Ferry schedule from mainland: From Phuket to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Rasada Pier): 8:30 AM, 11 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. From Krabi to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Klong Ji-Lard Pier): 9 AM, 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. Guests must arrive at the pier at least 1 hour prior to departure as schedule may change based on weather conditions. Guests who arrive at Phuket or Krabi airport after noon will have to stay on the mainland and board the morning ferry to Ko Phi Phi.

• Marjanne (6/5): Fijne bedden - De bedden waren erg fijn! Als je op het strand wilde liggen bij je accommodatie, lag je voor een longtailboot parkeerplaats. Er was veel geronk van motoren van de boten, waardoor het niet mogelijk was om er relaxed te kunnen liggen. Het personeel kon heel slecht Engels en bij de melding dat onze airco op beide kamers lekten, konden ze alleen maar lachen.

• Sofyan (2/5): Never again . Stay away - The view is far most the only thing about the resort that’s nice. The staff was very helpful, friendly and helped think of a solution. I would strongly advise against staying here. The accommodation is in very poor condition and feels extremely neglected. Everything looks cheap and worn out, with no sense of proper maintenance. The bungalow we stayed in was old, dirty, and clearly not cleaned properly. Under the bed there was a serious ant infestation, and the bathroom was even worse, there were live cockroaches in the shower. We changed two times to another room. Although the last room in the main building seemed new and clean. The first experience in the bungalow ruined it for us. Overall, it felt very unhygienic and uncomfortable. Definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone.

• Selene (6/5): Lo consiglio solo se è l’ultimo rimasto disponibile a long beach (che è spettacolare), altrimenti scegliete uno degli al - La posizione è splendida, i bungalow danno direttamente su long beach e c’è una pace e una tranquillità che non ho trovato in nessun altro posto della Thailandia. Comodissimo allo shark point. I kayak a disposizione degli ospiti La colazione per cui chiedono l’equivalente di 4 euro a persona é molto buona e varia e l’ho apprezzata (per me non scarsa come affermano altre recensioni, anzi). La signora titolare del baretto sulla spiaggia gentilissima anche con i bambini Leggendo le recensioni me lo aspettavo pulitissimo invece è cosi così. Apparentemente sembrava pulito, poi in realtà ci hanno dato un asciugamano macchiato (per carità cambiato poi su nostra rischiata, ma forse era il caso di controllare prima?), lo scarico del gabinetto perdeva acqua e puntando il soffione della doccia dietro il boiler é venuto giu di tutto. Il personale un po’ insipido, comprensione dell’inglese decisamente bassa. La cosa che mi ha mandato veramente in bestia durante il soggiorno è che avevo prenotato per 2 adulti e 2 bambini (1 e 4 anni) e arrivata lì mi sono trovata 2 letti singoli in stanza e basta (nonostante avessi specificato da subito il numero di persone presenti) al che mi hanno dato la culla per il piccolo e mi hanno detto che per il letto per il bambino di 4 anni avrei dovuto pagare 800 bath a notte (che per la Thailandia tra l’altro, é tantissimo). Quando ho detto che io avevo prenotato per 4 persone fin dall’inizio e che quindi avevo diritto di default al terzo letto in sostanza se ne sono sbattuti. Ho contattato l’assistenza Booking, che se ne è lavata le mani allo stesso modo. Alla fine abbiamo unito i letti e abbiamo gestito lo stesso, ma per quello che abbiamo pagato mi sono sentita fortemente presa in giro. Abbiamo per curiosità guardato i prezzi degli altri resort nei dintorni (tutti decisamente più belli e serviti) convinti che fossero più alti e invece abbiamo scoperto che il nostro era il più costoso in assoluto (oltre ad essere quello con meno servizi).

El personal tiene algo de desgana y no asesoran bien a la llegada. Por ejemplo nadie te dice que tienen los kayaks y las tablas de paddle surf para prestar. Lo pregunté yo el último día y de casualidad. La limpieza de las habitaciones no era la mejor.

Nos tocó una cabaña al parecer nueva muy bonita Deberían incluir el desayuno en la tarifa, y deberían tener por lo menos tres idas en bote al dia, que se puedan usar no solo para el check out. En las habitaciones falta un hervidor para hacerse un cafecito o té.

• Daniela (10/5): Beautiful beach and location ! - Amazing location on Long Beach! The check-in pick-up at pier was smooth (they offer complimentary pick-up and drop off via long tail at specific hours) , the bungalow room was very spacious, the bed was comfy, enjoyed that they offered complimentary beach loungers and umbrellas as not all resorts on Long Beach provide this. The room accommodations are pretty basic so set your expectations. Blue Sky is located next to Paradise Pearl and we used some of their amenities such as oceanfront restaurant and outdoor massages. It was easy to get long tail boat into town. We also walked one morning and it was about 30 mins (with pretty views) .We had a beachfront bungalow which I highly recommend if available . We enjoyed our stay! The rooms are a bit outdated but it didn’t bother us one bit!

• Olga (6/5): My stay was OK, but wouldn’t necessarily recommend it and especially not no solo travelers. - The beach is amazing. Bathroom is nice and spacious. The location is really not great for solo travelers. For solo boat ride drivers ask 300 baht. In the evening 400-500. The beach only has a couple of restaurants which are so so. The hotel feels rather old and tired. The water has strong chlorine smell.

L’emplacement: situé sur long beach - très proche de TonSei mais loin de l’agitation. Donc calme mais pas trop isolé non plus. Sur la plage d’autres hôtel/restaurant propose de bon petit déjeuner/lunch/diner. Le petit déjeuner est très très limité (jus d’orange en berlingot), pas cher mais autant ne rien servir dans ce cas. Le personne n’est pas méchant mais étrange, c’est ce demander si l’endroit n’a pas été abonné par son manager.

El desayuno no está incluido pero por 150 Bath te sirven uno muy completo a elegir. Al estar en una playa alejada hace falta usar long tail para el check in y check out con las maletas. El hotel solo lo incluye si lo haces a horas determinadas.

• Brigida (9/5): Bungalow blanc sur sable blanc - Idéalement situé sur la plage de sable blanc, loin de l’agitation du port de Tonsai. Grande chambre et grande salle de bain. Chaises longues sur la plage disponibles. Personnel très efficace pour nous transporter en bateau du port à l’hôtel. Idem pour le départ. Petit bar avec tout ce qu’il faut sur la plage. Nombreuses propositions d’activités. Les bateaux taxis font du bruit le soir, mais notre bungalow était en retrait, derrière les « bungalow vue mer » et nous étions donc contents d’être protégés du bruit.

Obwohl das laut Bewertungen kostenlos dazugegeben wird.

Que esta retirado del centro y debes moverte en taxi lancha o caminar 12 -15. Min por un camino entre los hoteles. A mi no me Molesta, me parece muy cool y lleno de naturaleza eso. Pero hay gente que prefiere que este mas cómodo el acceso.

El agua huele mucho a cloro, el desayuno sale aproximadamente como 5 dólares, no viene incluído . Agrego que pedí hielo en recepción y me comunicaron que no tenían, me mandaron a un local donde me cobran por un vaso con hielo.
• JUAN (10/5): Perfecto para relajarte en phi phi islands - El desayuno por 150 baths esta perfecto y que prestan servicio a tu llegada y salida con el puerto principal de la isla. Se puede ir andando al pueblo (para intrépidos) y tiene un bar donde comer algo por la noche o tomar una cerveza (sin lujos) Nada, el precio es algo alto pero acorde con los de la zona.

• Amandine (3/5): Très bien situé mais logement très vétuste - L’emplacement au bord de la mer mais loin du centre, nous étions obligés de prendre le bateau surtout le soir sinon il y a 30 minutes de marche et c’est dangereux le soir (car on coupe par la forêt) Serviettes de toilettes pas propres et déchirées. Draps tachés. Équipement et logement en très mauvais état (sèche cheveux rouillé, mobilier usé et ancien, rouille un peu partout dans le bungalow). Cafard trouvé dans la salle de bain. La moustiquaire était bancale (portes déboîtées). Les prises électriques étaient délabrées. Personnel pas très aimable. Ce n’est pas un vrai hôtel 3 étoiles, du moins, il ne les vaut pas.

• Olympia (8/5): Good, comfortable stay - Great location right next to the beach with sunbeds included free of charge. Nice clean room, very spacious, bathroom felt clean and modern. Very comfy bed. Need to get a longtail boat to the main area, although there are many boats waiting on the beach at all times and the staff can help you arrange one if needed. Beach bar area could be improved - breakfast was nice, but minimal snacks and not really a restaurant or anything for lunch/dinner. Also quite overpriced but that’s the same everywhere on the island. Room was very clean overall and we had a comfortable stay, but towels and bedding did have some stains.
• Louise (9/5): Prijs-kwaliteit een fantastische kamer op een paradijselijke locatie! - Top ervaring! Onze kamer was ruim, redelijk nieuw, schoon en hygiënisch en er was zicht op zee. Het hotel ligt aan longbeach, een fantastisch en rustig strand op Phi Phi. De staff leent met plezier gratis snorkels, reddingsvesten en kajaks uit. Je kan elke dag kiezen voor een lekker ontbijt aan de mooie prijs van 150 baht. Het hotel ligt een beetje buiten het centrum (40 minuten stappen of tien minuten longtailboat aan 100 baht p.p. overdag), maar dat is net zijn troef. Het pad naar het centrum is redelijk vlot naar Thaise normen met hier en daar een iets uitdagender stukje. Het personeel van het hotel was heel vriendelijk, behulpzaam en correct. Dit hotel heeft ons echt positief verrast en we zouden het aan iedereen aanraden! Alles was top!

• Ludovic (10/5): Nous reviendrons - Situation idéale les pieds dans l’eau. Très bon accueil, chambre nettoyée tous les jours avec changement des serviettes et renouvellement de bouteilles d’eau. Très calme de nuit mais très bruyant en journée par les passages incessants des taxis boat.
• Camille (1/5): Schöne Lage mit toller Aussicht, allerdings hat die Unterkunft noch viel Luft nach oben. - Die Lage war wirklich gut! Direkt am Strand. War sehr schön! Wir hatten kein Bungalow. Wir waren im Haupthaus untergebracht und es war ziemlich dreckig. Badezimmer: Es kam kaum Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn und der Duschbrause. Die Armaturen waren sehr alt und sahen schimmelig aus. Wir hatten kein Tresor und die Tür zum Balkon ließ sich nicht abschließen. Zum Glück konnten wir die Unterkunft bei booking kostenlos stornieren und haben die Nacht in Bar gezahlt, wir wollten nicht länger bleiben. Das Personal war jedoch freundlich und zuvorkommend und insgesamt sehr hilfreich. Leider hat die Unterkunft nicht unseren Erwartung entsprochen. Ich schreibe ungern schlechte Bewertungen, aber hier waren wir echt enttäuscht- vorallem zu dem Preis. Die Bewertungen zu den Bungalows sind deutlich besser, vielleicht hatten wir einfach nur Pech.

Personel bardzo miły, pracowity, nienarzucający się, transport bagaży też przebiegł bardzo sprawnie - transport łódką z portu do hotelu - pomagają z bagażami - śniadania w tym hotelu smaczne - może niewielki wybór ale warto skorzystać! Hotel zapewnia leżaki na plaży. Piękny widok, domki bezpośrednio przy plaży - jeden z najlepszych wyborów na phiphi! Spokojna, czysta, nieprzeludniona, NAJPIĘKNIEJSZA z tutejszych plaż! Przydałoby się uszczelnić bardziej drzwi wejściowe, żeby żadne robaki nie wchodziły 😅

• MSL (8/5): Informaros bien sobre el Transfer gratuito - La cama era increíblemente cómoda. El Transfer gratuito desde el puerto es solo a partir de las 15h sino tienes que ir por tu cuenta. A nosotros nos indicaron que fuéramos con los empleados del hotel de al lado y luego tuvimos que ir por la selva de camino al hotel. Por lo que si llegáis antes de las 15h pillaros un long tail privado que os deje delante del hotel porque vale exactamente lo mismo que ir con los del otro hotel. 100 baths/ persona. Hay poquísima oferta de restaurantes en esa zona de la isla por lo que si queréis ir al centro de phiphi debéis de pagar por persona siempre el trayecto, 100-150 si es de día y 300 si es después del atardecer.

• Agnieszka (10/5): Amazing! - We liked everything. We got a free transfer to and from the pier Room was big and clean with a nice view. We got welcoming juice and ice pad (much needed). The staff is crazy nice. They can accommodate all your needs. I have been using the Snorkling mask and other things that are provided by them. The owner help me organise the trip for us which was the best decision ever so I do recommend hire a private boat! We loved everything - quiet and stunning beach away from the party area. Ps: banana pancakes! I could eat that every day! The only small problem was the drain but we knew that based on other reviews so it’s okay.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Okay hotel but not a nice or relaxing environment. - The accommodation was basic but clean, located on the beach but it’s not relaxing due to the large volume of long tails boats arriving and departing all day every day. Getting a long tail boat to the pier can also be difficult. They won’t leave with one or two people so you often have to wait until more are ready to leave. Getting dropped off by the taxi boat in high tide is difficult especially at night. No good options for eating close by. You can walk to the main area in about 20/25 mins but this trail isn’t suitable for buggies and people with mobility issues could find it too challenging. Much of this isn’t the fault of the hotel but important information about the environment.
• Carla (7/5): Good - Basic bungalows in need of TLC in the best beach of Koh Phi Phi Don. Easy use of nearby hotel facilities. Lot of potential. People and location are the selling points. Bungalows in need of TLC. Outside space limited.
• Jacek (9/5): Superb - Just one disappointment is tap water. I can’t describe but is like sea water treated and is yellow and very bitter. Can’t wast face with this water. And is in this part of island in every hotel. Location, food, room, air conditioning, cleaning was topping the range for this money. paddle board and kayak snorkel equipment and child toys avalible for free. Far away from noisy center good for people looking for quiet place. Also good restaurant near by. Location close to what point so we tuk paddle board and snorkel every day. We saw sharks and different coral species. Beautiful place. We will come back.

• Hugo (8/5): Very good - The place is heavenly. I hope all the resorts can join forces to improve just the climb from that beach to the path that runs along the sea to the town. The rest of the route was very good, even at night. We would have liked a bungalow with an ocean view, but we were right at the back, and the view was blocked by the bungalows in front. We also would have liked the hotel to have a restaurant with a good breakfast, but the breakfast offered was very simple and only at the reception, with no separate seating area, so we didn't have it.
• Darren (7/5): Nice Stay on a Beautiful Beach - Right on a beautiful beach. Staff were really friendly. Free use of sunbeds and kayaks. Free longboat transfer to and from the ferry jetty. There are a couple of restaurants nearby.
• Heleri (10/5): Would return - We stayed in the house flat at the back with a group of 4 people. The room was spacious and clean, equipped with a fridge and aircon. I would definitely return.

• Diane (10/5): Beautiful! - We loooved this hotel! Was our favorite for all of Thailand ! We actually tried to stay longer but they were totally booked out. my husband and I like to do a lot of water activities. It was so awesome that they had paddle boards and kayaks. Free to use. Just walk out from your room and put the boards in the ocean! There was also one of the best Reeves, right off the shore of the hotel that had stunning fish probably my favorite snorkeling we did for our entire vacation and it was free with our accommodations! Nothing

• Richard (10/5): Exceptional - The location is excellent, virtually on the beach ( free sun beds). It's away from the busy town, so very relaxing. The beds were very comfortable and the staff very obliging. I would definitely recommend it, and it's very good value. Lovely sandy beach, clear sea, good for snorkeling Sometimes the long tail boats disturbed the afternoon naps!
• Gary (6/5): Location was beautiful. The bed terrible, too many loud motors on the taxi boats, not real relaxing - Breakfast was OK. The bed was terrible, it was lumpy and very uncomfortable.....it needs to be replaced. The water taxis were very noisy and too many of them. We did not feel that safe on the beach.
