And have the audacity to charge $75 to me because the cleaner said I left the room dirty, where in fact it was very dirty and smells bad at the same time.

• Chris (10/5): Very relaxing. - There were not enough parking bays. Had to park on the street, however, the website did stipulate "First come First Serve" . Apart from that, everything was ok.
• Leonie (7/5): Good price, convenient, clean, comfortable and good facilities for self-catering - It was a handy location and good to have the park outside to walk around. There was a good kitchen which had all you needed to self-cater for a short or longer stay. Even though the rooms were older, it was clean and had all the facilities I needed. It was terrific that it had bedside lights and bedside tables for all the beds. Having the second door between the bedroom and hallway to the kitchen, bathroom and main entery helped keep it relatively quiet. The queen size bed was a softer mattress with less back support. The single bed looked firmer. The shower head/ hose has a leak and the water was leaking out when the shower was running. It would be good to have this repaired to avoid wasting precious water in the driest continent! It would also be better if the table was positioned a bit further away from the TV or the TV was on a flexible arm.

There was an ironing board in the room but no iron. There was no iron in laundry. As I arrived in the evening after reception had closed, I had to wait for reception to open at 10:30am the next morning to obtain an iron which made me late getting to my appointment.

Great kitchen facilities and loved how we could close the bedroom door off from the kitchen and bathroom. Blocked out some of the noise in the driveway. The shower over the bath is WAY TOO LOW on the wall. It couldn't be adjusted and it was very uncomfortable trying to bend over backwards trying to get my hair wet. It would have been better with a straight nozzle, not the curved one that points the wrong way.

• Kelly (1/5): Unacceptable behavior - The option to have a kitchen in the apartment is good. I didn’t like the way the manager and staffs behaved. 2 things happened over the weekend: First: one staff come inside our apartment to change the towels (Saturday when we weren’t there). I thought it was part of the service but on Sunday i sent a message to them to ask to put more coffee in the kitchen and they ask permission to one staff go there. They said they can only go there with my permission. I didn’t understand because no one asked permission to me on Saturday to go there and change the towels. Second: i brought one pillow with me during my flight and i used this pillow during my stay. It was a grey pillow case (different from the motel that is white). The motel offered 2 pillows in double bed and 1 pillow in single bed. After we check out i received a message asking if by any chance i let on pillow with me as the staff noticed one more then he was there and now its one less. I explained that during their visit to change our towel probably they noticed the extra pillow that was mine. They know they offered 3 pillows. Why thy asked about the fourth that was mine? Very strange behavior. After o return to them explained that was mine i didn’t receive any answer/ apologies or any other message to close my stay there.

Unfortunately the accommodation was grubby with sticky floor especially kitchen. Poor lookout and had to keep blinds closed. Notices say housekeeping every day but only had this once in the week and therefore towels only changed once. Poor cooking facilities and lack of storage. Lost WiFi at times for hours which was difficult as I was reliant on it.

• Olaf (1/5): I’m tired - We were put in a room at the back of property, apparently above the laundry, which was operating full steam until midnight. It was freakishly loud, complete with even a strange digital voice announcement at regular intervals. We were there as a family before a performance, and unfortunately the entire family got a rubbish nights sleep. Will never consider staying here again, and will Certainly not recommend to any friends coming up here. Waaaaaay to noisy. The only good thing was the location.
