It was also very clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. It had all of the amenities we required, was in a quiet location and had a supermarket across the road. The only issue we had was the noise when the room upstairs used their shower, otherwise perfect

• Keiko (6/5): 安いので１泊なら良いでしょう - スーパーも近くロケーションが良い。キッチンはないが、電子レンジとミニ冷蔵庫で十分。 簡単な食事を部屋で食べましたが椅子が一つだけしかない。冷暖房の音がかなりうるさい 部屋の前のパーキングで他の宿泊客（10人以上）が椅子を持ち出し騒いでいるので窓のブラインドを ずっと閉めていなければいけなかった。ホテルスタッフとも楽しそうに話していたので、いつものことなのでしょう。

• Kelly (7/5): Superb location. Comfortable and worth the value for a 2-night stay. - Super central to cafes and restaurants in town! Loved how everything was only a 5 minute walk. Comfortable for a 2-night stay. Easy check in and check out. Ample parking space. Affordable. The heating and insulation was not very effective. The heater was quite old and did not keep the room sufficiently warm and the temperature in the room dropped quickly once it was turned off. One of the pillows was very worn and torn and should be replaced. The room was not well soundproofed as we could hear neighbouring guests talking and TV sounds.

The wifi was not great. It would connect to my phone but was very slow. I had to revert to 5g to be able to make whatsapp calls. Oddly, it seemed to work OK on my computer which seems counterintuitive.

• archer (8/5): This is a good place to stop on your way to or from the Coast. - I stay here often because it suits my needs for travel which are a clean quiet room with internet and I like motels because you can monitor your vehicle. The location is also excellent as you can pretty much walk everywhere which after a day of driving is just the ticket. This might not be where you choose a romantic getaway but it does not represent that it is. The desk chair is functional but the soft chair is pretty hard.

I arrived after midnight and it was -5 C outside so the room was freezing. There is no heat source in the bathroom at all and the floors are tiled so it was unbearable to walk on them even in socked feet due to cold.

• Colleen (8/5): Can recommend due to staff diligence and performance, needs some updates - Max was competent and friendly at the desk, gave us prompt attention and responded positively to our questions. Staff were all very positive and welcoming. Running toilet was reported, seen to and quickly operating normally Shower tile grout needs maintenance/replacement, same issue in pool tile. Bathroom fixtures require replacement. Also prefer a handheld shower head, ours was very old, stained and functioned poorly.

Nous avions réservé la chambre plusieurs mois d'avance et il ne pouvait pas attendre 2 heures le temps qu'on se rende. On pensait qu'on se faisait possiblement arnaquer. Je leur ai confirmé notre arrivé a l'hôtel lors de notre appel mais ce n'était pas suffisant pour eux. Très mauvais service a la clientèle!
• Dwayne (6/5): Misearable - The price The toilet was broken and we had to use a pan to transfer water from the sink to the toilet to flush it. They refused to compensate us in anyway, until manager called the next day.
• Carroll (10/5): A nice room close to where I wanted to be for a very good price. - Very clean and nicely appointed. There was nothing to complain about, not really a problem except for chronic complainers.
• Angie (6/5): Overall happy enough, staff great, clean rooms, location perfect, but bedding needs upgrading. - Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Our heating stopped working the day before we left, staff were straight onto it, attempting to fix it within minutes of reporting the problem. Unfortunately they couldn’t get it to work but we were given a portable heater fan which worked well. The location is great. Facilities like fridge, & microwave were great. I found the beds very hard, mattress was very firm, it would be ok if you like a hard bed, but I prefer soft or medium. Pillows were odd, very lumpy & bumpy not comfortable for me. The water pressure and volume in shower was very poor. Water temperature was good just not much water comes out. Price was high for what I would call budget accommodation. But to be fair it was peak season, so expect prices a little higher, I would have been much happier with a comfortable bed for the price.

But the air-conditioned with a heat pump could be a split system and produce way less noise. Its 21 century. There are quieter heat pumps in the world

• Scott (6/5): - My wife and I stayed here one night on a motorcycle trip. I picked it based on price and location. It is right in the heart of Revelstoke's cool little downtown area. Everything you need is in easy walking distance. It's an older hotel in average condition, but fit our budget and would stay again.
