• Anirban (7/5): Good overall. - Location, staff, cleanliness There were guests who blocked the car entrance by parking right in front. The gate security did not prevent this or ask them to remove the car. Just having security is not enough, enforcement is needed.

• Dhananjay (8/5): Family vacation stay at Effotel - We stayed for 4 nights , occupancy of entire hotel rooms was full but only one lift was functional it cause so much inconvenience since there used to be long waiting time , such amenities must attended to Restaurant staff need to be more attentive & proactive in their service turnaround time & response to customer needs

• Rupesh (3/5): Just not value for money - My review for the Effotel Hotel in Indore is based on my experience of their service. Upon arrival, I was not escorted to my room, which was disappointing. This lack of attention to detail and customer care at the start of my stay was a letdown. and was very disappointed with the electronic key card system. The key cards frequently failed to work, and I had difficulty opening my room. This was a frustrating and inconvenient experience." , I have a serious concern regarding the safety of the staircase. It was not properly guided to the ground floor .In an emergency, this could lead to a serious accident. I hope the management takes immediate action to address this safety issue and ensure a secure environment for all guests."

Staff is totally irresponsible and when you complain, they actually hang up on you. GM of hotel is like GOD and cannot be distributed as per hotel staff. Managers are just perfect stupid people who just say sorry and forget about it in 10 mins. They only want Corporate bookings and others should totally avoid even if it is free. Nothing. AC - Not working Food - Below Average Service - Poor Staff- Pathetic Breakfast spread is good but mostly tasteless They serve you with grumpy faces as if we are beggars. This happened for Four Days in a row. Best to avoid such hotels which have a name but are actually pathetic.

Menu is repeatedly same....but delicious. Overall I will rate 8 to 9 out of 10. Corridors are bit noisy....but then i think hotel management can do nothing about it.
