- Raquel (8/5): It was fine for the amount of time I spent inside the hotel. - The hotel is in a good area. The hotel rooms do need some upkeep. It’s also lacking on deep cleaning(carpets, floors and walls).
- Dawn (6/5): One night in Enid, OK - The lobby was pretty and clean. Good location to shops and restaurants. Staff was friendly. The mold in the bath/shower! The pillows were tiny and flat. The A/C unit was very loud. Every time it shut off it made a huge boom, startling me throughout the night. The ironing board was filthy!

- Serena (5/5): Not disability ADL friendly or compassionate - Some of the staff was very nice General manager was very rude and didn’t care nor try to help with our request for our disability even after if was requested at booking. Also didn’t like that the workers can’t read English at all. They would walk in the rooms even when you put do not disturb on the door. My husband was still in bed a they walked in on him still.

- Isabelle (8/5): -
- Robin (6/5): - The first room we were given had trash on the floor in the corner. In addition, the air conditioner was in pieces and not even plugged in. Second room was better but not what one would expect for $100/night. The carpets were filthy and you could tell that they don't really clean the room. they may have changed the sheets and towels but that was about it. The bathroom door had something on it, I am guessing hair spray or deodorant that someone had sprayed. I used a wetwipe to clean the door off. The shower curtain barely it the tub so water went everywhere when the shower was used. I don't think I really like the idea of putting full sized bathroom products in the rooms. Grouting and caulking in the tub was gross and moldy. There was one light switch that didn't work, could be an electrical issue. As I stood there flipping it on and off I envisioned the tv going on and off in the room next door! IYKYK. So basically just an OK place to stay, but won't stay there again.

- gary (8/5): - The friendly staff at front desk Pool was cold and bed uncomfortable and pillows were uncomfortable.
- Dustin (10/5): - The woman working the desk August 31 at 6pm was wonderful. Went out of her way to help our 2 yr old. We will stay again.
- Jen (2/5): Horrible conditions - Disgusting conditions. Pool was dirty and left clothes stinking. Dryers were broken and had to resort to laundry mat with our lengthy stay. Rooms were dirty and not cleaned in the 5 day stay. We had to go to the desk to retrieve towels and wash cloths. Gym air conditioning did not work and sweaty towels stayed on the floor for 3 days.
- Susan E (10/5): Great staff - We had excellent service by the front desk staff. We could not get the sound to work on our TV the first night and the front desk person came to our room with a different remote. I can't remember her first name. The TV still didn't work but she said the maintenance person would be there in the morning which was fine with us. The next morning the front desk person, Kristian, assessed the TV and he said he would get us a different room. When we got to the new room, that TV wouldn't work and Kristian got another remote and got the TV to work. This is a long story, but the summary is that Kristian and the evening front desk person provided excellent customer service to resolve the TV issues and did so cheerfully. They went out of their way to make our stay a good one. It was clean and had a good breakfast but the staff is what will make us come back the next time we are in Enid.
- Hosford-Campbell (9/5): -
- Linda (8/5): - Good stay
- Devon (4/5): - The smoke alarm was covered in a red greasy substance. The front desk woman told me the first time it started going off they were waiting on a part. Later checking out after it had went off multiple times (which required a full on trip down to the front desk to turn off) the guy blamed it on the heat and blamed the alarm being covered in goop on the guys who work/stay there.

- Doran (8/5): Will go again sometime - The location is good and a free breakfast. Staff was good and the rooms are clean.
- Wright (3/5): Not great anymore, not going back - The shower was nice. The bed was comfy. The carpet was damp and smelly. My socks got wet! Bathroom door wouldnt shut. Food at breakfast was gone with 45 min left., and not being replenished. No eggs had been offered at all. Oatmeal was not edible. I don't think the oats were cooked, they were just coveted with water and not hot. There was only 1 working lightbulb. I asked for replacement of broken lightbulb but they said no. We used to stay there once every 8 weeks so we know how good it used to be. WE WON'T BE BACK! The new owner seems to be cutting costs at the guests' expense.
- Terry (10/5): - Everything was great except for huge, ugly stains on one side of the sheets. So I slept on the other side of the bed.
- David (8/5): - Pool was not working
- Dinah (6/5): Decent place, but skip the suite. - Great location, nice to have a pool, good breakfast options. We spent more to have a “suite,” but it was impossible to pull out the sofa bed because the front part of the suite was so cramped that you could not pull it out. So all 3 people (two adults and a child) had to sleep in the king bed. We would have been better off with two queens instead. In addition, the room smelled very musty.
- Angela (8/5): - Nice foyer area near front desk and also the neat breakfast nook hidden behind a French door with plenty of tables and chairs. Concerning they had a roof leak in the dining area.
It was hidden behind a tarp.
Enjoyed the indoor pool. Concerned with the mold on the ceiling in a room inside the pool area. Very humid in there also being it was a heated pool.
Probably needs more ventilation.
Saw some exterior repairs that needs to be addressed as well; electrical conduit broken and straps missing, a screen needed to be screwed down, and I believe some gutters out back needed to be strapped down/fixed.
The front exterior sliding door was loud and not properly working.
Frustrated when we would go out the side door and there’s no card pad to reenter so had to go around front to get back in. Most hotels have keypads all around building. The room was nice and spacious. A little concerning there seemed to be a lot of moisture in the room on the floor. Didn’t know if it had to do with the leaks in the building.
It would be a great hotel with some care and much needed repairs.
I feel they need to bring in professional contractors and not just handy/maintenance men who work there. That’s too much on their plate.
I hope you share this with the hotel for recommendations.
- Rachele (4/5): Disappointing - The lobby was beautiful First experience was the check in girl was rather rude. The comforter was torn and the feathers were all lumped together. The toilet ran all night and the shower leaked. I honestly don't know how they had such a high rating when I looked. For the cost of the room I definitely expected better
- Rod (9/5): Superb -
- Grunow (9/5): Superb -
- Lopez (10/5): Exceptional -
- Patrick (2/5): bad - the location cleanliness is kept getting bit by bugs but couldn’t ever find out we’re or what they were. Room wasn’t clean upon arrival still tooth paste stains in the bathroom sink. Sheets and bedding was stained. 1 of the stains i was able to wipe off with my finger…
for 1500 bucks it was pretty horrid.
- Amy (2/5): - After arriving slightly early we came into a rickety sliding front door to check in. The girl behind desk seemed stressed and would not let us check in a bit early, so we waited patiently. We then went to our room near laundry shoot (noisy) where we discovered an old bed spring bed (extremely uncomfortable), a shabby room with walls in ruin and shower/toilet very janky. The WiFi didn’t work at all but luckily had hotspot to rebook another room elsewhere to sleep comfortably while in town for a family emergency. I reached out to Hotels.com to retrieve a 2 day refund but Country Inn in Enid would not refund us. The price we paid for this 2 day stay was absolutely not worth the money and on top of that we had to book another hotel so we could sleep comfortably in a clean room while in town for a very hard family issue. I am disappointed this hotel would not accommodate this refund. Trust me when I say I highly recommend staying elsewhere if you have a choice. The ratings on Hotels.com were misleading stating “exceptional”. Hardly the case.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Good but a bit worn - We have stayed here previously. Good Breakfast. Nicely arranged building. Clean. It is starting to be a bit worn. Some flooring needs replacing. Will stay here again.
- Nancy (10/5): - Excelent hotel
- Chris (8/5): Very good -
- Bailey (7/5): Decent but not worth the price - Location Beds were very uncomfortable
- Bill (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alton (10/5): - Comfortable
- Melanie (8/5): - For the money, it was good. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The people I was traveling with had a room that apparently needed some attention. Staff was very helpful when the air conditioner wasn’t working in the first room. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
- Debra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Margaret (8/5): Very good -
- Karen (8/5): Very good -
- Jennifer (9/5): Superb -
- Rich (1/5): Horrible experience and the hotel did nothing to make it right. We still paid full price and received no call from the - Location was close to where I needed to be. Was originally assigned a room 407 and it was not cleaned. They then gave us room 125 and it only had one bed. I went back to the front desk and they said this one is definitely clean, but when we got to room 424 the key wouldn’t work and the tv was on. The front desk person then took us to room 422 and said this one is clean and went with us to the room. That room was also unclean. We then went back fine to the lobby while the front desk clerk cleaned room 407 for about 45 minutes. We eventually went to our room after 11 pm
- Jacqueline (10/5): - Would stay here again
- Timothy (9/5): Nice stay, great staff - Staff was great. Problem with the fridge in the room we got… we got moved to a new room - no problems. Room was comfortable and clean. Nothing… everything was great
- Rebecca (6/5): - We stayed for an extended stay of 5 nights. The hotel staff knew we had 4 people in a double queen room. However, they stated they are “not allowed” to give any replacement towels, but they would “give us one.” We were told to take the dirty towels down to the “laundry shoot” ourselves, and were never given fresh ones after that. The room was not cleaned one time while we were there. We did not expect the hotel to clean the room, we just needed fresh towels!
The positives:
The pool is clean and a nice area to relax. The breakfast has a lot of options, and they also provided “to-go” options as well.
- Steve (6/5): - Property was in nice area. We stayed overnight out of necessity as someone was having a sleep study done. The hotel lobby is nice. The staff was nice. Check in went smoothly. I didn’t think the room was anything special. Beds were just okay. Could’ve been more comfortable . My bottom sheet had what looked to be an old stain from Candy or a popsicle. I could tell that it had been bleached. Since near the foot of the bed and relatively small I didn’t stress over it. Felt the bathroom floor around the edges could’ve been cleaner. The toilet was standard size - which I’m not handicapped, but for older people like my mom it would be nice to have the chair height. Just a suggestion. Also the toilet seat was very loose. An easy fix. We did not stay for breakfast so no opinions on that. It was one of the cheaper hotel options in Enid for that side of town. Probably would not stay there again unless my only option. .
- Steven (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ginger (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carolyn (10/5): I will definitely stay here again. - I was surprised with the modern decor of this property. All was good.
- Jana (6/5): - I was very upset that the pool was shut down. This was the entire reason I booked this hotel. I had even looked at the hotel website before booking to check. Then we were not even told when I arrived I had to ask. The front desk worker was very nice but didn't know who I should contact. Then, during our stay, I found a used soap bar in the shower and a dirty stranger sock next to the bed. .
