• Verified traveler (6/5): Flou artistique 😫 - Le chauffage ne marche pas très bien dans la chambre ni dans la salle de bain. Le matériel est vétuste. Le lit n'est pas très confortable. Il n'est pas en bloc et donc composé de 2 petits matelas collés. C'est vraiment horrible. C'est vraiment une promo décevante. 😫
• Vik (2/5): - Accueil moyen, la première nuit je me suis réveillé à 6:30 du matin suite au bruit des travaux à l’extérieur. Je suis parti par la suite à l’accueil pour expliqué mon problème. Le collègue me dit d’attendre son heure est fini et que sa collègue arrive dans 5 minutes. J’ai attendu plus de 5 min. Elle me dit hotel complet plus de chambre double et de voir avec Expedia. L’assistance expedia appel et bizarre après discussion avec la jeune fille on me trouva une chambre double.Ensuite elle me demande d’attendre dans le hall de préparer mes bagages en attendant que la chambre soit faite je lui ai demandé si elle avait un problème que je restait toujours dans ma chambre actuel et que quand l’autre chambre est prête de venir m’informer.par-là suite elle a été très désagréable. La première chambre que j’avais n’avais pas de protection dans la douche ou coule l’eau donc les bêtes pouvais remonté.les extracteurs d’air était très sale avec de la poussière.point positif: la gouvernante a tout fait pour qu’après on se sente à l’aise mais le mal été déjà fait et on lui a fait constaté tout les problèmes dans la première chambre à part du bruit. La femme de ménage également a été très agréable. Mais le reste du personnel désagréable car ils n’ont pas apprécié que j’appelle le service Expedia.

Impossible de pouvoir ranger ses effets car une étagère qui se devait être blanche, est recouverte de poussière qui fait une couche noire. Signalé à la réception le premier jour, rien n'a été fait. Un troupeau de moutons et poussières sous le lit, un flacon vide du précédent résident dans la douche, et jusqu’à un poil dans le frigo. Le rideau a moitié arraché etc...

Белье на кровати было с дыркой. Вид из окна - стройка дороги , ну это конечно если совсем придераться . Интернет более -менее рабочий. Из плюсов есть парковка , если кто- то приехал на машине и рядом есть супермаркеты . Персонал в целом дружелюбный.
• Roger (6/5): tarif = service - Vu le prix satisfait, quand même. Le parking est gratuit, mais la voiture reste souvent dehors la nuit (souvent rempli, sinon faut rentrer tôt). Pas de bip pour ouvrir la grille du parking (Gênant et stressant car il faut descendre de la voiture. Quand la femme de ménage nettoie la chambre, elle ne fait pas le lit tout le temps. L’accueil est souvent vide (quand ils sont là, ils font leur vie, ils ne s'occupent même pas de vous. Comme je l'ai dit au début, le prix justifie l’accueil et autres... Donc je ne dis pas que je ne reviendrai pas.

( vous êtes pas dans un 4 étoile pour avoir deux serviettes par personnes une pour le corps et une pour les cheveux c’est pas le luxe qu’on a demander ) la demande du ménage (c’est pas la fête ici) Le personnel à l’accueil super sympas et polis à par un matin ou là personne a crus qu’on été 4 dans une chambre alors que non, nos amies avait une chambre un étage plus haut. Le réceptionniste de nuit de la dernière nuit super aimable et voulut écouter les remarques nous a demander comment c’est passer le séjour. Dans la globalité si vous avait pas le choix et que vous n’êtes pas maniaque ça ira pour vous

• Franck (4/5): Beaucoup de potentiel mal exploité - Nous sommes restés 2 semaines, l'équipement est très sommaire pour un Aparthotel, même pas une machine à café (2 assiettes, 2 assortiments de couverts, 2 verres, 2 tasses, 1 petite casserole, 1 petite poêle et 1 passoire ... et c’est tout). Impossible d’utiliser la table brinquebalante, donc tout se fait sur le lit. La literie était propre et confortable. Wifi perpétuellement en panne le soir. Access parking très pénible car il faut sortir de sa voiture et appeler l'accueil en priant qu’il y ait de la place. Parking très sale et accès à l’ascenseur en passant devant le local poubelle très sale et très malodorant. Aucune indication pour trouver l'accès de l’hotel depuis le parking ni pour trouver le parking qui est situé à 100m de l’entree de l’hôtel Accueil qui n’a d’accueil que son nom tant le personnel n’est pas impliqué et à la limite de la politesse. Insonorisation intérieure inexistante, il faut essayer de dormir avec les bruits d’ascenseur, de claquements de porte et de conversations animés en pleine nuit. Femmes de chambres très serviables et agréables. En revanche ça nous a dépanné à un bon prix mais il était temps que ça s'arrête. PS la photo du site n’est pas contractuelle ... notre chambre faisait plus bouiboui...

• Gowchika (6/5): Bof - Pas du tout propre... pour un séjour en couple donc ce qui veut dire deux personnes, il y avait qu’une serviette, qu’une assiette, pareil pour les couverts et verre.. chambre remplie de poussière.. et taches.. le nettoyage est vraiment pas faite. Vous pouvez très bien voire les toiles.. les réceptionniste sont sympas mais par contre dans les femmes de service une en particulier est assez spécial.. quand je dit spécial c’est négativement, pas souriante, raciste, voir même vulgaires.. elle a zéro respect pour les clients. C’est une femme petite de taille avec des lunette, cheveux court blonde type nord africaine. Bon vraiment je le recommanderais pas vraiment mais, l’emplacement de l’hôtel est pratique pour nos déplacement.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - For the price it was a good location just a few bus stops from the metro and less than 30 min to the center of Paris. They did not clean our room or even empty the trash during our stay of 8 days ( I don't expect clean linens every day and beds made but trash removed, floor swept and toilet paper replaced would be nice and is expected.) We had several room changes (that is their response to a problem vs fixing it just move). One room had no sink stopper and was on the 5th floor so smelled like a sewer and instead of putting a new stopper on they gave us deodoriser for the night and then moved us in the morning. That room 1/2 way through the stay the door lock stopped working and instead of fixing and replacing the battery they just let us in for the last 3 days. Not great service but cooking area and fridge. Pillows small (1/2 normal width and flat) but a cheap roof and place to stay and good location.

As soon as we entered the room, the floor was super sticky, the bathroom was dirty and there was a terrible smell in the room. We went back to the desk and politely said that maybe they had forgotten to clean our room. The cleaning lady came to us, and I pointed out all the dirt in the bathroom, she rubbed her finger over it (I would not have touched that), rolled her eyes and squeeked her way out of the room (remember, sticky floor). She came back with a spray air fresherner. That was it. To be honest, the area is terrible and far away from the any train station to get to Paris (26 minute walk). I would recommend, spending a little more (that you will spend on transport anyway) and going a little closer...
• Nanda Kishore (4/5): Not so great - We stayed here for 3 nights. No room service was provided even after we requested for one. Corridors smell very bad and WiFi signal is very poor.
• Verified traveler (2/5): Not a nice hotel - Bathroom had a smell to it, the floor was sticky, furniture was stained, table nearly felt like it would fall if your put anything on it and there was no airconditioning so had to sleep with the widows open but there was a terrace outside the window that connected to the room next door, so I didn't feel safe while sleeping!

But the bathroom had this red stain that looked like blood on the edge of the shower, towel for floor also had stain bc it was on the floor in between the shower and floor. Drain in shower was also so clogged the water built up to the point it over flooded and came out of the shower and got floor all wet. Bed was uncomfortably mushy and too soft--in the summer it is just uncomfortable to be in a bed of mush when it's so hot. There was also no hair dryer, but that wasn't too bad because at least it was summer. But worst of all there was no air conditioning so we were sweltering in the room. Don't think I will be staying here ever again.

I stayed of over a week. Five days in I requested my sheets be changed. Not only did my sheets never get changed but the room cleaner only came two out of the five more days I was there.

• terrible hotel (2/5): Hotel doesn't deliver on any amenities - No early check in options, small hot rooms, no housekeeping daily, had to ask for towels , had to ask for toilet paper, they don't vacuum the room daily, only one person understands English, breakfast buffet is 7 euros for bread and juice, parking is free yet cramped, kitchenette supplies unwashed, each floor smells like smoke, laundry facilities is one washer one dryer stacked.
• Kieran (2/5): Worst hotel I've ever stayed in, disgusting. - Had to be moved rooms twice because one was stinking of bleach, stains, dirty, second room had old leftover food in the fridge, burns on the carpet and more stains. It's in the middle of nowhere, 20 minute walk from the nearest train station, and in a very low income area. Most of the staff don't really speak English. When I complained about the smell of the room, they tried to hand me air freshener. Didn't change the towels or bed sheets, wouldn't give me toilet roll when we ran out. Worst stay of my life. Avoid at all costs.

• Gerry (6/5): Depends on your standards and room you get - Car is almost a must. Hotel is right on a few bus routes but most visitors had cars. Free underground gated parking. I made sure gate closed behind me each time. Did not see any signs of cars being broken in to. As for the room itself. First the good. Nice small (like in most of Europe) functional kitchenette, very comfortable bed and good water/ shower pressure throughout suite. Suite was a little dirty but fine after we gave it a once over which we have done at hotels of this price point in the past. Heating worked fine but took a little figuring out. There was a small white wall mounted box with strange markings that when pressed in long and/ or short periods powered electric heat panels in the main and bathroom areas. These panels had further switch and dial settings to control/ adjust heating. Although both panels worked only one had a working light indicating the power was on. Now the bad. There was NO AIR CONDITIONING and it was hot except for our last few days. If the hotel is reading this replace in part and/or all of those dirty looking saggy carpets with tiles like other accommodations with kitchenettes do and the place would present a lot better. WiFi was an average hi speed service with connection strength and/ or drop issues occurring only a couple of times. No hair dryer in our room even though it is listed as an amenity on the hotel website. Towels are sparse. Where are the do not disturb signs for the room doors to direct hotel staff?

• Jun (6/5): Just fine for it's price - Not the best but for it's price, it's good enough. It is still within 1 to 3 zone to Paris central. Much cheaper compared to others.

• Verified traveler (2/5): worst hotel ever - Dear Travelocity please do not reserve this hotel to any of your customers, worst condition smells bad filthy and so horrible. They claim it's perfect and nothing wrong. Stained bedding carpets snd walls. Bathrooms so disgusting.
• Vicentiu (6/5): Wekeend break - Room was OK, just to have a bed to sleep. The floor was really dirty and the shower cabin didn't looked too nice. Hotel staff was friendly and let us leave the car in the parking lot for a couple of hours after ckeck-out.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Good for the money - Hotel was as expected for price point. Good location and convenient free parking if you have a rental car. Staff was very pleasant and almost all spoke English, they were helpful and polite. Would recommend if you plan to visit areas outside Paris.
• Nenad (6/5): WiFi and cleansiness ??? - Given the fact the the hotel is outside of Paris it is on good location and is easy to reach the city. Rooms big enough and comfortable. Reception staff speaks hardly any English but were helpful all the time, friendly and polite. The cleansiness was horrible. In two weeks time our linen wasnt changed not even once, toilet wasnt cleaned at all and the room was hoovered once only. Wi-fi is available but signal is practically non-existant. It was a complete struggle getting even the connection in the room.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Oh Gads! - Outside of Paris in a less noisy and crowded area with an underground and protected parking garage were my first positives, but then the first room smelled of cigarettes so I asked for a different room. The second room was not what it appeared on web. Light fixtures had no covers, no pictures on walls, only one bedside table, one chair, unstable table for eating, unclean carpet, dirty dishes in kitchenette. Staff was not there to let me in when I arrived at 11 PM one night. No air flow, I was given a 10 inch fan to use.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Rooms were a great size and the bathrooms were good too. There wasn't any air contitioning so the room was alway extremley hot and you had to have the window open always' not the best when the hotel is directly on the corner of an extremley busy rounabout with horns a sirens blaring at all hours. The staff had no idea what the rooms contained and stopped us from having drinks and food in the rooms; which is odd as the room i was in had a complete mini kitchen (with 2 ring hob, microwave, pots and pans and a fridge).
• Verified traveler (2/5): not impresses - The room wasn't very clean,we had to wash all the delf again because they were still dirty/greasy and clearly hadn't been washed. There were stains all on the floor and on the walls, and there was a plaster left in the shower which made us wonder if the room was cleaned at all. Only good thing was the wifi when it worked and the clean bedsheets (although ripped) Neighbourhood wasn't the best seemed like a rough area and a good 20-25min walk to the nearest train station into Paris. Overall not very happy with this hotel and won't be returning.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Good enough - First let me start by saying, this was my first trip to France and the reason I chose this hotel was because it was about 5 miles from the airport. I needed a place to sleep for the night after getting into Paris at 11:00pm. The taxi driver and I had a hard time finding the place because the hotel is on the side of a building and after we finally found the small sign, my ride was about 10 Euros more than it should have been. The night staff was nice but spoke very little English (which is understandable). But I believe the pictures I saw on the website were either done up to seem fancier than it was or the didn't put up pictures with a lot of detail. Half of my lights didn't work and there was no remote or even a button for the tv. The hotel staff the next day spoke better English and even called me a taxi to get to my next destination. I know my complaints aren't very serious, but like everyone says you get what you pay for. For a 12 hour stay the room was good enough but I definitely would not stay any longer than 24 hours.
• Steve (6/5): Adequate - 3 days of being a tourist and the location of the Bellagio Vitry was fine to stage from. We drove and the underground parking was a big plus. The room was small and old but clean. We got our money's worth.
