• Jan (10/5): Would stay again - Good location, not far to railway station and an easy walk from the Clock Tower. Main markets on the next block. The hotel is at the end of a short lane, so pretty quiet. 1 min walk to Green Bahtbus route. Great pool with loungers. Comfortable room, good bathroom. Don’t expect brand new modern furniture, it’s good quality and does the job. All good

Plenty of nearby places to eat, market and shops.....beach only a 10 mins walk away Air-conditioning a bit fierce hard to adjust the fan ... unit heats up small balcony . But overall this hotel is a thumbs up !

• Tanja (9/5): Top - Wij sliepen in de lokatie zonder lift wat het een soort appartementje maakte, en dat was lekker rustig. Met een goed bed en wanneer we een stukje de doodlopende straat in liepen waren we bij het zwembad waar je ook een biertje of wat fris kon kopen. Geen ontbijt maar dat kon op de hoek van de straat of er tegenover wel.

• Mark (10/5): I’ll definitely stay there again - Location is great, right next to the night market. Good restaurants all around. Several good bars within easy walking distance. Room is nice and big, A/C worked Great. Hot water kettle in room. Two bottles of water and roll of TP delivered to room daily. Everything in bathroom worked good. Staff was friendly and helpful. I arrived 2 hours early for check-in and figured I just drop off my bags in lobby and go grab lunch but instead they told me my room was ready and I could have it now. They have a bunch of books in the lobby and many languages that are free to borrow.

• Paul (8/5): Eenvoudig centraal gelegen hotel met super goede bedden - Het hotel is centraal gelegen t.o.v. het centrum en het strand. Het bestaat uit drie gebouwen en ik had een kamer in het eerste gebouw direct aan de straat maar dat gaf niet echt overlast. Voor mij was het geen probleem maar het gebouw waarin ik verbleef had geen lift en dat zou voor anderen wellicht vervelend zijn, want je koffer moet je ook naar boven dragen. Een ander klein puntje is dat het gebouw waarin ik verbleef 24 uur per dag open is zonder toezicht, terwijl de andere gebouwen van het hotel alleen met een pasje toegankelijk zijn of iemand bij de receptie hebben zitten.

• David (10/5): 3 day stay, room cleaned everyday, good location. - Good location, clean, quiet
• Asiye (7/5): - The beds are comfortable and clean, the location is good, and having a balcony is nice. The staff is helpful and attentive to any problems. Hot water is provided by the central heating, so there can be some problems. I would stay again. The electrical outlets were so loose we couldn't plug in our chargers. They need to be replaced. There's no hair dryer, which is a major drawback. The shower is in the bathtub, and the shower head hits the opposite wall, which wets the outside. I think they'll find a solution. Installing downward-flowing shower heads might be a solution.

• Jill (8/5): My main reason for staying at Baan Manthana was to have access to a pool - I was there in the off season and it was hot. I used the pool every day to cool down. I was overlooking part of the night market and could sit out on the patio and listen to the music entertainment. The building was back from tge street so you did not hear any street noise.

The hotel is located near a 7-Eleven, which is really convenient. It’s also close to the evening market, so you can easily enjoy local food and shopping. The beach is only a 10-minute walk away, which was perfect for enjoying the sea. No complains

• Malcolm (9/5): A very pleasant hotel in the centre of town. - This is the second time I have stayed in this excellent hotel. It is in a small lane five minutes from the night market but still manages to have a pool with a waterslide.. Everything works perfectly, the staff are friendly and helpful, I definitely recommend this place.

The location is next to night market which is hardly 50 meters away. Hua hin beach is 700 meters away. Hua hin iconic railway station is 500 meters away. I visited this multiple times after my dinner. There are 2 indian restaurants nearby within 100 meters distance. seven eleven there are 2 outlets within 100 meters from this property. As this property is inside a lane it is very peaceful.Property provides bikes for rent as well.Rooms are clean and neat.Overall I enjoyed my stay here. Nothing

• Katerina (9/5): good hotel for family holidays - The hotel is in the center, near night markets, but not at all noisy. Good location, 10 minutes walk to the beach. A special delight is the pool with a slide, the water is clean, the area is clean, sun loungers, towels for the pool, shower and toilet. The rooms need renovation and the furniture is old, but it does not affect the experience at all. Upon request, a hairdryer is provided, food is heated and cutlery is provided. The staff is helpful and friendly. By the way, no one writes that there is a gym😅 very small without air conditioning, the treadmill does not work, the exercise equipment is rusty, but still there is a place to train renovation needed

Good food options nearby including 7-11. The strangest thing is that I slept better here all week than in many years. I can't explain it. There was nothing to complain about.

There is a small pool, but adequate and is very good value for money. The bathroom is a little tired and the shower should be brought up to date

In the room we stayed for the first two days, the Toilet flush was faulty and it was making a lot of noise. A/C was not working properly. Staff tried to fix a few times. Then when we extended for one more day, we requested them to move us to another room and it was fine for two out of 5 nights we stayed. They didn’t even provide some basic tea bags and coffee sachets. It is only available for Deluxe rooms it seems.
