• David (2/5): Review - This is the worst day I’ve ever had by staying at this hotel. I have stayed here before, but this day is very bad. You got people playing loud music all hours of the night smoking marijuana, and yelling all night long. I would’ve advised never to stay at this place again.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Filthy - Absolutely disgusting room. There were stains on the wall, doors, furniture, and pretty much every surface of the room. The shower had black mold that someone tried to caulk over. I got the last remaining non smoking room they had and it smelled like stale smoke. All of my clothes and luggage smelled that way after leaving.

• Edgardo (4/5): Not all bargains are worth it - The bed sagged in the middle. The sheets were scratchy. The bathroom was tiny and dirty. The don't offer shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. The soap is the size of a pringle. Some plugs don't work and some get hot.

• Jason (6/5): - Check in was very easy and this property was flexible with my dates. I had no issue with the customer service or room. My only complaint is there were individuals there that seemed like long term tenants and didn’t care about respecting the place. They were drinking, throwing trash everywhere and being very loud all hours. Outside of the tenants I would stay here again.

Very thin walls, you can hear everything outside and in the rooms around you. Definitely not a 2.5 star hotel - is there a 1 star rating?

Rooms were nasty beds had a thick poop like substance on the corners of the box spring, hair all over the beds stains in the carpet and a horrible smell. • Greg (5/5): A budget motel - but be prepared to get what you pay for. - Close to the highway. The property was not easy to find - tucked back in a way that made it hard to find. There were a lot of down-and-out looking people around the propery. I was asked for a cigarette as soon as I exited my car, then asked if I had any spare change. There seemed to be more than average number of people sitting in their cars - not sure why. But I should not have been surprised since I only paid $60 for the night.

• Steven (7/5): Money game - Made a reservation. Upon arrival a housekeeper yelled "he didn't pay" . The man at desk told my husband to "pay her no mind". My husband told him we made a reservation with Booking.com. he asked for I'd. Two hours later we get a phone call telling us we made 2 reservations. My husband went to the office to fix the problem. The man said there were 2 made and we needed to contact Booking. con to cancel the one in the computer. My husband told him we did contact them and there was only 1 reservation made. He would not give my husband the confirmation number to the "second" reservation. At 4:30am Parkview stated trying to take money off or card for the room he said was out second reservation. When contacted all he says is"you have to contact booking. Com. I believe we were checked in a s a walkin. And they did not check us in under our reservation. I believe this is a means for them to get money. Or visit starts off with their employee saying my husband didn't pay. I believe this is a scam they are running. It's furniture market time here and that's a game they run on out of town business people to make money I suppose.

• Michelle (3/5): Dirty, dingy, left immediately. - Easy to find. Staff seemed nice. Check in quick. Bed was clean. Had to park on opposite side of room. Door did not close well and could see through the crack into room. All 3 drawers on dresser were broken and crooked. Only 1 clean towel, the rest had hair on them. Smoke detector had plastic wrap over it.

I wasn’t in the room for 10 minutes - When I got my room, the lights were flickering, and the smoke detector was pulled out, and it looked so dirty, and it had so much dust on it it could’ve brought a fire. The place was disturbing and unsettling I just wanna refund please and thank you

Recommended or come back - I liked the bedsheets and comforter and the size of the bathroom Did not like the paper thing walls the people nextdoor argued and cussed each other out at all times during the day and night 7am one morning from 10 pm till 240 àm one day. The maíd staff is horrible never got a changed bed the whole time we were there which was a week I even asked twice and I guess it was the head maid she dismisses you and is rude if you ask her for something. The day we left they gave us no warning we called to tell them we would be up there with payment in 30 minutes and they told us that we couldn't reserve that room for that night and they didn't have anything else so they could have called us at 9:00 that morning and let us know that we were not going to be able to remit the room but instead they wait until 11:00 to tell us that and the manager was great about giving us time to get our stuff out and make three trips because we were in a little bitty car to put our stuff in he was gray about it but that Maine was not she kept coming to the door knocking on the door being rude and I told her two different times I have talked to the manager he gave me till 1:45 to leave so I promise you I'll have the room decent for you you won't have to do it but come in and clean it and she looked at me and she said oh you have it all messed up real mean like then proceeded to when she came in the room I forgot my water that was in the refrigerator and she was right there and opened it up and grab the cups and walked outside and dumped my water in the parking lot when I told her I needed to take my medicine with I had to take it with a full glass of water and they don't have ice machines so I had to put the water in the refrigerator and she goes and just dumps it out in the parking lot and then comes back in and talks about how the top of the comforter was dirty well we have an animal which we paint our deposit for and she is the one that would not bring us a new comforter or a new sheets the whole week we were there so plus we were in the...
• Glen (2/5): - This place is very, very bad. There are a lot of regulars who seem to be staying for long periods of time. They're loud, noisy and don't normally start until late at night. There are also a lot of seedy people around the area at night. On top of that, the rooms are filthy and haven't been cleaned for a very long time.

• Richard (8/5): Pleasant Smells and Cheap Accomodations - Not too bad, the only complaint I had was that the door didn't seal all the way even when locked. You could see the outside light coming in, especially at night. Rm 459. When you drive up to the hotel all you can smell is the flavor factory which smells like fresh baked cookies and coffee. If you're not planning on veggin in the room with just a place to sleep, it's a very good deal. Online it was 55$ but I only paid 44$ total for the room which was a pleasant surprise! The heater about roasted me out of the room, so yes m, the room had a good, working heater!
