• Cristian (3/5): El peor lugar de Tailandia en el cual estuve - Nada. Cama el colchón malisimo. Personal sobre todo el correspondiente al Check in.. muy mala atención. Teníamos la bacha del baño tapada, avisamos y nunca obtuvimos respuesta. No se pudo usar. Pileta. Quisimos hacer uso de la misma tipo 18hs y estaba llena de hojas.. no pudiendo usarla. Ventana de la habitación la parte superior no tenía cortina, entraba la luz de los reflectores directo a la cara mientras dormíamos.

• Mónica PuCa (9/5): Ubicación, calidad, precio - El sitio es realmente agradable, con sus cabañitas. La habitación era muy amplia y el baño parecía de un spa. Está ubicado en la zona de los manglares (no hay playa). Pero por esa localización es más económico, la zona es pequeña por lo que puedes llegar a todos los puntos de interés en menos de 10 minutos. Hay muchos restaurantes y mini markets en los alrededores. Facilitan toallas para la piscina y el desayuno del hotel es super completo. Tienes que pagar una fianza de 500 bht, que te devuelven a la salida. Para mi no fue incómodo, pero lo destaco para que se lleve efectivo.

• Audrius (1/5): One of the worst and most disappointing hotel experiences we have ever had in Thailand. - The apartments were dirty and in very poor condition, far from what was advertised in the photos. The overall cleanliness and maintenance standards were unacceptable. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the reception staff. We were traveling with children and politely asked if the children’s room could be moved closer to the parents’ room because they were scared to sleep alone. The receptionist completely ignored our concerns and coldly suggested that we “take a refund and find another hotel” late at night, fully aware that finding accommodation for a family at that hour would be impossible. The staff showed no empathy, no willingness to help, and no respect toward guests. It was rude, stressful, disappointing, and completely ruined our stay.

• here and beyond (9/5): Compared to other hotels, this was good value and the breakfast menu had a good variety of food. - The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are away from the main drag so away from the noise of the boats and restaurants The curtains allowed a lot of light in, the door did not have a safety lock which might be a concern for single travelers especially female travelers.

• Cruz (5/5): Room was kind of ass tbh. For a budget option it’s not bad but if you’re trying to enjoy the stay while in the room just - It was quiet. The hike to my room was kind of eh.

Our room was next to the next property's pool and this caused some noise issues at night, but not enough to be a significant concern.

No help with suitcases from boat/dick to hotel like some other hotels offer. It was a struggle in the heat and the hotel is probably one of the furthest from the pier…. lesson learnt lol

• Dominique (7/5): Auberge correcte - Nous avons aimé la piscine (et les serviettes fournies) et le petit déjeuner varié et copieux (buffet). L'air climatisé est définitivement un plus! Le personnel est très strict et pas très souriant. Impossible de déjeuner à 7:27, il faut attendre 7:30 (un peu désagréable quand tu as un bateau à 8h). Même chose pour le lavage : tu payes pour le service express mais n'arrive pas à 17:45, c'est à 18h (même si ton sac est prêt et que tu le vois).

• edward (8/5): A Good Place to Stay - I spent 2 nights here. The second night I spent in a cheaper accomodation. I suppose, it was cheaper because it was set back fruther from the beach and at the second story of a structure. That being said, it was well put together and had everything I needed. Of course, there were resturants, adventure optiions and stores nearby. I could quible and wish for a better view, but all I had to do was walk out my door.

• Ernesto (8/5): Muy Buena relación calidad precio. - En general todo estába muy bien en cuanto a relación calidad precio. Pagamos 46€ por una noche con desayuno. El desayuno bueno. Por el precio no podenos quejarnos de nada, aúnque si empezaría a poner colchones nuevos, era algo incómodo.
• edward (8/5): Good Accomodations and Location - The bungalo has a lovely view from the window. There was shampoo and tooth brushes and bottles of water in the room. There was wifi. There was, of course, free breakfast with many tasty options. I would suggest visitors take the time to explore the pool and gardens. There are some good views. The staff discovered I had left a towel and helped me get it back. For a rather tall guy, the door to the bathroom was a little low in that particular bungalo. I would have liked to have the coffee packets in the room. But, they can be picked up at the front desk,

• michael (3/5): - The resort is beautiful and where the hotel reception and restaurant is the view was amazing Hotel staff very poor one of our party is diabetic and needed food from the breakfast buffet at 7 o'clock in morning but was refused saying strictly 7.30 even tho the food was available. The rooms were never cleaned and there was no help with the cases to and from the resort so we had to pay someone to help one of our party is 88 years old . The hotel accommodation is very misleading as all the rooms are in the mountains not near the sea front and was very disappointed in this overall not good

But did it serve a purpose - yes. - The egg station at breakfast was nice There are no safes in the room. The door to the superior room didn’t feel 100% secure, could see light coming through my the lock and in the middle of the door.

• hickman (10/5): A magical spot, simple and easy going place to stay. - Lovely location, very relaxed and calm atmosphere. Pool was clean and it was a lovely place to relax. My room was in C block, and was good value, simple and pleasant. The staff were always friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast and they make lunch too, well priced and delicious Thai food. Railay is slightly more expensive to stay at so I felt it was very good value and I had a very happy week. As a solo traveller, I felt safe too. Plus they have some huge turtles, chickens and various other pets which are quite fun. Despite reading a few negative online reviews, I was very happy with my stay.

The Aircon wasn’t the best, shower was basically a wet room with a toilet I guess you could do two things at once. Staff weren’t at all helpful and the list of fines were very off putting.

Největší tragédie klimatizace.sice funkční ale hlučná já drtič kamene v lomu. Větrák vydával hluk jako helikoptéra. Nedodržování nočního klidu. Ožralí a vyhuleni hosté dělali bordel celou noc a nikdo je neusměrnil.

• Sidinara (9/5): Vale a pena o custo benefício - Quando cheguei no Hotel me deram o quarto ( C-13 )onde o banheiro era horrível, a água molhava o banheiro todo e não escorria e as em algumas partes da parede estavam sujas, pedi para trocar de quarto e PAGUEI a diferença pelo novo quarto, esse era quarto ( 203 ) era ótimo, banheiro grande e quarto espaçoso. Hotel tem um ótimo café da manhã com muitas variedades de comidas e bebidas. A localização do hotel é perto do Píer mas não é perto da praia. Os staff que servem o café são super gentis e adoráveis. O Staff da recepção ( um rapaz ) é super grosseiro e ríspido, não tem simpatia nenhuma e totalmente sem paciência, vi ele tratando outros clientes da mesma forma, tem que colocar na recepção uma pessoa mais amável e simpática, ele trata todos com muita ignorância e frieza. Hotel não é perto da praia de Railay ( cerca de 10 minutos ) Nenhum quarto tem TV ou cofre para guardar os documentos.

• Caryl (6/5): Nice and pleasant! - It was a decent place, plenty of space between guests and the bar/breakfast area was nice in front of the beach Some of the staff were a little unhelpful at times and there were many many rules. I suppose they might’ve had troublesome guests in the past, but meant we were a little worried as soon as we checked in.

The room was nice for the price, but the bathroom was not great. A lot of rust and the shower was just in the middle of the bathroom. Otherwise a very nice stay for the price!

• Quest (4/5): Great location however due to the staff & how bad the room smell was I would not stay here ever again. It ruined wha - The location for this property was amazing. This was the night of our wedding so we decided to spend a little extra & book the more expensive room. At first we were so excited because the room was so nice. But very quickly the room started to smell really really badly. The bathroom sewage made the entire room smell. It was so bad that we would wake up a few times in the night because of how powerful the smell was. It was disgusting. We even told the staff about it & they didn’t fix it. We also had a massive cockroach crawling around our walls. I would not stay here again after that. The staff at the reception were also very rude. They didn’t smile once at us & did not care that our room smelled & did not care that we were upset because we just got married & had to sleep in a room that smelled so badly like urine you couldn’t even sleep.

• Melissa (8/5): Perfekte Lage auf der Railay Halbinsel - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut, um die Railay Halbinsel zu erkunden. Allerdings hat das Restaurant nebenan häufig bis spät in den Abend sehr laute Musik laufen, was etwas störend sein kann, wenn man eigentlich den entspannten Inselflair genießen möchte. Von der Lautstärke war bei den Bungalows jedoch nichts mehr zu hören. Das Resort ist sehr schön gestaltet mit vielen Pflanzen und einer schönen Poolarea. Die Handtücher waren zum Teil recht fleckig und das Badezimmer etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da es keinen abgrenzenden Bereich zur Toilette zum Duschen gab. Leider gab es auch keine vegane Option beim Frühstücksbuffet, obwohl uns dies auf Anfrage im Vorhinein bestätigt wurde. Über eine pflanzliche Milchalternative wie Hafermilch hätten wir uns sehr gefreut! An sonsten gab es Obst, Toast und Marmelade als vegane Optionen.
• Marco (5/5): - Haben unsere Wäsche zum Waschen abgegeben und haben sie eingelaufen wiederbekommen! Alle Hemden können jetzt in den Müll, weil sie zu heiß gewaschen wurden ! Geht gar nicht Zusätzlich waren die zur Verfügung gestellten Handtücher in der Unterkunft nicht aus Baumwolle, weshalb man nach dem duschen nicht trocken geworden ist. Solche Handtücher haben wir auch noch nie erlebt.

• Yuriy (6/5): Потрясающая природа - Живописная природа, но это скорее не заслуга отеля. При заселении попросили депозит 500 бат. Я сказал, что занесу через 15 минут, потому что кошелёк глубоко в рюкзаке, дайте возможность разобрать вещи в прохладе, мы к вам с багажом шли пешком по адской жаре 20 минут с пирса. Администратор отказала в моей просьбе и выдала ключи только после того как я вытащил перед ней и перетрес всё своё бельё и нашёл кошелёк. Завтрак обычный. В санузле довольно темно, видимо чтобы не бросалась в глаза застарелая паутина по углам. Спать не комфортно, неудобный матрас и очень шумно от наружного блока кондиционера соседнего домика, который установлен в 10 см от нашей терассы. В номере муравьи. До одного пляжа идти 1 км - 20 минут, до другого 800 м - 15 минут.
