• Patrícia (5/5): - A gentileza do staff. Todas as pessoas são muito educadas, e com muita calma e paciência para explicar e auxiliar no check in. O chuveiro, a pia e o acento sanitário ficam todos juntos num espaço fechado, se vc liga o chuveiro vc molha tudo. Depois se outra pessoa vai usar alguma coisa dentro, tudo está molhado. Não tem elevador, ou pelo menos não estava disponível na data da minha hospedagem.
• artur (10/5): Excelente custo benefício e localização. - Atendimento e cortesia dos funcionários, sempre dispostos a ajudar. Limpeza muito boa, excelente cama, toalhas e silêncio. Cortina blackout conseguia escurecer bem o quarto. Café da manhã ótimo. Tudo ótimo!

• Horatiu (9/5): Recomand cu căldură - Personalul jovial încerca să te ajute cu orice, camera dotată ce tot ce era nevoie(apă, cafea, iaurt, obiecte de întreținete), prosoapele se schimbau zilnic, micul dejun excelent, proximitatea a 2 stații de metrou...aaa, serviciul de spălare haine bun și gratuit. I-aș fi dat nota zece dacă nu erau micile probleme de mai jos,dar e un hotel foarte primitor. Puține lucruri nu mi-au plăcut... necunoasterea de către personalul de la recepție a limbii engleze, pernele foarte tari și o pată imensă de mecegai pe perete la check-in, dar remediată în scurt timp(curățat și gletuit)...aaa covorul din zonele comune, holuri, arată oribil.

Some of the reception was nice to help Nice room and bathroom Free water and snacks which saved me a lot of time, it was great ! A lot of toiletries in the room and reception It was in a Dark small alley. Not so nice to walk alone during the evenings Taxis couldn’t find the hotel The staff didn’t speak English as it says in the description. Some of the staff seemed a bit lazy / not so service minded They wash your laundry but NOT your underwear and socks, which became a problem
• Florence (10/5): Super option pour explorer le vieux Pékin - - L’hôtel se trouve dans les hutong traditionnels de Pékin, cela facilite l’immersion dans les vieux quartiers à explorer à pied ou à vélo. - La ligne de métro express dessert l’arrêt Beixingqiao, pas très loin de l’hôtel. - Décoration vintage très sympa. - Le personnel de l’hôtel est super accueillant et très serviable. - Très bon petit déjeuner. The air conditioner for some reason stopped working sometimes during the night, and it was very warm in the room. Sometimes it was working, but the air was too cold, and it was blowing directly on the bed

Le personnel est particulièrement aidant (ils nous ont aidés à acheter une petite valise en ligne depuis leur téléphone).

Le the, les glaces et le porridge ( soit) mis à disposition Le personnel de la réception ne parle et ne comprend pas l’anglais. Un minimum serait bienvenu. L’aspect chaleureux manque totalement.

• Mark (10/5): A great hotel with a heart and a traditional feel - Perfect location, very quiet and easy to get to the main road for restaurants and the subway. The hotel is characterful and well styled. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was varied and traditional and presented with pride. A little gem of a hotel for any traveler to Beijing. I can’t think of anything negative to say
• John (7/5): Nice, traditional, initially hard to find. - The staff are very attentive. The location is 5 mins from the Capital Airport Express station Beixinqaio. There are shops within the same time in both directions. It is handy for the northern sights. The rooms were big, clean and cool, in an 1857 classic building. Breakfast was OK. As other reviews said, I found it hard to find at first as Google Maps not working in China (unless you have a VPN or eSIM). The staff speak NO English so whilst they are helpful communication is limited to translation apps. They booked me admission to Tiananmen Square helpfully, but after queuing there for an hour I was turned away because they hadn't given me the ticket. Some of this is difficulties in communication and translation and some by the difficulties in not having Google to advise as in China.
• Ioan (10/5): Exellent stay, would do it again - Great location, close to metro station and to many attractions. The boys and girls at the reception were extremely helpful with all I needed, ticket reservations etc. Walls are not sound proof, however people went to bed before 11pm so it was quiet during night.
• Mark (9/5): Excellent little hotel with great staff . Great breakfast with variety. - Excellent location, excellent very friendly helpful staff . It’s not the newest hotel but it’s very clean and comfortable. For the money it’s very good value and I would recommend to friends. If you’re looking for pure luxury this is not the one for you but if you’re looking for clean tidy , excellent location and very friendly helpful staff this is a very good option. In China it’s normal for the we not to be so private and this is no different.( glass walls )
