• Monica (10/5): Excelente hotel, com observação do barulho externo - O hotel é muito bom, bem localizado, uma curta caminhada até o centro, tem uma vista linda, os funcionários atenciosos, em especial a Felipa, que ainda nos fez um mimo, uma decoração super graciosa no nosso quarto. Café da manhã simples e funcional. O unico aspeto menos positivo da estadia, e que acredito não ser responsabilidade do hotel, foi o barulho vindo da igreja ao lado. Considero importante alertar futuros hóspedes para esta situação. A partir das 7h da manhã, o sino da igreja começa a tocar de 15 em 15 minutos e mantém-se assim até às 21h, incluindo momentos com música associada ao toque do sino. Infelizmente, tornou-se muito difícil descansar durante a estadia. Não sou uma pessoa particularmente sensível ao barulho — raramente algo me incomoda — mas esta situação foi realmente excessiva. Acho os sinos de igreja bonitos e, sendo católica, até os aprecio, mas considero que a frequência e intensidade acabam por revelar alguma falta de consideração pelo descanso da população e dos visitantes. Nunca tinha vivido algo semelhante.

Luxurious bath accessories, shower, towels (after some Camino hostels). Also views from terrace 2nd floor. Breakfast was outstanding- scrambled eggs, meats, cheeses, muesli,, yogurt, bread, pastries, fruit (slice kiwi and sliced oranges). Just 5 minute walk to main square in Ponte de Lima.

• Stephen (7/5): Shame to have not retained internal evedence of it being Portuguese. - The position at the opposite end of the mediaeval bridge from the town was good. Street parking was easy and it was a short walk to find an evening meal. It was a shame that once inside our rooms, we could have been anywhere in the world. All evidence of it being Portuguese had been completely removed and a, so called, stylish interior been put by a designer clearly so obsessed with their own design the they had fittings that were clunky and inconvenient. My young friend couldn't work out how to use the shower on her own. Some traditional things are good and beautiful.

Sem armários, sem local para colocar uma mala sem atravancar o quarto, mesa muito pequena, falta de uma garrafa de água, colchão muito mole, pequeno e desconfortável, o facto de ser quase tudo pintado de preto é muito opressivo para o meu gosto, chão faz barulho quando se anda, ouve-se o ruido dos quartos ao lado, pequeno almoço continental com o mínimo dos minimos , não havendo atenção à reposição. Resumindo, vale pela localização mas extremanente caro se comparado com outros alojamentos ao mesmo preço.
• Arthur (8/5): Great Location with easy access - The location is great. Being across the Roman bridge from the more touristy central part of Ponte de Lima was great - quiet but super easy access. The room was fine and everything was clean. Breakfast was pleasant and well organized. The room had an extra bed which was in the way and we knocked our shins on it before moving it as far out of the way as possible.

• Karin (9/5): Preis Leistung super - Die Lage mit Blick auf die Brücke war sehr schön. Das Zimmer war allerdings im Haus gegenüber. Trotz Straße nachts recht ruhig. Das Bett war bequem und das Kissen noch besser. Frühstück klein aber alles ausreichend, um gestärkt auf den Camino zu gehen. Habe hier eine Nacht länger verbracht, da ich einen Pausentag brauchte. Das Zimmer war relativ klein. Es gab keinen Schrank nur eine Garderobe über dem Bett. Das Bad war so klein, das man die Tür nicht schließen konnte, wenn man drin war und das Waschbecken war außerhalb vom Zimmer. Aber irgendwie war es auch, was den Charme des Zimmers ausgemacht hat.

Desde a receção, aos cuidados e detalhes com os pedidos, uma vez que tínhamos a nossa estadia com pack romântico, simpatia das funcionárias. O quarto é agradável e confortável, limpo. Mini bar, ar condicionado, tv e com uma mesa e uma cadeira de apoio. Guarda roupa aceitável. Local em zona sossegada e acessível a várias zonas de interesse. Tem estacionamentos perto e gratuito (na rua). Alojamento local na nossa opinião é muito interessante e bem concedido. Não é luxuoso mas também não desilude. Tem pormenores de boa decoração. Certamente no futuro, caso tenha de hospedar novamente, será um local a ter em conta.

• Meaney (6/5): Disappointing - The hotel was well placed, easy to find, central without being in the centre of the tourist area. My room.was clean. The staff members I met were polite and helpful. The breakfast was lovely. I was disappointed that there was no water, or tea and coffee making facilities in my room. I had got these as standard in the other hotels I stayed in during my trip to Portugal, and this hotel was the most expensive. Furthermore, the place was tiny, with just enough space in the bathroom to close the door. There was no hook for the bath towel, and the only toiletries supplied were a tiny bar of soap and one little bottle of shampoo - again, shower gel had been supplied in the other hotels. Lastly, the lighting was pretty awful, not anywhere as bright as was needed to read in bed.

• Lidia (9/5): - Localização e a vista é excelente. O pequeno almoço é variado e os funcionários sempre atenciosos. Quarto pequeno mas muito confortável. Possibilidade de percorrer a pé o centro histórico e visitar museus sem ter de mexer no carro. Tem elevador o que será muito útil para crianças pequenas e idosos.
