• Simone (9/5): Great location, great staff, strong 4 star. - The location was amazing being right on the beach. The staff were lovely and it was super easy walk to restaurants. Comfortable bed and they had free daybeds on the beach for hotel guests. It’s a little tired. There is quite a bit of maintenance needed but the staff and location made up for it.

• Monika (10/5): Kleine Oase inmitten des Trubels - Obwohl es direkt an der trashigen Ecke liegt, bekommt man davon nichts mit. Das Hotel ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet. Sofort wenn man es betritt empfängt einen ein angenehmer Duft und Vibe. Der kleine Garten mit Teich wird liebevoll gepflegt. Das Frühstücksbüffett ist sehr reichlich und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

• Nadine (10/5): Alles top, gerne wieder. - Wir waren das erste mal im Samui Jasmine Resort und waren vollends zufrieden. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer im Haupthaus im zweiten Stock mit Blick über die Anlage und aufs Meer. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, Zimmer und Anlage immer sauber. Frühstücksbuffet kleiner gehalten, dafür qualitativ sehr gut und die bestellten Eierspeisen werden sogar an den Tisch geliefert. Alles in allem waren wir super zufrieden und werden das Hotel bei einem erneuten Besuch auf Samui wieder wählen. Einzige kleine Mankos: Die Badezimmertür liess sich nicht ganz schliessen und der Boden der Dusche ist zu flach, weshalb das Wasser nicht gut abläuft.

• Sarah (8/5): A small ,friendly, peaceful beachside hotel with units in a tropical garden setting. Very good buffet breakfast and food - A secluded spot by the beach with a lovely garden setting. Shops a short walk away. The sea was very good for swimming , unlike other places we stayed Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel was lovely and we would stay again, however some of the fittings are aging and the air conditioning worked well but was a bit noisy. I believe there are some newer rooms available and we were offered one, but decided not to move.

Besonders angenehm war zudem, dass der Pool bis 21 Uhr geöffnet war und man ihn auch abends noch nutzen konnte. -Sehr hellhörig (Nachbarn & Flur deutlich hörbar) Fenster schließen nicht richtig → Spalt offen, daher nur mit Klimaanlage erträglich -Kaum Privatsphäre (offenes Bad, teils nur Glastüren, Vorhang umständlich) -Personal eher unfreundlich, Service unterdurchschnittlich -Frühstück eintönig und wenig abwechslungsreich -Insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen, Preis-Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt Strandabschnitt ungepflegt, laut durch viele Jetskis

• French (10/5): Samui Jasmine resort - Samui Jasmine Resort was very cosy compact resort. It had everything you needed for a great relaxing holiday. Breakfast catered for everybody, no matter what country you came from, beautifully laid out. Our room was absolutly stunning and very clean, and had everything you needed. Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. I would highly recommend this resort. I loved the whole experience of Samui Jasmine Resort. To waking up in a luxury room. To walking through a beautful garden pathway which was filled with luscious planets and flowers, walking over a bridge which underneath was a pond filled with beautful fish, on our way to breakfast, the swimming pool and the sea which was only 10 step from the resort. I would definitely come back.
• Michèle (9/5): Rundum perfekt 🙂 - Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub im Jasmin Resort. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich mit einem kleinen Begrüßungsdrink und einem Tuch zur Erfrischung. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Es hatte eine große Terrasse. Der Pool ist sehr schön. Die Auflagen könnten mal erneuert werden. Das Frühstück war einfach der Hammer. Sehr u empfehlen. Auch die Speisen (Fisch, lobster) im Restaurant waren sehr lecker, wir haben es genossen. Das Meer ist sehr unruhig und wellig. Zum Baden mit Kindern gibt es sicherlich bessere Gegenden. Vom Hotel raus zu Straße geht’s direkt los mit Trubel. Lamai Night market ist direkt um die Ecke. Die Lage empfanden wir als sehr gut. Am Hotel hatte man es ruhig und draußen war man im Trubel.

Details wie Badetasche, Strand Sandalen, Regenschirme und Tresor runden den tollen Eindruck ab. Frühstück mit genügend Auswahl in toller Lage. Liegen am Strand mit Badetüchern sind ausreichend vorhanden. Für uns liegt Samui Jasmin am besten Strandabschnitt und sehr zentral zu allen Lamai Aktivitäten. Trotz der zentralen Lage haben wir hier ruhige Urlaubstage verbracht. Das komplette Hotelteam ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Kommen gerne wieder zurück :-) A fantastic boutique hotel in a great location. The rooms are spacious and very tastefully decorated. Details like a beach bag, sandals, umbrellas, and a safe complete the wonderful experience. Breakfast offers a wide selection and is served in a great location. There are plenty of sun loungers and towels available on the beach. For us, Samui Jasmin is situated on the best part of Lamai beach and is very central to all the activities in Lamai. Despite its central location, we enjoyed a peaceful holiday. The entire hotel team is very attentive and friendly. We would love to return :-) Wenig Ablageflächer. Limited storage space

However, The staff at the reception desk is not asare of what you can do in Samui, you have google is the answer … f**** you. The invoice for consumed drinks and food is very poorly drawn up, very unclear; only the amount to be paid is clear. A bit more professionalism is more than desirable these days. Therefore the score is average. Ps: apart of this everything is excellent, room, breakfast, friendly staff ..’

• Ahsan (8/5): - We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were lovely and welcoming, and the location was excellent. The rooms were very spacious, with a great-sized spa bath and a large, comfortable shower. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room clean throughout our stay. The wardrobe was a nice touch, with slippers and traditional robes/silk clothing available to use. The TV was also a good size, which made relaxing in the room even better. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we were pleased not to encounter any geckos on the balcony, which we had experienced at other hotels in Thailand. One of the highlights was the walk from the bedrooms to the restaurant and beach — it was beautiful walking through the hotel gardens each day. Overall, the hotel offered great value for money considering the location, and the rooms were a real highlight. There were a few downsides during our stay. The rooms don’t come with an iron, and when I requested one at around 1am, it took about 30 minutes to be delivered as staff initially couldn’t locate one. The restaurant was also not suitable for halal dietary requirements, which limited our options. We were uncomfortable with the hotel security guard taking pictures of us, which didn’t feel appropriate. Additionally, taxis and motorbike rentals arranged through the hotel seemed overpriced, as the hotel appears to take a commission, so it’s worth arranging your own transport instead. Finally, I accidentally left £100 (a significant amount in Thai baht) in the room before checking out. I returned shortly after checkout to see what had happened, but the room was already being cleaned. Unfortunately, the cleaner was unable to provide any explanation or help locate the money, which was disappointing.

The location was very good, and it was close to the Lamai Night Market. The only thing we didn’t like was that we couldn’t properly separate the toilet, as it was open to the room, which made things a bit uncomfortable.

Die Zimmer (wir hatten ein Deluxe Zimmer mit Whirlpool) waren sehr sauber und das Bett sehr bequem und vor allem riesig! Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist direkt im Geschehen von Lamai und am Beach. Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber immer noch sehr schön. Da gibt es nichts.

• Martin (8/5): Coffee an issue. - 2nd visit location could not be better, the staff friendly. A few issues with the aircon and bathroom blind, which were resolved quickly. Disapointed with breakfast, they kept running out of bacon and it took 20 mins to get some. The coffee machines were woefully inadequate, took ages to get a small cup, which meant there were people waiting and you had to keep going back.
