- Katherine (10/5): - air conditioning worked perfect, the staff is very friendly and attentive. good location, several gas stations and shops nearby, as well as the world trade center being a few blocks away. there are food options everywhere, definitely one of my favorites to stay in while in Mexico City.

La atencion del encargado o dueño (Sr. Argentino) muy amable pero los demas recepcionistas ponen cara en especial la señora. Pero no son groseros, como dato para mejorar la luz de las habitaciones es muy tenue y al momento de maquillarte no hay suficiente luz. La comida del restaurante es muy cara, un vaso de leche 48 pesos. Mejor salgan alrededor hay muchos lugares buenos, bonitos y baratos. Aun asi lo recomiendo mucho por lo comodo y la cercania al Pepsi center si vas a un concierto.

El la regadera habían telarañas y cuando le dije a la persona de la limpieza me dijo que si me daban miedo las arañas en lugar de quitarla inmediatamente
- Ari (10/5): Gran opción - Siempre es un gusto regresar, sin duda la mejor opción en la zona de WTC, el ambiente es muy bueno, pero a atención y servicio de todo el personal es espectacular

- Alma (8/5): - The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and perfectly clean. It was a beautiful and peaceful escape, offering the best sleep. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, I had many options. The only downside was 2 nights out of 5 days, I was there the rooftop pool was getting maintenance (getting painted) and was closed. Close to public transportation and many restaurants walking distance for dining. 10 minute bus ride to the Angel Monument.

- Fharide (10/5): Súper recomendado - Por el momento apenas están implementando desayunos. No hay mucha variedad pero lo que hay está muy rico. El personal es súper amable y buena onda, el cuarto está precioso, tiene una cama deliciosa con una TV muy grande y cuenta con cafetera Nespresso, lo mejor de todo es la decoración. Súper recomendado.

- Asif (8/5): - Overall, a decent hotel for the price. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff was accommodating, when my AC wasn’t working, they moved me to a new room and offered a late checkout. One thing to note: there are no (open) bars on the property, as advertised, and the commercial area downstairs can get quite loud. One of the venues hosts all-day techno day parties, which can be disruptive, though that’s not the hotel’s fault. Still, considering the location and service, it’s a solid option for the area.

Also, somehow i end up with two reservations the front desk knew it, i understand is my responsibility but if you knew you should do something about it, i requested as credit for the 5 nights and after laugh about it they said no ! I've been a client of that facility for long time and the former owner reacted different when I got on a similar situation, please review this issue and let me know if I can get some credit for those 5 nights Thank you Alfredo Olguin (650)797-4351
- Cynthia (6/5): Boutique Hotel Horror! - Place looks great on pictures but cleanliness is lacking. There’s construction right next door and nothing was mentioned in the website or upon arrival. Asked for one extra towel and was told that they only provide one towel per guest. Additionally we had 3 other rooms and when my sister arrived she had issues with the lighting in her room and she immediately notified the front desk. She was told they would look into it, when we got back to our rooms lights were not fixed and was told that it was too late to move her to another room. Eventually she did get moved pretty much at midnight in the dark trying to gather her things. Very Very disappointing.

The o my thing we didn’t like is that one we were in the room and ready to take a shower to rest for the night, the front desk called us and told us they needed to move us to another room because repairs were going to be made to our room in the morning. We told them we’d be leaving at 4 am and they still moved us to a different room. Had to pack everything up again and move.

- Verified traveler (6/5): BEWARE ONGOING RENOVATIONS ! NOISE !!! - Under Renovation a mess. Noise is unbearable from 7:30am to 6:00pm+. First night there was still hammering going on at 9:20pm. REALLY do not stay here until renovations are finished. Also, I have stayed here many times before the pandemic. The food in the restaurant USED TO BE EXCELLENT. NOT anymore. It is now below average. A shame, this it used to be a pleasure to eat at this hotel all meals. Once renovations are COMPLETELY FINISHED, I will try again. It used to be great place to stay.
