All housekeeping stuff were piled at the end of the corridor next to one of the lifts. Could hear pretty loud sound from the water pipe when neighboring room was using the shower or tap.

Location is closed to every public transportation, e.g. metor, bus, minibus, tram, also closed to 2 supermarkets and wet market. Just a few minutes to reach out. A number of restaurants nearby, like the chinese tea restaurant, few chaa chan tang with high quality and reputation, korean and japanese cuisines. Starbucks is just right in front of you. Room is small but good enough if you just find a place for resting. It was quiet even it located next to the busy corridor and elevators. Staffs are helpful and friendly to response our requests as to secure our comfortable stay. Room is too small to put your shopping suitcases.

• Ray (3/5): The Wi-Fi service falls short for guests who need to handle even moderate work-related tasks. - iclub Hotel has an excellent location — close to transport, shopping, and restaurants — and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Rooms were clean and offered good value for the area. However, the limited Wi‑Fi ruined the experience. There’s an inexplicable cap on the number of devices allowed, and connection speeds were poor. I couldn’t reliably host an important meeting because of frequent dropouts and slow upload/download. For business travelers who need stable internet, this is a major issue. Overall I’d give one star despite the great staff, location, and value because the Wi‑Fi limitations made the stay impractical for work.

• Kan (7/5): Quite disappointed this stay. - This is my 4th times stay in this hotel. The staffs are consistently friendly and helpful. Especially the cleaning staffs. Location is very convenient to transport and local restaurants. It is a bit busy at breakfast time in the dinning room, however there are lots of restaurants around the area for breakfast. I stay in this hotel for the last 3 times I visit Hong Kong. The hotel has worn down during this few years. Mould has developed in the toilet and shower area. My room has bad smell from the drainage. I have requested a connected rooms when I booked the stay, I have received a confirmation from the hotel but I was not provided with connected room nor even next to each other.

• Jeannerat (8/5): Overall a good value choice, but if you have specific requirements, double check before booking! - Very clean room, daily cleaning service. Great outdoor patio away from street noise for brekkie and general respite. We selected the hotel because the gym photos suggested there was a rowing ergometer. Our plan was to train daily early in the morning. But on arrival we understood there was only a bicycle trainer there. Explaining the situation to staff, they understood and called management which directed us to the other i-club at 3km saying there was one there and we would be granted access. We made the effort and went there only to find out there was none there, either. Luckily we found a nearby Gym, but it cost us HKD200 for each session, and we could only train while management was present, between lunchtime and 9PM, which complicated our plans for our vacation.
• Poh Meng (8/5): - Place is very convenient. You can get your water refilled whenever. Relatively in a quieter part of town. Lots of food around and it's about a few minutes walk to the Fortress Hill MTR. Staff was also friendly and helpful. You can hear the water pipes from the room next door, and it's pretty loud. Floor were tiles and surfaces were glass, so everything you touch is going to be very cold. Room wasn't the cleanest, but passable. Just look up and you can kinda see the ignore parts of the cleaner.

• Hah Wah Elena (6/5): - location very good regarding taxi to airport the reception desk staff said it's easy to get one by the roadside. It's a over assumption. Should give advice such as: use mobile phone to book a taxi.

• bosoxpride101 (8/5): Great location & value with new but tiny rooms - 2nd stay here and still find it one of the best bargains near central HK, as long as you get over how tiny the rooms are. Furnishings still relatively new and in good conditions, few min walk from Fortress Hill MTR station and the A11 city bus which takes you to airport directly. complimentary BF is woefully inadequate with basic stuff and cheap coffee, then again you are surrounded by 20 cafes and diners within 5 min walks. 7-11 is next door An improvised outdoor "gym" is now on the 3F outdoor terrace, entire hotel has only 1 washer and 1 dryer, it costs $50 to use (purchase 2 coins), get ready to have your clothes being tossed aside by others waiting. I like the safety box in closet which fits my mac book pro (13 inch) You have the option of leaving your suitcase at the hotel while traveling else where, costs $20 HKD per day per luggage.

• judyt174 (8/5): Good location - iClub Fortress Hill is conveniently located near the MTR station, trams and A11 CityFly bus stop (direct bus from Airport). The room space is ok for 1 but not 2. Amenities r good. But the mini fridge is not working. The very simple complimentary breakfast is actually quite good with Assortment of different breads. There’s a microwave and toaster if you want to heat up your own meals. Overall, the experience was good.

• Joeksluk (4/5): Confusions and bad experiences encountered from the housekeeping services arrangements - Past 2 yrs or longer (2 times a year, each time 8-10days), I have been staying in this hotel so far so good. But I encountered some fundamental service problem and frustration in this trip. During my recent 8 nites stay there, first 3 days the housekeeping was ok replacing my bathroom wet towels and floor mat, but then stopped for 2 consecutively days so without any notice. Bedsheet not changed too as usually changed one time for those longer stay room guest ( longer than a week, part of the booking contract service too). I went down to the service counter asking why so. The answers given were: * room guest is required to call up daily for bathroom towels and floor mat , otherwise no housekeepers would enter the room . * room guest is required to call up for bedsheet change arrangements. In my past experiences with my stay in this hotel, bedsheet change date was arranged at the check in time. BUT, not happened same for this time stay. If the hotel now practises new policy requiring the room guests to initiate call for the above concerned housekeeping services otherwise no services, PLEASE make it clear at the check in time. On the day Saturday I complained to the Service counter staff for the below mentioned incidents, and the staff promised to arrange bathing towel change immediately and bedsheet change on next day. When i returned to my room, my card was unable to open my room door, I again went down to Service Counter reporting so. I was waiting outside my room for the housekeeper to come and to fix it. It was found due to the door lock battery needed replacement. Maintenance issue? Next day Sunday I went out the whole day and returned to my room at nite. I was happy to see bathing towel change done, BUT my bedsheet has not been changed as promised. I again went down to Service Counter complaining for so. I am really disappointed with this services due to the hotel new policy implemented? All these may make sense to those 1-3 days short stay guests, but really discourages those guests staying much longer, for the reason or the environmental care excuse? BUT, it does not make sense for longer stay guests to initiate call to Service counter daily requesting for the concerned services, this would create workload and inefficiency. I feel very angry and frustrated for such services changed in this time stay. And, I already hestiate to continue to choose staying with this hotel for my next trips in near future. Last to highlight, the housekeeping staffs are all very friendly and helpful. It seems the services breakdown due to newly implemented operating procedures messy up the services arrangements for timely executions, resulting confusions to the room guests as well as the hotel servicing staff. • RickW230 (6/5): It's OK - Smallest hotel room in have ever stayed in. Small room was not a problem, but the small bathroom was a problem. Only bath towels, no washcloth, face or hand towels. Not as clean as other Iclub hotels. Lobby / reception was a mess, piles of trash waiting to be removed. Hallway had a huge pile of housekeeping stuff. Garbage from rooms in hallway. Comfortable bed, nice bed linens, air-con worked well, quiet, good water pressure in shower, many restaurants, grocery stores, and transportation nearby, good coffee in lobby. OK for 1 person for a couple of nights.
• AcmChan (10/5): Wonderful experience - This time, i choose iclub fortress because of the attractive low price offer in high season period and with such convenient location. Few minutes walk to subway station, and numerous bus services around the corner. And countless restaurants around the hotel. Although they have no breakfast provided but they do provide a bread and juice in the morning for free. I stay over one week, one free self service laundry is also provided. What a nice experience. Do recommend this hotel to others.

• Jaschan1114 (10/5): August 2025 Trip - Everyone at iClub Fortress Hill was friendly and helpful. The front desk agent who checked our party in was extremely knowledgeable and helped us check in when we didn't have wi-fi to show our email confirmation. During the stay, the housekeeping attendants made sure to check with us each day if we needed our rooms cleaned and on the days we denied cleaning, they offered us fresh towels anyways. Service was excellent the only issue we faced was that the mini fridges in the rooms did not work well enough and could not keep our bottled drinks cold. Other than that the stay was great!
• SusanB1062025 (10/5): Solo stay 6 nights - Stayed at iclub Fortress Hill Hotel for a week. The location really can't be beat, so convenient and walking distance from the MTR and lots of great food in the area. The hotel offers bread and coffee in the morning for a light breakfast. The rooms are spacious by Hong Kong standards and beds are very comfortable. Overall the cleanliness of the room was acceptable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would stay here again when I travel to Hong Kong in the future.
• joshlW8606VG (2/5): Save Your Money - Stay Elsewhere - We chose iClub Fortress Hill for its strong reviews and affordable pricing, with its standout feature being the excellent location—convenient transport connections and plenty of nearby dining options. Unfortunately, the stay itself fell short of expectations. The rooms were cramped, poorly maintained, and most concerningly, lacked basic cleanliness, both in appearance and odour, an experience that did not reflect the booking platform’s description. As a result, we decided to forfeit our non-refundable payment and move to alternative accommodation after just one night. While we value budget-friendly options, we believe that hygiene and upkeep are non-negotiable essentials. For this reason, we cannot recommend this property.

• Patrickpk2001chan (8/5): Nice place in north point - This hotel is near the fortress hill and Tin hau , there are nearby supermarket, park, and shop and welcome, walking around , walking distance for almost all kind of CUISINE ❤️ along electric road. The hotel now will be located at third floor everything is clean and green.
• wcwl_13 (10/5): Great price for a clean modern hotel - The location is very convenient , closed to the A11 Airport bus route. It costs less than US$6 to get to hotel from the airport. The MTR station is just 5 min walk away. Hotel room is small but perfect for one person . The price in May and Just is extremely reasonable for the quality of stay.

The room is relatively clean and bright given it is decorated with glass and light-colored wall and tile floor. The breakfast provided is simple and good. The room is a bit small with no space for extra desk and chair. It only provides bath towels, but no face towers. It is somewhat disappointed. The pump dispenser of shower gel bottle does not work. Need to unscrew to pour out the gel for shower.

• Serena Yin K (10/5): - Fairwood is down the block, my husband and I went there for dinner and breakfast. There is a mom and pop yakitori shop, price is very decent. Bus and MRT are 2 blocks away. We only have to take A11 bus to take us from and to the airport. The room is big enough for 2 large luggage and we still have room to walk. But the bathroom is tiny. If you get sick easily cover your head because the AC vent is above your head.
