There was a used bandaid on the picture in the bathroom & a band aid wrapped on the floor We travel quite frequently & I can’t recall the last time I stayed in a mediocre hotel with more uncomfortable bed & pillows and I have never been so disappointed in a room I spent almost $200/a night for.

- Kirk (2/5): - Breakfast was ok. They gave us the wrong room. We needed a handicap accessible shower because my wife cannot bend her legs very well. We still got a tub shower. Our daughter had to sleep on the couch, not the pull out, because the mattress was falling apart. You could actually see the springs. The view out the window was of the roof overhang.

With no attention to cleaning details like these, what else were they missing that I didn’t see?

- Sarah (2/5): - We checked in at 3:00pm on Tuesday. Around 7:30pm, a random man entered our room. The front desk has assigned him our room and gave him a key to get in. When I called the desk, she laughed about it and said she would look into it. We never heard back. When I left the room to get ice in the morning (Wednesday) both keys had stopped working. When we went to check out at 7:30am, they still had not fixed the room situation and could not give me a receipt for check out. They had us under a different room number in the system than they had given us at check-in. She wrote “checked out” and her initials on a torn off corner piece of paper as my receipt. She claimed she would email me a receipt once her manager fixed the issue, which has yet to happen.

The exercise room had a quality weight machine which you don’t always find in a hotel. I had requested a quiet room and they put us at the end of the hall. I would stay here again!

They made a few dinner recommendations to help us make a decision. Breakfast was hot and ready. It was stocked with plenty of options even for my picky eater!

Rather of had a monetary refund of sorts but at least it was something. Call ahead make sure pool and spa are operational Room was absolutely filthy and the pool has a ring of scum 6 inches tall along the top all the way around it. The spa(hottub) was not operational which is the only reason we chose this location "non refundable" reservation btw!

- Edward (10/5): It was outstanding. - I had no expectations and HI stepped up to the plate . I was very pleased with my accommodations. N/A, I came at shift change and the off going clerk appeared a bit annoyed, until Peyton stepped up and delivered.

- Cheryl (8/5): Exactly what we were looking for in a short 1 night stay. - Very good location and the check in was fast. Check in staff was very friendly. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived but they sent housekeeping right away.
