Guest Reviews
- Steven (8/5): - Location is excellent. Many dining and shopping options close by
- Reenetta (10/5): Great - Everything
- Grant (7/5): Perfect for the Masters. Pricing is expensive for that one week only but so is everywhere else due to supply and demand. - Room was cleaned every day and fresh towels very day too. Location excellent if you are going to the Masters - the course is only a 30 minute walk. Plenty coffee shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Queen Beds were a bit small to share.
- Fabio (10/5): Masters - El personal Dipi , muy atenta siempre dispuesta a ayudar en cualquier duda Le falta ponerlo mas moderno
- David (9/5): -
- Karen (10/5): Great location and value during Masters week! Owners are on property and very nice family. - Great location, very nice owners on the property, safe and secure, room was very clean and had a large refrigerator. Great value for the money and very comfortable ! Stayed Masters week and this was an unexpected find. Owners are continuing to update and upgrade the rooms. Thanks for a great stay ! Great location - nothing we didn’t like.

- John (5/5): It’s close to ANGC. You get what you pay for. - The location. Dirty
- Eugene (3/5): Not good but close to the masters - Proximity to the Masters Felt unsafe, bed throw was not clean, air conditioning was old and noisy, left after 1 night of a 2 night stay
- Bharathan (9/5): Great value, location for Masters week - Loved the staff and location
- Les (8/5): Was very decent price for what I needed - The towels were very fluffy..not worn out. Bed and pillow were the softer side, but I like soft not firm. Good lighting. Maybe better locks on doors

- Deborah (8/5): It was comfortable and fairly clean. - The price was great. The room was fairly clean. I left early because I couldn’t sllep. The staff was okay, but not overly friendly. I dropped somergi g behind one of the nightstands. When I moved it, it was quite dirty behind it. Cleaning staff may want to move furniture at times to clean as well as behind the doors.
It was noisy from other people, but that can’t be helped.

- Walt (7/5): What we expected. - Location was as predicted, The motel was near the interstate, clean, and relatively quiet. (it was 31 DEC, Happy New Year). A room on the ground floor was requested and that's where our room was. ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, No Hair Dryer. Problems never solved with trying to get onto the internet.

- Giselle (10/5): Awesome - It’s clean, smells good
- Thompson (1/5): - Close to work The fact that I scheduled a booking on booking.com and went over to try to go ahead and get the room for the directions that they had they never showed up to the window. I waited for about 10-15 minutes they never showed up to the window again. I believe about 10 more minutes and it didn't show up to the window at all. And then they had to audacity to try to charge my credit card.

- Bob (8/5): - New Owners running it as a family....very nice folks wanting to make your visit a good one
- sarah (10/5): - This place exceeded my expectations and met all my needs. The location is great for the masters, but definitely sketchy if you’re on your own at night… Would not recommend in that regard. Bed was very comfortable, and I enjoyed the amenities of having a microwave and a fridge.
- Monica (10/5): - It was a great stay! No issues. Clean.
- Rachel (8/5): - Upon arrival, shower had hair in the bathtub and room had odor. Booked a King bed and given two Queen beds. Staff was not friendly.
- Nelly (10/5): Will continue to come yearly this is my Master's hotel - Very friendly staff, bed is superb& comfortable. Powerful hot shower, easy parking & 100% great location. Can't beat it. N/A
- Don (2/5): - Unacceptable
- Zenta (6/5): - not bad
- Rob (6/5): - They were doing remodeling and messy stuff. They do have new mattresses and sheets I liked. Very nice lady up front so bonus points to her and I feel that they just bought the place maybe.
- Lisa (2/5): Never stay there again - They were doing renovations, which is great… However, they had the people working at 8:30 at night right outside the door of my room so it was loud and my daughter wasn’t able to go to sleep right away and I had to go and get them to make them stop. And then the AC barely worked so the room wouldn’t cool down enough to be comfortable plus I got bit by something which I think was fleas. My entire right arm is solid red.
- Benny (10/5): - No problem
- Benny (10/5): - Hidden policies! You must be upfront with these guys!
- David (6/5): - Lots of dining choices nearby but not pedestrian friendly to get there. Very good coffee shop right next door though.
- William (2/5): - They have the bet smell
- Verified traveler (6/5): Budget friendly Room - It was okay for one night stay as we had a pit stop at Augusta. Room was not so clean as they were quite dusty over tables and bed. I don't recommend if you are looking for an amazing and memorable stay.
- Herbert (4/5): - Floor carpet was covered with visible mud and sandy dirt upon check in. I mean alot of dirt not a little. It was after midnight when I checked in and I had to wake up the front deck person. In the morning I went to the front desk and told them about the dirt. They called a Manager who showed up in a car. Pulled up. They made excuses for the dirt mess inside of the room. I asked Manager to consider a partial refund. They told me to contact Expedia to discuss any refund.
- Jill (2/5): - We stayed there about 2 weeks after Hurricane Helene. Their internet was down so they did not see my Expedia reservation and they requested I pay via Zelle. Ultimately, Expedia did not charge for the reservation.
Our room was relatively clean, but no handle to turn on the shower and when I woke in the morning there was a cockroach on my tee-shirt. When these issue were brought up to the manager, he shrugged and said the shower handle was on order and was rather curt. No apology, concern, or compassion.
- Avery (8/5): - 👍
- zeek (8/5): - Very nice and great no issues
- Denico (6/5): - The check in was good but overall the sheets were not changed the room smelled
- Delphina (10/5): - At first couldn’t find my reservation > did their best to find me a room and give me a discount! Great customer service!
- Jeffrey (6/5): - Strong staff response for difficult time just after some services were restored following Helene.
- Dwight (2/5): - I had a reservation for the hotel. I arrived at the hotel at 10.00PM , the door was locked and no one ever answered the buzzer. The phone number on the Expedia listing was a fax line. I tried for 15 minutes to get in, then gave up.
Buy far the worst experience I ever had at a hotel.
- Steven (6/5): - Owners are awsome,
- Casey (2/5): - Everything was bad
- Casey (4/5): - Very Rude and argumentative
- Crystal (10/5): - It was fine
- Rich (8/5): - The property was centrally located to where I work. And for the money it was a good
- Verified traveler (2/5): Horrible - The rooms were horrible. Had to get 3 different rooms due to mold, bed bugs, and dirty bed sheets. The last room we had wasn’t much better.
- Anna (10/5): - Cute cozy room and very nice owner
- Jayce (10/5): - Great
- Novalee (4/5): - From the moment i tried to check in my first night, the girl at the front desk tried to charge me extra and say my reservation wasn't showing up, then when my fiance took over the convo she got it right and it all of a sudden showed on her screen. My room had little roaches and the Ac kept freezing. we had to leave the room and go to a new one cus the gases and then the next day they put us back in the same room and didn't even fix the ac. Customer service was horrible.
- Wendy (8/5): Short Stay - Budget hotel with excellent service
- Vincent (6/5): - Lot of mysterious people around but was what we needed for a 11 day stay for a basketball tournament.
- Thanh (7/5): Good -
- Verified traveler (10/5): Very good for d money - Vety cold AC, clean & quiet. Got way more for d money! My go to place in Augusta. No pets or smoking allowed. But if jelp is needed n d middle of d nite well u r on ur own. Lol d owners take plenty of time answering d buzzer.lol
- Nina (10/5): ENCELLANCE -
- Leroy (6/5): Small print fees should be illegal - I reserved the room again today online.. the hotel charged me a 25 dollar early check in fee. When im already in the room. They could have extended the stay.then the shower is missing the knob to turn the water on.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The bathroom linen was stained. Although room was a non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Cigarette butts were found outside of almost all room. I will not stay here again.
- Patrick (10/5): - Everything
- ROBERT (4/5): If you don't mind street crime..... - I have no idea how this place got a listing in the app, it's a dump. I arrived at 10:40pm, THE OFFICE IS NOT OPEN 24 HOURS A DAY btw, so thats wrong on the listing.
The hotel is very run down, the maintenance is terrible. So the room key sensor for my room didn't work correctly and I had to go back to the office at 11pm to try to get a working key.
I still didn't work but luckily a working girl (yes, that is what I said) took pity on my son and I and walked down past all the street pharmacist (a bunch of them) and showed us the trick to open the door.
Almost everything in the room was broken but the bed was comfortable and the air conditioning worked (even though therr was crumbs in it) so I can't say it was ALL bad but it was certainly a dump and dangerous with all the seedy characters running around, it made me glad I had my pew-pew.
- Robert (8/5): Nice Motor Inn - The room and condition was good. We didn’t have a lot of expectations since it’s a motel / inn. The room key was quirky to use. The bath tub was slick so u had to be careful. The staff was friendly. We had McDonalds sandwiches for breakfast. The drinks, orange juice and water ran out quickly. But the coffee was plentiful.
- Richard (8/5): - Floors dirty
- Myles (6/5): - Not many options during masters week, the rooms were so dirty I thought I was on a crime scene episode. The floors were so dirty that you have to wear shoes, and just overall a tough stay. If you’re going to the masters maybe stay 30 ish minutes away instead for the same if not less and have a cleaner room.
- Dan (8/5): - Nearby establishments playing loud music
- Wayne (8/5): - I was pleasantly surprised. I stayed during Master's week and most other hotels were 700.00 plus. This hotel was very cheap in comparison so my expectations weren't very high. The facility is dated but in pretty good shape and was clean. My room was clean, linens and towels clean. Everything worked. The people at the desk (and i assume were the owners) were nice and accomodating. The only negative was that my room smelled a little of smoke. I will stay there again...
- MIKE (8/5): - Room was old, tired, and less than ideal. Event made it ar least double what it was worth.
- Brenda (1/5): Bad - This Place had mattresses stacked up against the building on one side and on the other side. No entrance to lobby.laundry was stacked up on a table in the lobby. The pictures they have on your website are false. It's pictures inside and out another hotel .it was in a bad neighborhood. Also it was drug addicts all around the premises. THEY SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM YOUR WEBSITE. I DIDN'T EVEN CHECK IN. HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL.IT WAS A MOTEL POSING AS A HOTEL.
- Donte (2/5): - Run
- David (2/5): - The first room they put me in wasnt even clean. The door was wide open and the room reeked of MARIJUANA. I went to the front desk and told them that i wasnt staying in that dump and wanted my money back. Well, they put me in another room and the tv was messed up. And the water was not able to be turned on due to the handle being broke off of the faucet. I am a cancer patient and was looking for a place to rest because i had appointment over the next two days. I left that motel and left my money there. Found another room closer to the cancer center.
