Oliver (3/5): Danke, wir kommen nicht mehr - Großes Zimmer, gute Lage Zimmer schlecht geputzt, Sitzmöbel schmutzig, haben Handtücher drauf gelegt. Der Frühstück war ohne Sterne, so einen Koch würde ich entlassen, also nichts. Das Wasser im Schwimmbad war kalt, danach waren wir alle erkältet. In der Sauna nur 3 Liegen, kein Platz zum sitzen, kein Personal gesehen, weil manche Gäste sich wie Affen verhalten, wäre empfehlenswert. Für uns war es ein mal und nicht mehr. Es gibt Menge viel besseren Hotels für den Preis. Für den Chef kleiner Tipp, wenn er keine Lust hat Ordnung zu bringen, soll jemand organisieren der das kann.

Mike (9/5): - Great hotel, great service from the workers, great breakfast, nice soundproof rooms, good parking behind the hotel. We LOVED this hotel. The swimming pool can be much better for the price. Its a really simple and small one and on the 2 days we swam the water was a bit cold ish.

The rooms are spacious, and the suite was big enough for six people to spend the evening in. The view of the bustling street is very charming and atmospheric. The breakfast offers a great selection of savoury options. There could have been more sweet treats, and the cake could have been replenished more often. The pool was clean. The staff are impeccable and polite. German version / deutsche Version Wir hatten insgesamt drei Zimmer. Eine größere Suite und zwei Doppelzimmer. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und in der Suite hatten sechs Leute platz, um den Abend zu verbringen. Der Ausblick auf die belebte Straße ist sehr stimmig und atmosphärisch. Das Frühstück ist was Herzhaftes angeht super ausgestattet. Es hätte mehr Süßes geben können und der Kuchen hätte öfters aufgefüllt werden können. Der Pool war sauber. Das Personal ist einwandfrei und Höflich. The cake at breakfast could have been replenished more often and made available in larger quantities. Otherwise, everything was fine. German version / deutsche Version Die Gardinen hätten vielleicht mal gewechselt werden sollen, aber ansonsten war das Zimmer sauber und im guten Zustand. Der Kuchen zum Frühstück hätte öfter aufgefüllt werden können und im größeren Mengen verfügbar sein können. Ansonsten war alles schick.

Manuel (10/5): - Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und für jeden Geschmack war das passende dabei. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt zentral, so das man alles sehr gut fußläufig erreichen kann. -

Velkou devízou je sauna (finská i parní) a 15m dlouhý bazén. Pohodlné parkování za hotelem. Víkendové večery v baru klavírní hudba. Drobné detaily při úklidu wellness.
Petra (5/5): Außen hui innen Pfui, wir waren sehr enttäuscht da es ein Wellness Urlaub sein sollte - Die Lage war perfekt, wenn man davon absieht dass man ca 25 min zum Parkhaus laufen muss. Das Personal ist motiviert wenn die Chefin da ist ansonsten geht alles sehr langsam oder garnicht. DerSPA Bereich ist mehr als enttäuschend. Jeder latscht mit Straßenschuhen usw rein und keinen interessiert es da niemand sich kümmert

Malý výběr pečiva ke snídani, mohlo by být lepší a káva také. Chybělo vybavení mini baru - obsah se musel objednat na recepci. Diana (10/5): Ich würde jederzeit gerne wiederkommen - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, das Personal war zuvorkommend, die Ausstattung sehr gut. Es gab nichts auszusetzen
Krejci (8/5): - Fantastická lokalita, vše po ruce. Příjemný hotel s bezproblémovým přístupem i k psovi, který cestoval s námi. Výhodný je zadní vstup na parkoviště a bazén i wellness dobře dostupný. Snad jen, pokud by v pokoji byly druhé dveře oddělující pokoj od předsíně, ale jinak spokojenost.

Helena (8/5): - The variety of breakfast was wide enough, the only disappointment was the breakfast coffee - could be better for a 4star hotel. I don 't know why the hotel mentioned a mini bar, as the fridge was empty in all of the three rooms we have booked. A kettle and tea available at the room, no coffee.

Tobias (8/5): - Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und hat schöne Zimmer. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und dem Preis angemessen. Der Check-In war schnell und unkompliziert. Die hauseigenen Parkgebühren sind sehr hoch. Kostengünstigere Optionen wurden nicht angeboten.

Zedler (7/5): - Die Lage des Hotels war super, central und ruhig. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und hell. Der Frühstückssaal mit Blick zum Fluss ist auch herrschaftlich eingerichtet. Es gibt eine Bar mit Piano im Hotel. Das Hotel hat nur wenige Parkplätze zur Verfügung, man wird an ein Parkhaus weiter weg verwiesen. Im Wellness Bereich (2 Saunen) steht kein Trinkwasser zur Verfügung und zu wenig Liegen zum relaxen.

Oleksandr (10/5): - Номер очень хороший, с видом на реку и город. Персонал профессиональный, доброжелательный. Бассейн и сауна - все хорошо. Единственное неудобство - на парковке не распознавался Украинский номер- вручную подымали шлагбаум работники.
Hana (9/5): Hanka - Milý, vstřícný personál, velký výběr jídla, čistota pokoje, skvělé umístění hotelu, výhled na řeku a památky. Vana v koupelně. Pro obtížněji pohyblivé hosty je složitější se z vany dostat.

Brigitte (8/5): - Sehr tolles Hotel mir gefiel die Ausstattung sehr alles sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung hat mir sehr gefallen auch wenn es schon älteres Semester war, es war sehr gepflegt. Auch der Badebereich war Tipi topi. Ich liebe Karlsbad sehr . Das man keine Parkplätze inklusive hat war schon enttäuschend. Aber ich komme gerne wieder. Eigentlich war es nur die über Wärme im Hotel u in den Zimmern

Sarp (10/5): - Konumu muhteşem. Kahvaltı dahil konaklama almanızı öneririm. Kahvaltısı çok zengin. Odalar geniş,ferah temiz. Otel farklı binaların birleşiminden oluşuyor. Odaların hepsi güzel olmakla birlikte ama nehir gören cam cumbalı odalar nefis. Otel yanyana binaların birleşiminden olduğu için odaya ulasmak farklı asansörler ve uzun koridorlar gerektirebilir. Biz kısa kaldığımız için sorun değildi ama başkaları için sorun olabilir

Serdi (10/5): Top Lage...Top Hotel...Top Personal - Top Lage ....Harmonie und die Philosophie Ich finde es sehr sehr schade, dass Stammkunden einen Zimmer upgrade verdienen, wir sind mindestens drei bis viermal dort ...wäre schön wenn Stammkunden etwas anders behandelt werden....zumal wir Freunde und Bekannte ihr HOTEL wärmstens empfohlen haben....es sollte doch machbar sein Stammkunden nach Namen zu hinterlegen...sehr wichtig PUNKT FÜR mich Und Bitte das Management informieren.....
