Posizionata a 1000 MT di altitudine vicino ad una bellissima abbazia di Vallombrosa a cui si deve necessariamente fare visita. Un paradiso per chi ama la montagna e fare trekking.

La clientela composta prevalentemente da ottuagenari fiorentini giunti a Saltino a difendersi dal caldo insopportabile delle ultime settimane. Simpatica poi l'esperienza della prima colazione: Ad una nostra richiesta di avere caffè e latte ci è stato dato latte e orzo. Gli ottuagenari si sa sono sensibili alla caffeina.
