- Helgi (8/5): Overall, a well-located and comfortable stay with minor drawbacks - The hotel has an excellent location, with easy access to transport links and both the Old Town and the New Town (Nové Město). Although it is situated on a busy street, my bedroom was surprisingly quiet. A glass of Prosecco was served as a welcome drink, although it was not well chilled. My room (504) was split over two levels, with a rather small and somewhat outdated TV on the upper floor. The historic hotel has separate hot and cold taps in the bathroom and shower, which makes it take some time to adjust the water temperature.

- Robert (9/5): Super friendly staff, a fantastic view, and a breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired. - Great location near the metro and only a short walk to the train station. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. Our room had a stunning view of the castle and Prague, along with a small private terrace. There is also a phantastic Rooftop-Bar. :-) There are many stairs, so keep that in mind - like Hogwarts. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. We would definitely come back. The facilities could be improved a little, and for a four‑star hotel we expected a bit more, but it didn’t really bother us. this is only a minor drawback.
- Michal (9/5): zajímavé ubytování v centru - Unikátně řešený hotel, naprosto fantastický výhled, ale pokoj 61 jak z Harryho Pottera. Ale prostorný, s teráskou (sdílenou se sousedním pokojem). Víno a voda potěšili. Poloha hotelu ideální - v podstatě na rohu Václavského náměstí/U Muzea/ metra. Za zmínku stojí hotelová terasa s barem s výhledem na město. Subjektivně - mám raději moderně řešené pokoje.

- Sylwester (5/5): - Blisko do najważniejszych atrakcji miasta. Dobre śniadania. Hotel sprzedaje pokoje Deluxe nieadekwatne do ich obrazu ze zdjęć na profilu hotelu. Recepcja tlumaczy, że posiadają różne pokoje Deluxe, natomiast jest to wprowadzanie w błąd. Rezerwując pokój nie można sugerować się zamieszczonymi zdjęciami pokoju. Dotarcie do pokoju to jakiś koszmar... jeżeli posiadasz walizkę. Wiele ciągów stromych schodów aby dostać sie do apartamentu. Jest winda ,ale dojeżdża tylko do pewnego poziomu. Łazienka ciemna i ponura. Jeżeli lubisz czytać książkę przed snem...zabierz własną czołówkę, ponieważ nie ma lampek nocnych przy łóżku. Cena nieadekwatna do jakości.

- david (5/5): Could be better, rooms smaller and less equipped than we hoped - Location, although lots of building work going on right outside with no footpath Shower was cold one afternoon, with no apology from staff. Literally couldn’t see anything in the wardrobe, was pitch black no light anywhere near it. Made getting ready very difficult. Room was way smaller than expected even though paid extra for a castle view room, where the window was way smaller than the pictures showed. Had more of a hostel feel instead. Eggs at breakfast took a long time to arrive. To get to 5 floor lift only goes to 4th really, you have to then drag bags up stairs then down again, poor layout just gets annoying

Drinks at the roof top bar were some of the best we had in prague Pillows were slightly hard and uncomfortable to what we are used to. Being right below the roof top bar it can be quite noisy out side of your room with people walking and talking loudly

They provided some nice touches like a bottle of wine, a welcome drink on the roof and a couple of macaroons. The bedding was great. The breakfast was good as was the wifi. The hotel is old and in places a bit shabby. The shower flooded.

Beds were quite high to climb up on for older people . Safes were too low to use. Rail for coat hangers too high to reach if you are not tall.

- Verena (10/5): Perfekt für einen Städtetrip - Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Alles ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Es gab zu unserer Freude einen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, die Betten bequem. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wer keine modernen, dafür aber Unterkünfte mit Charme mag, ist hier genau richtig. Nichts.

- Kuck (6/5): Hotel in zentraler Lage - Frühstück.. Personal und Lage des Hotels war Super Hotel total verwinkelt und nicht geeignet für Menschen mit Mobilitätseinschränkungen. Der Parkplatz des Hotels ist nur durch eine Hofeinfahrt zu erreichen der ausschließlich mit kleinen schmalen Fahrzeugen zu erreichen ist max breite ohne Spiegel 1,80 m. Es wurde ein kostenloser Parkplatz angeboten, dieser befindet sich aber ca 3 km entfernt beim Holiday Inn Hotel.

- Christopher (9/5): Not perfect but a very good value - The staff were very friendly, patient, and helpful. The breakfast was excellent! The location was fine for me, but I needed to walk quite a bit to reach the places of interest to me. However, the public transit system is quite good with multiple stops near the hotel. A time ticket can be purchased relatively cheap allowing you to ride the public transit as often as you need within the allotted amount of time purchased. While the room was quite spacious and comfortable, the bathroom shower was quite small. It was basically the size of a phone booth from 20+ years ago. This meant I frequently bumped the handle controlling the water pressure and temperature. I scolded myself a couple times.

- Joanna_C (9/5): Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z podróży do Pragi oraz z hotelu. - Lokalizacja Hotelu jest doskonała - kwadrans piechotą z dworca i 3 minuty na Vaclavske Namesti, czyli doskonałe miejsce wypadowe do pieszego zwiedzania Pragi. Miejsce śniadań, mimo że dość małe zaskoczyło wyśmienitymi śniadaniami - było różnorodnie, duży wybór dań i wszystko bardzo smaczne. Widok z wyższych pięter, a także taras z kawiarnią na dachu pozwalały na piękny widok na panoramę Pragi i Zamek na Hradczanach. Wyjechaliśmy z mężem w ramach poślubnej wycieczki. Dopłaciliśmy do pokoju Deluxe, bo zależało nam na komforcie, lokalizacji, widoku... Zdjęcia pokoju w ofercie nie odnosiły się jednak do pokoju, który otrzymaliśmy - zamiast tarasu widocznego na zdjęciach mieliśmy drzwi balkonowe za którymi była bariera szklana - widok na Pragę był ładny, ale to nie były zdjęcia naszego pokoju. Po zakwaterowaniu zgłosiliśmy na recepcji, że nie działają dwa kinkiety oświetleniowe w pokoju, ale nikt z obsługi technicznej nie przyszedł w ciągu naszego pobytu. Nie wpływa to jednak na nasze ogólne zadowolenie z hotelu.

- julian (4/5): A bit disappointed! - We were quite disappointed with our stay, especially considering the price of €200 per night for a standard room. While the photos suggest a luxury experience, the reality is an old building with many flaws. The room was very small, and the portable air conditioning unit was incredibly noisy. The bathroom was particularly poorly designed: the shower cabin was cramped, and a step in front of the sink made it impossible to stand straight in front of the mirror. To make matters worse, the plumbing was noisy and the toilet had trouble flushing properly even after three attempts. (Not talking about my urine) Other downsides included a lack of power outlets for charging electronics, a small rooftop terrace, and only one elevator for the entire building. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, check-in/out went smoothly, and the location is within walking distance of the historic center. However, it simply wasn't worth the money.

Die Dachterasse bietet einen atemberaubenden Ausblick über Prag.

Delicious breakfast with a wonderful selection. In the room, there was a complimentary hotel gift, along with a welcome drink. We were given gifts: postcards, magnets, event passes, and restaurant discounts. The staff was very friendly. We were pleasantly surprised by the service. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for your hospitality. Спасибо большое за отдых! Отличное расположение, рядом с вокзалом. Прекрасная комната, удобная кровать, подушки. Вкусный завтрак с прекрасным выбором. В комнате комплимент от отеля, напиток при встрече. Нас одарили подарками. Открытки, магнитики, бонусы для посещения мероприятий, скидки в ресторанах. Очень милый персонал. Были очень приятно удивлены такой встречей о обслуживанием. Советую посетить этот отель. Спасибо вам за гостеприимство.

- Garry (10/5): Very nice hotel very close to the centre. - I was given an upgrade from single room to family room. The breakfast was very good, with lots of choice. The location was close to the centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The family room faced a very busy road, so I found it quite noisy in the night, but then I'm a village person unused to city noise.

- Kusiel (8/5): Ótimo custo-benefício, um bom quarto com café da manhã e acessível a vários pontos turísticos à pé. - Ótimo café da manhã, equipe do hotel muito atenciosa. Ótima localização, segura, perto do metrô e do centro de Praga 1. Acesso prático via metrô ao terminal de ònibus Florenc. Vista do quarto excelente para o castelo e outros pontos turísticos, especialmente lindo à noite. Pelas fotos, o quarto parecia maior, e com uma janela maior com vista panorâmica da cidade. O banheiro é de vidro transparente e não há porta separando a privada do resto do banheiro, somente uma divisória fosca. Ponto de atenção para quem tem problema de mobilidade, mesmo com elevador, você terá que subir e descer vários degraus de escada se ficar no 4o ou 5o andar.
