• Mika (7/5): Relaxing stay in busy Niseko - 3回目の宿泊でしたが、いつも清潔なお部屋で寛げます。また、温泉の泉質がよいので、2回は必ず入ります。 早めに行ったのに小さめのレンタカー（トヨタヤリス）だったせいか、駐車場がまだ空いているのに一番端の一番狭い所に駐車するように指示されました。荷物が多くスキー板やブーツの手入れもあるので、その場で抗議してトランクが開けやすい所に駐車しましたが、車種で差別するのはやめて頂きたいです。前回愛車のVolvoで行った時はホテルの真前に案内されましたが、first come, first serveで良いと思います。

• Caponera (6/5): - The onsen. Some rooms have been renovated. The hotel smells of old and many years of smoking and cooking. It is far from the pists and there is only one restaurant close by. The room where I was, with tatami, needs renovation and a shower.

• LeMarin (10/5): - Warm rooms with a beautiful onsen. Absolutly a highlight to be in the water when surounded by ice and snow. There is also a shuttlebus to take you to the ski slopes. If you want to rent Skis you can do it directly at the Hotel and they pick you up there for the fitting. There were even laundry mashines and a good breakfast.

• Belinda (9/5): Overall an amazing stay with very courteous staff. - The staff, rooms, cleanliness, onsen and the breakfast was amazing. The shuttle bus was handy to get to the slopes and Hirafu you wanted to go out for dinner. We only ate at the buffet once. Would have been nice if there was an option of à la carte. We were wanting to have a choice of more traditional meals.

• Ryan (9/5): Great value for the price! - We choose the breakfast and dinner buffets. I must based on quality and price, plus took the stress out of finding a place to eat. The HVAC did not blow cold … we opened the window in the winter to cool off the room. TV didn’t have language options. For a tourist destination the TV should be able to have multiple languages options.

• CKaiser (10/5): Just love it! - It was wonderful! I love the hotel, the onsen and the personnel! It was the swcond time i have been there. Now for 8 nights. The beginning was the same as last year. Sadly i got a room like 301-303. I assume they are old smoking rooms, and have s verry strange smell. But the jotel was amazing in giving me a other room. And a VERY nice one! The first room ive got (301-303) is probably a former smoking room and has a verr strange smell. But i got instantly a new room!

• pierpaolo (9/5): - Very quiet location. The onsen is fabulous. Excellent breakfast. Good navette service to the ski resorts. Excellent staff, very helpful and friendly. The building, particularly its exterior, would benefit from refurbishment.

• Saara (8/5): Convienient for skiing, great Onsen and clean rooms. - The shuttle bus to the ski slopes was great, room was really big and comfortable and staff were all very helpful. We used the ski rental service from the hotels website and reception staff helped leave the skis in the storage room for collection so that was handy. Refreshing spring water. Not all guests followed onsen etiquette properly, maybe more signs would be helpful. The location is a bit out of the way and there were limited dinner options, if there was a later shuttle it would be more convenient, but that’s not the hotels fault.

Location was great with the hotel ski shuttle; however, it was very hard to get around without a car outside of the complementary shuttle. Definitely not a walkable area

Free shuttle bus to and from Annupuri Ski field and the drivers always come into the waiting area to call us and they are very friendly. Very stunning view from the dining room. We booked half board for 8 days and it could be nicer if there is more variety of food. My friend said it is bit surprising that there is no sushi in the buffet

Vill åka tillbaka! - Rent och fräscht, trevlig och hjälpsam personal, smidigt med shuttle bussar till skidbacken Hade uppskattat några fler middagsalternativ nära boendet, fanns en del men lite svårt att vara spontan. Hade också varit trevligt med en liten bar på hotellet för en drink eller typ en varm choklad.
• Morten (9/5): Idylisk onsenhotel i udkanten af skisportsområdet. - Udsigten fra værelset og restaurant er storslående, flot at kigge ud på sneklædte bjerge. Meget stille omgivelser, gode senge og fin størrelse værelse i moderne stil. Onsen faciliteterne er virkelig gode. Kæmpe uden- og indendørs onsen hvor man kan tilbringe meget tid i det varme vand. Morgenmaden var fin, og spændende med de japanske retter tilstede. Skibus fra hotellet fungerede rimeligt. Generelt kom den til tiden men der mangler en senere afgang hvis man ønsker at spise og få noget at drikke i fx Hirafu området. Aftensmaden koster 6200 yen pr person, og er ikke spændende eller pengene værd. Lidt længere nede ad gaden kan man få glimrende izakaya for samme pris. Skiopbevaring fungerer fint men et varmeskab til skistøvlerne ville hæve oplevelsen yderligere.

• Tyler (9/5): A great place to stay in Niseko! - We enjoyed the location and having the onsen available practically 24/7. The hotel store convenience store, ski lockers, and friendly staff were also nice. Some things could’ve been cleaner but overall not a problem.

Moderne beheizte Toilette. Lage ist etwas abseits, dafür gibt’s aber einen täglichen kostenlosen Shuttle ins Skigebiet. Dinner leider nur als Buffet für 6600 Yen. Hotelinterieur etwas in die Jahre gekommen, Zimmer selbst aber sehr schön renoviert

• suhyoung (9/5): - 안누푸리 스키장이랑 호텔 셔틀로 5분거리라서 위치가 정말 좋습니다. 주요 스키장들과 셔틀로 모두 잘 연결되어있고 히라푸웰컴센터에서 스키장비를 빌리고 사전 예약 셔틀버스를 타고서 숙소로 이동했습니다. 그리고 온천이 정말 좋습니다. 제대로된 온천수에 실내 온천 실외 온천 모두 넓고 깨끗하게 잘 관리되어있습니다. 낮에 스키 타고서 돌아와 숙소에서 온천욕으로 피로를 풀면 최고의 조합입니다. 온천은 24시간 운영하고, 조식 먹는 시간대에 청소를 합니다.야외온천장은 청소하는 날이 따로 더 있습니다. 알고보니 천황이 다녀갈 정도로 역사가 오래된 호텔이었습니다. 1층 일본 다다미 방에서 묵었는데, 방은 아늑하고 소담합니다. 냉장고 테이블 유카타 찻잔 차 일본식 전기포트가 구비되어있습니다. 스키장비 보관함도 있고, 작은 매점과 휴게실, 안마의자, 흡연실 등이 있습니다. 온천 후에 자판기에서 우유 뽑아먹는 것이 참 좋구요 스키 성수기 1월 초에 방문했음에도 사람들이 그렇게 많지 않아서 고즈넉하고 조용했다는 것이 큰 강점입니다. 아침 조식도 맛있고 경치가 좋습니다. 구글 리뷰가 좋지 않아서 걱정했는데 최고의 선택이었습니다. 웰컴 드링크와 냉수를 프론트에 항상 구비해두는 것이 마음에 듭니다. 다만 화장실이 조금 작아서 샤워하기에는 어려울 것 같은데, 온천에서 씻는게 많은 온천 숙소들의 관습인 것 같습니다. 새벽동안에는 4시간정도 숙소를 폐쇄하여 밖으로 나갈수 없게 조치합니다. 아무래도 눈이 많이 오는 지역이고 주변이 산이라 안전 상 통제하는 것 같습니다.

• Tangxian (9/5): Lovely hotel with lovely onsens, perfect after a day in the snow! - Really kind and organised staff members, onsens were 10/10, breakfast was yummy, hotel facilitated pick up and drop off at niseko station. No private bathroom in the traditional Japanese rooms (with tatami), but public bathrooms were clean and good.

All staff were kind and attentive, Onsen was very great, especially, the best thing was that we can enjoy it with all family members at the outdoor area~!!! Also, Breakfast and dinner were super delicious ~!!! This is highly recommended~~😍 But, one thing to be improved is bedding. There were some stains and dust… should be kept clean.

• Grace (5/5): Overpriced if you have to pay peak prices. Amazing breakfast - The onsen is nice. The breakfast was amazing and great. The views were great. Was an areas to keep snowboards. Some times staff weren’t the friendliest. The lobby area is very outdated. I paid £560 for 3 nights for one person and it wasn’t worth that price point in my opinion. The room was small but ok.
• YUUICH (10/5): - 何度か利用せてもらってる者です。部屋はリニューアルされていて快適でした。老舗ならでの落ち着いた雰囲気があって大好きなホテルです。 ただ、浴場にいたアジア系外国人の男性二人組の会話がすごく煩かったのが残念でした。 脱衣所に入ったとたん大音量の会話が聞こえてきたので団体客かと思いましたが二人だけとは・・・ 浴場に入るタイミングが悪かったです(笑)

On top of that, the buffet breakfast was fantastic, the room was very comfortable, and the staff were super helpful (even making dinner reservations and organising ski hire for us). • Lauren (9/5): Great Hotel! Would stay here again! - Great Hotel. Really nice and loved having the onsen at the hotel! The staff is AMAZING and SUPER HELPFUL! The breakfast we had was good and the room was nice and cozy. 10/10 would stay here again. We also loved the mixed gender onsen since it was our honeymoon! the only reason I didn't give it a 10 rating was the wifi was slow at times but we weren't in the room much so it wasn't really a big deal. We also had wifi through the pocket wifi device which was great if we really needed wifi for something.
