• Charles (6/5): - Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy my stay. I think my Admin lady misunderstood the breakfast option of what was offered. As it wasn't really filling, there was just like toast, cheese, and cold cereal. And that their aircraft was flying over the place.
• ROBERT (9/5): Apart from margarine all ok - Excellent comfortable room, delicious food, friendly staff. Margarine instead of butter for breakfast is a no no for me.
• Maria (1/5): Kostet sehr viel Geld und Nerven - Es gab zwei sehr nette und verständnisvolle Mitarbeiterinnen, das ist das einzig positive was ich zu dieser Unterkunft sagen kann. Ein Aufenthalt hier hat sehr viel Zeit, Geld und Nerven gekostet. Ich würde jedem davon abraten. Shuttle wurde im Voraus bezahl und hat mich nicht abgeholt. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Unterkunft wurde verständigt und die Rezeptionistin hat „von nichts gewusst“ und einfach aufgelegt! Nach zwei Stunden konnte, auf eigene Faust, ein neuer Shuttle organisiert werden (habe also ZWEI SHUTTLE bezahlt). Die Lodge hat sich einen Dreck für diesen Fehler interessiert. Nach langer Diskussion hab ich zumindest den Shuttle der Lodge erstattet bekommen. Ich kann es wirklich nicht empfehlen (hoher Preis, SEHR schlechter Service und das Frühstück hat den Namen nicht verdient).

They only started carrying stuff in after 06H30 Could not have breakfast in time. Very noisy with planes flying over during the whole night. Did not get a good rest

• Therina (10/5): Peaceful and a very clean and comfy stay - The exact room where we stayed had extra blankets and towels the towels got replaced everyday with new ones,the coffee and sugar that gets provided in your room also gets topped up daily,breakfast was on time everyday and the fruits were fresh and they also have a few options,dinner gets a 5 star review,staff is always friendly and helpful,the honesty bar is great no need to keep calling someone to help you,it was so peacefull not only will I be staying there again I would definitely go there for a holiday weekend just to relax,I have to add something that will definitely describe the helpfullness of our hosts, we were at the airport and missed our flight when I booked the room I immediately called them and asked about their free to and from the airport transport,no lies within 10 minutes of the call their driver was there picked us up and took us to them and same with the back to the airport,I was travelling alone with my kids and I can say with a rested heart these people go out of their way

• Rebecca (7/5): Okej boende för långa mellanlandningar. - Väldigt bra frukost buffé, tillräckligt. Fint poolområde men vi kunde tyvärr inte utnyttja det på grund av väder. Dusch och badkar på rummet. Rymligt rum för tre. Vi bokade detta i syfte att vara nära flygplatsen. Wifi fungerade inte i hela rummet, endast nära ute dörren. Glasdörrar ut så det kändes inte så privat, fanns dock gardiner att dra för. Personalen var inte super hjälpsam, man kände sig jobbig när man ställde frågor. Inte så ljudisolerade rum så man hör flygen väldigt tydligt, inget som störde oss dock. Vi gick inte utanför hotellet men området kändes inte super tryggt. Det var svårt att få taxi efter 9pm till flygplatsen och mycket dyrare. Vi fick avrådan av att ta bolt så sent på natten på grund av säkerhetsskäl.

Bed very comfortable and good free continental breakfast. Free shuttle to the airport is a huge bonus and the reason we stayed here Unfortunately this lovely place is in the flight path of the aircraft so the planes flying over are very loud.

• frieslaar (10/5): An absolutely wholesome and comfortable stay! - The shower and water pressure was amazing! And the property has two beautiful felines! Facilities are of excellent standard too! Honestly, I can’t think of anything I disliked.

Not sure if thats policy but for travellers from another province, buying their own food for later and then it being removed was a bit annoying.

When I paid there was an information that there’s a shuttle service and I informed them 3 hrs in advance. I reached the airport and they sent a message saying then cannot collect me at the airport and didn’t give any solution. The breakfast is very poor. Cafe, fruit, yogurt and plain bread. Not going back for sure.

Facilities are outdated there’s ingooit renovations so walls are bare in breakfast room. We ran out of hot water after 1 person showering and completely no water after second person showered. Towers have visible gaping holes. The fridge motor is running loud all night. One heater wasn’t working.

Most of the entrances to the neighborhood were closed off due to crime. Google maps didn't update the changes. This might cause future accidents.

• Suraya (1/5): Good day I would like to inform you that I did not stay at Journeys Inn. Firstly getting to the - I didn't stay at the Inn. I didn't like anything on the property Misleading pics on the site Good day I would like to inform you that I did not stay at Journeys Inn. Firstly getting to the Inn was very difficult with roads closed off, this was not communicated beforehand. Upon my arrival at the Inn, we were allowed on to the premises without any verification. On my way to reception I noticed the rooms,from outside, were untidy. The reception area was also very untidy and had an old partially tattered chair. I informed the lady at reception that I was not happy with what I saw and that I would not be staying. I also asked why the pics on Booking was so misleading. The lady then went to call the manager. The manager, Alida, came to reception and asked me what was wrong. I informed her of the issues I had. She became defensive and said that pool and gardens were neat. I wasn't going to sleep in the gardens so obviously I was not impressed. I then informed her that I would not be staying and asked if it was possible to get a refund. She was rude and said it was not possible. She rudely said to me that the Inn was a 3 star accommodation and that if I wanted better I should have booked elsewhere. I told her that it's fine and that I would put in a review upon which she stated that she would reply to it. I would like to say that I did not get any refund and that I was appalled by the manager's response. I understand that I should have canceled before time but as I mentioned previously, I was mislead by the pics on the website. This whole experience has left me with a very bitter taste. Kind regards
