• John (7/5): front desk guy was the best - great place, for money and the guy a front desk who helped us get a quite room. you guys did great. kid who was front desk and when i called to ask for some more pillows. he was spot on with promptness and did a job of what i would expect from a high in hotel. we were not there long but apricated the level of service i did not expect! good place to stay, but anyone needing a place to crash. i think , and im not fro m this area. its a hotel that deals with a lot of kids tournament sports. upgrading to floor to keep my night quiet was easy

There were some worn elements that could use updates. Like the curtain in the room was torn with a large hole in it.

Would be nice to change up especially if you are staying for more than 3 days Would like laundry to be 24 hours considering people are traveling at all hours

• Teresa (8/5): For a one night stay the bed was comfortable and breakfast was great. - It was close to the location we were attending that weekend. The body wash container was empty in the shower. No other containers in the room. We had a pet room which was great. The problem was the couch was full of pet hair from other animals. The couch should at least be vacuumed after each stay. The hot tub was nice but the jets were not working and the pool was not heated.

Also, one of the reasons we chose this property was because we had enjoyed the hot tub last time we stayed. The hot tub was broken. I think we might explore other properties next time we’re in town.

• Amber (5/5): Not the greatest - I liked that the hotel was right off the main highway and was easy to get to. The breakfast they serve is decent. The morning staff is way more friendlier than the afternoon and evening staff. They have easy access to a lot of restaurants. The first intersection when you get off the highway to get to the hotel is a little tricky, but has no bearing on our stay here. The beds were really hard. They only have 1 elevator. The pool was really cold. The towels in the pool area weren't stocked. Almost every time we wanted to talk to someone at the front desk they were nowhere to be found. We checked in between 5 and 6 I believe and I had to phone someone to come check us in. We also had to put a sign out on the door to have our room restocked - we don't travel a ton so maybe that's a new thing.

The gym needs a new elliptical machine The elevator needs new tiles or grout. There's not quite enough space to eat breakfast. But most annoying, I had to get a new key card three different times. Had to ask multiple times for towels. Wasn’t the best say but the front desk was friendly checking in and out.
• Julie (8/5): - The hotel itself like everything around it is new and fine. Unfortunately the view from my room is an empty lot with scattered old homeless encampments items in a field. Someone should go clean that up. Staff seemed annoyed to be working today. Didn’t fix the question about the wifi and it didn’t work so I had to use my phone and cellular data to do the Zoom meeting I needed to do after I arrived instead of my computer that couldn’t hang on to any meaningful wifi. I called the front desk and the kid working could not have cared less. Overall disappointing checkin and service. I hope he has a better day tomorrow!
