• Danna (6/5): Beautiful views, friendly staff lacking simple things to make this a 10 - I loved the views, the high-end finishes in the condo. I liked that it was clean and the location. I mean it is high on a hill we had a car but Uber is available and Uber Eats. I loved the rooftop pool very fresh with a view although small but it was great for our family. Anymore people would have been too crowded. This complex is still being renovated so I believe changes will be made. I did like the friendly staff. My concerns were addressed and communication was great and helpful. For the price, I believe some extras could be done. Most condos here come with dish soap, coffee, filters, a broom, etc. This condo had cookware, dishes, and minimal things but for the price, I expected to at least be able to clean after dinner. We did have to order paper towels, dish soap, and we cleaned the dining table with a washcloth from the bathroom, There is maid service during the day but I am not the one to leave dirty dishes or table to the next day. The condo had a dishwasher no dishwasher powder. None of the Jacuzzis in the photos work in condos. The only jacuzzi is on top of the roof.

• Kostadin (10/5): Incredible vistas and romantic location - The hotel staff were incredibly friendly,Aracely helped change our room to an equally incredible sea view suite when our AC malfunctioned.It was an absolutely smooth transition and the best part is we didn't have to ask because they offered!the views and the travertine floors give an incredibly luxurious and yet affordable experience! Not much to complain about besides some ants around the balcony but given the location is next to the jungle it's normal and not a big deal

Amazing!! It’s great if you want a quiet place to stay and you don’t mind taking Ubers to get around (about 10 minutes to restaurants etc). If you like being in a place you can walk everywhere, it’s hard walking and takes about 30 minutes to get to the nearest Oxxo and restaurants.

• Jae (10/5): Best Rooftop Ever - The view from the rooftop is too good to be true! It's also spacious and its pool and hot tub are also great too. I cancelled my plans just to relax on rooftop all day. My room had a balcony but it's facing the street so I kept going to the rooftop whenever I had free time. This is not a complaint but just a warning that this hotel is located high up on a hill (more like a mountain). Take a Uber from the Romantic Zone (Zona Romantica) which cost under 80 pesos.

The place is falling apart. We didn’t check the rooftop pool out, after seeing the building and our room there was no way we were going to attempt.

• Laura (8/5): The room was attractive, but not comfortable, and they have lovely management and staff. - There was no breakfast or food onsite. There was coffee at the front desk, but it was cleared away completely about noon. It literally took over an hour of driving around, trying to find the place. It is on a hillside with multiple switchbacks and dead end roads. There were no signs prior to reaching the property that pointed in the area of the hotel, although there were signs to other hotels. I had asked for a handicapped-accessible room, and I received a message from the hotel saying this was ok, but the room was not designed for a handicapped person. No grab bars in the toilet or shower, tall "bar stools" and a cabaret table (not shown in any of the photos), and not one single comfortable seat in the room or on the balcony. I had a not-so-lovely street view, with plastic chairs that were uncomfortable. The many photos of the facility, including the ones that popped up with my room choice, showed comfortable seating areas and dining-level tables with standard chairs. I arrived late, unfortunately, and only the front desk clerk was on duty. I spoke to the manager (Sergio) the next day, and he was very helpful, even giving me the recliner from his office (he said he never uses it), and a table and a chair. (I had work to do and needed to use my laptop.) I suggest that someone from Booking.com have a conversation with Sergio and advertise the place appropriately. He is very nice and accommodating. Oh, yes, I was looking forward to using the pool, but it is only accessible by about eight stairs, and I can't do stairs. (I'm not in a wheelchair, but I am mobility impaired due to arthritic knees.) Also, the price he asked was about $50 more than the amount I reserved for. Also, there are no phones in the room to call the front desk. My room was as far from the elevator as you can get, and the walk from the elevator to the front desk is very long. See above

Nice shower with a view. My room had a fully stocked kitchen with large refrigerator, which I did not use except to store leftovers. Coffee maker provided, but no coffee or tea. Mattress was hard or not padded well. Floor was dusty and sandy. Would be nice to have a small bedside rug to wipe feet before getting into bed. The Room I originally booked (studio w/ sea view) says it has a "sea view", which is not true (well maybe you can see a sliver of water, but not clearly). Hotel slightly run down from grander days.

• Vincent (9/5): Only able to stay one night. Wish it would have been longer - The location was fantastic. The front desk personnel was very accommodating, friendly and personable. Hotel looked and smelled clean. Including washrooms by the pool area. The pool/ deck area was better than expected. It would have been nice to be able to get a small breakfast/snack in the morning due to location. An ocean view would have made the experience much better.

• Nigel (10/5): Great hotel offering the best views ever! - What a beautiful hotel! All the staff were super friendly and very helpful. We loved this place. It's worth staying just for the views—truly incredible! The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The location was very high up, giving us amazing views of the bay below. I highly recommend this hotel. You can even eat at their sister hotel next door; the food was great! First-class service all around! Nothing bad. Loved it all!
