silencioso, e cheguei após as 21:00 cansado no hotel, me entregaram o quarto com ar condicionado super barulhento e vazando muita água, mesmo cansado pedi para trocar o quarto e o outro estava com ar sem gelar e com muito barulho tbm. Fui para o terceiro quarto o ar não era muito silencioso, mas pelo menos gelava. Isso foi um experiência muito ruim pois poderiam testar antes de entregar para o cliente, haja visto que tiveram muito tempo, pois cheguei tarde do horário do chekin.

Cama de casal, sao duas de solteiro juntas, melhor se fosse uma cama única. TV com poucas opções de canal e não é smart Brinquedoteca tinham insetos mortos no chão, imagino que por algum tipo de prpduto passado com esse propósito, mas, por ser um espaço onde vão bebês e crianças, poderia ter uma atenção extra com relação a isso.

DIego (8/5): Podría llegar a volver siendo que la relación precio beneficio es correcta - La cama estuvo correcta con la sábanas y colchones y almohadas. El aire acondicionado fue suficiente. El desayuno está muy bien en especial por la calidad de los productos. El gimnasio tiene todo lo necesario para entrenar de forma completa y correcta. Con aire acondicionado cinta peso libre y máquinas Me sorprendió que no tuviera un televisor moderno con Netflix o YouTube Estábamos en la habitación 403 y la señal se cortaba de vez en cuando lo que dificultaba trabajar o hacer algo nos movieron a las 408 y mejoró un poco. El jacuzzi le pondría una temperatura más alta para poder relajarse y disfrutarlo en días nublados y algo de frío. La comunicación definitivamente no es buena. Intentamos saber a través del WhatsApp o por mensaje de booking si podemos llegar un par de horas antes y usar las instalaciones y nunca nos respondieron a pesar que pasaron varios días.
