Clint (5/5): Rooms require repairs and plumbing needs to been fixed. - Location Very poor condition and sub standard renovation has been attempted. Shower not even up to Australian standard regulations. Previous water damage has been poorly covered and painted.

Access to the apartment stairs was not direct but staff helped in opening a gate through the hotel workspace.

Es gab 1 Kleiderbügel, der war allerdings kaputt. Die Badematte war kaputt. Die Toilettenbürste wollte man nicht benutzen. Es gab Spülmittel, einen bereits gebrauchten Schwamm, aber kein Trockentuch.

We were able to order a simple meal, delivered to our room which meant we didn't have to leave the room. There wasn't actually a restaurant, just order from the office and it's delivered to your room. Basic takeaway food.

Close to the town area (within walking distance) They dont provide foot towels, hand towels or face cloths (or maybe they forgot to put it in our room). The bigger beds were really low and uncomfortable. I had to sleep on the single bed cause it was higher but not ideal for a couple. No room service also

It was a bit off-putting when the Asian Receptionist at check-in seen our 18 month old baby and told us to keep it quiet and not disturb other guests. After a 10 hour drive, it wasn't really the best of starts to our stay at the Hotel.
