- Andrei (8/5): - отличный обзор на главную площадь, высокий этаж, приятно находиться на балконе номера. персонал отеля дружелюбный и приятный в общении. завтрак хороший. нам помогли с ранним заселением — это большой плюс! на третий день пребывания понимаешь, что на главной площади достаточно громко по вечерам, поэтому берите беруши и это не будет минусом. в номере на третий день появился запах из раковины в ванной.

- MMSA (9/5): Comfortable and great location. - The location of the hotel is great. It's nearby restaurants, marts, shops, and sun plaza. The bed was also comfortable, we were able to sleep easily after a long day of adventure. The staff were friendly and approachable. Breakfast buffet was also good, they have a lot to offer. Only the AC in our room was not working properly, but it didn't matter much due to the cold weather.

Restaurant was also lovely The housekeeping staff went through our belongings and threw out some of our staff. We didn’t feel as if our property was well respected and concerned us if they were to take valuable items. We informed reception however we did not get any form of compensation or apology from housekeeping. On the second day, housekeeping didn’t come until 4pm, to where they giggled about it. We also didn’t have many things and constantly had to keep asking for toilet paper and fresh towels. The shower also leaks as there is not proper drainage so the whole bathroom will flood

I was there for 3 nights but I just had to extend to 5 nights, even then I didn’t want to leave. When I made my change my room was only available for 1 extra night so they upgraded me to the VIP room, very kind. Breakfast was fine and a nice choice. Shout out to Lần and Đừng, they are the so of the most friendliest, helpful receptionist you will meet. Thank you ladies. N/A

- Rachel (2/5): Disappointing Stay Despite Great Location - The only positives were the location, which is close to the main square, and the view from the room. Earplugs recommended. Very disappointing stay. We were downgraded to a lower-category room on arrival, and despite raising the issue multiple times, no one would take responsibility. Reception directed us to the office, while the office sent us back to reception — nothing was resolved. The room itself had a strong, unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom drains, and during the night a cockroach actually climbed out of the snk. Breakfast was the worst we experienced during our time in Vietnam — limited, unappealing, and very busy with large tour groups. We chose to eat elsewhere on the second morning. Overall, not a stay we would recommend.

The room itself was super spacious and had great views of the city. Basic breakfast served in the morning. The room did seem a little dirty - we found several dead bugs after we checked in. The bathroom was also a bit chaotic. The bathtub wasn’t fully secured into the floor so getting in and out was a bit shaky. Also, while having no shower screen is typical the way the shower was positioned in front of the sink and toilet the entire bathroom became wet and slippery when we showered.

- Salauddin (8/5): Sapa - A Winter Wonderland - The hotel is conveniently located in the Sapa city centre close to many attractions. The view of the Fansipan mountains from our room was marvellous. The breakfast was great. The hotel is also surrounded by plenty of dining options. 3% surcharge on any sort of card payments to settle the room fees. The reception also didn't have any small changes for cash when I requested if I could exchange my VND 500.000 into small denominations.

- Adrian (6/5): - Great location overlooking Sapa town and the surrounding mountains. Staff were fantastic and helpful. Traffic noise can be heard throughout the night due to the hillside location. Be aware that the balcony doors may lock from the outside if closed fully, which poses a risk of being accidentally locked out. Fortunately, I guess, one of my balcony doors didn’t lock from the inside, so access back into the room was still possible in that situation. Breakfast felt a bit disorganised, likely due to the limited space and layout.

- Lynda (8/5): Lovely stay, few minor issues we had for 1/3 of our rooms. - The hotel is conveniently located. If you exit via the elevators, you enter the main street with a bunch of food options. We booked for a spa and that was lovely. We had 3 rooms, 2 rooms were perfect but our room with the mountain view, despite paying extra for this room, was expecting a little nicer of a room. We had a broken bathroom door handle, the shower kept clogging and was a bit dirty. Apart from that, lovely staff.

- Noga (8/5): - צוות מקסים! באו לקראתנו כשהיינו צריכים, הכל היה ממש נעים, נקי, נח, נוף מהמם מהחדר אוכל מאד סטנדרטי- אם מחפשים פינוקים מעבר זה לא המקום, אבל מאד נעים להעביר שם לילה
