We had a reservation through Marriott's employee discount but the girl at the desk wouldn't honor it without a form that we haven't ever needed to use before. We have never been told to use this mysterious form before, and haven't ever heard of it. She wouldn't even honor our conformation number. We were payed up, had the email conformation of the reservation, and she refused to let us have our room unless we showed her this form we never heard of. We ended up having to cancel our reservation and find a different hotel, one we could barely afford.

- don7614 (10/5): Great place to stay. - Springhill Suites Wichita Airport: Great folks here. If you should need an extended stay, this is the place for you. I stayed for 6-weeks because of a daily medical infusion. They have handicapped parking near the front door. Handicap rooms are available Great breakfast, major shopping a short drive away, airport shuttle. Easy access to major roads. What more could one want?

When i went down to talk to the staff, he said so you're just letting us know or did you want to change rooms. To assume we'd want to stay in a room with the floor soaking wet is ridiculous. Also they promote having a fire pit but when we asked about it they didnt have a propane tank to run it and just said well sorry. The room and beds were decent however we were in a suite and there's only one tv and you can only see it from one bed, not from the bed closest to the window or from the sitting area.

The shuttle was perfect and helpful, it allowed me to return my car rental a day early so I was able to get a refund from the rental place. The breakfast was wonderful, they even let me grab something a few minutes early so that I could catch the shuttle to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms appeared newly renovated; clean room, comfortable beds, new furniture; paper plates, napkins, plastic ware perfect because we ordered pizza delivered. The hotel appeared busy. Only one staff at desk but he did an excellent job, efficient check in, polite, helpful. Impressed how well he handled things- helped me with the business center computers as it wasn’t completely set up. Breakfast was plentiful. Happy to see hotels updating properties.

Easy on and off of freeway. Cons: None.

Also, they’re in the process of renovating so the hallways were half done and kind of a mess. We had never been to this side of Wichita but it was pretty unsavory.

- Sara (9/5): Superb - Location was convenient. Although it was very close to the airport we had no issues with sound. Our room was nice, and the bedding and towels smelled amazing. Breakfast options were good. Smallest pool and hot tub I've seen at a hotel. We didn't end up using them though because my child was not feeling well.

The pool was also small and there were no towels available for when we got out. Other than that, bed was comfy, nice linens, clean, and good hot breakfast. It was on the industrial and western side of Wichita, so no good views.

- Josef (9/5): It's a decent place to stay - Very clean facility, Super nice, accommodating staff, Location is convenient to dining and shopping. As with ALL hotels, the door locks are incredibly noisy and it seems insane that there can't be some genius to invent a quiet close system so you aren't disturbed by guests going in and out at 1:00 in the morning, or the early birds getting up and leaving at 4:30 in the morning. It would also be a bonus to not be able to hear the guy in the next room every time he was peeing.

- NearRadwell (8/5): Good location - Restaurant next door - Good hotel close to the airport and the perfect place to stay before flying out in the morning. Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I picked the hotel as it is next to a Texas Roadhouse restaurant. Tip - book a table ahead at the restaurant to avoid a long wait as it is very busy in the evenings. Breakfast at the hotel was good. Overall I was very happy with my stay and the price I paid for the room. Would I stay again? Yes.

- Roger (10/5): - We took grandkid’s overnight. They enjoyed the pool area and we all enjoyed the nice breakfast. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly.

- Morris (8/5): - Tv wouldn’t turn off. Kept a blue screen all night. Light shining through glass bathroom door into bedroom shone right onto the bed waking me when anyone used the bathroom after bedtime.

- Gracie (7/5): Good - I liked that it was close to airport and provided transportation. It was quiet and clean. The breakfast was good. The bathroom needed repair. The toilet paper holder broken loose tiles outside the shower.

- char1scott (10/5): Two night stay - Busy hotel. The rooms were comfortable and had showers, which I always prefer. Great laundry facility. Parking was plentiful but crowded. The staff was helpful and pleasant. I did eat the breakfast buffet, but it did not look that appealing. Overall positive experience.
