- Vinod (4/5): Unexpected parking charges made for a disappointing stay - Breakfast options were standard. Location was good. The property charges $20 per night for parking. This is outrageous. This should be shown prominently when the total charges are shown before payment. This was buried in the fine print and it is pretty hard to spot the parking fee in the details. Scamming gullible guests by charging extra for parking is simply unacceptable.

- 516maritzaf (10/5): Family trip - loved the hotel. It's in a very quiet area, and from the moment you enter the lobby, you can tell the hotel is very clean. The room I had was very clean and presentable, and I was very grateful to Jacob at the front desk; his service was attentive and exceeded expectations. The agent who checked me out was also very friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

- Pamela (10/5): Such a relaxing and welcoming stay! - I loved how welcoming and accommodating everyone was! They have a full kitchen and free laundry as well! The manager Mirella was exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The maintenance was very quick and housekeeping was also quick. The free breakfast was delicious!! The beds could be more comfortable but I know they will be doing renovations soon.

Everything was clean & in good repair., 3.Enjoyed separate bedroom 4. Breakfast was good with many choice categories such as bread, fruit, oatmeal, cold cereal, hot food, yogurt, waffles, boiled eggs etc 5. Enjoyed chocolate chip cookies at from desk 6. Enjoyed the gym 7. The towels & washcloth are thick & soft 8. The bed is comfortable 9. We wouldn't have stayed if it wasn't pet friendly. And the fee of $50 for four nights was fair. 10. Liked the full-size refrigerator and utensils in the kitchen & dishwasher - especially the ice maker! Cons- 1. A recliner in living room would have been nice. 2. My husband & I were cramped on the couch together & neither can lay down 3. No body wash 4. A wall coat hook would have been nice. 5. I read that there was not a no slip mat in the shower so I brought my own (but there could be and I didn't know) 6. Would have appreciated paper towels, or napkins in the kitchen

- Saleema (5/5): Overall, our stay was disappointing — while the staff was friendly and the free breakfast was great for the kids, the la - The kids loved the free breakfast — that was a big plus for us! Not having to get up and go buy food every morning was super convenient. The location was also decent and close to everything we needed. When we first got there, I noticed old blood stains on the sheets, which was pretty gross. The pull-out bed in the living room was missing springs, so it was really uncomfortable to sleep on, but the kids made it work. Housekeeping never came the whole three days we were there ,we ended up taking our own trash out because it piled up. They had washing machines, but one was broken, and when my kids went to get fresh towels, the front desk told them we had to wait for housekeeping. No one ever showed up. The staff themselves were nice and welcoming, and I’ve stayed here before years ago with no issues, but this time was different. Between the uncomfortable bed and the lack of housekeeping, I don’t think I’d stay here again. They did offer free parking for the inconvenience, though, which I appreciated.

The staff here go above and beyond — super friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The rooms are clean, spacious, and feel just like home.

We got the best room ever and Vincent W was the best at protecting me when a stranger tried to come in the property where I was going to go to my room. He politely asked him to leave. The man was dangerous as he came at Clint with his fists up acting crazy. Clint put his fist up and didn't back down. Told the man to leave. I was very thankful he was there to protect me. The sitting room was very poorly lit, making it difficult to read. AC was good. We appreciated the full-sized refrigerator. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were mushy. The bathroom sink area was cramped and not well lit. The shower head was good, but the bathtub was slippery. I worried that I would fall. Breakfast had the worst processed scrambled eggs ever. There was also sausage, cooked oatmeal, fresh fruit, waffles, etc. We would not stay here again.

Theres wasps nests outside, the basics of normal Hilton arent available, the fitness center needs the displays fixed and needs weights, no water machine there. My bathroom was dirty, couch cushions gross, the closet doors were off the tracks and didnt close, cob webs in the lobby. No housekeeping, $20 parking fee for open self parking. Just sad. Hilton needs to look into this place.

- S6521JLmeganm (2/5): AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - We tried our best to make it work at this hotel but couldn't stand more than 4 nights before having to move hotels. Our stay started with our room smelling like an old dirty cleaning towel. We bought clorox wipes & disinfected everything... this still didnt take the smell away. We found it was coming from the fan/AC unit. We bought dryer sheets for the air to blow through & that temporarily helped... The entire hotel is VERY outdated. Our ice machine didnt work on our floor. There is ONE elevator for the hotel. Every room needs a complete update, paint, fixtures, furniture, flooring, faucets, EVERYTHING! Our faucets were rusted & disgusting. The toilet literally ran for 15 seconds every 10 seconds, ALL. NIGHT. LONG. There was hair in the shower & on the bathroom counter. The wall had brown spilled something running down it... When we tried to use the pool & play basketball they were trimming the palm trees & debris covered the basketball court and pool. Our swimsuits were full of tree debris. Not to mention the sound of the tree grinding truck all day long. THE FINAL STRAW? A ROACH IN THE BATHROOM!!!!!!! When I got up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night I saw a bug and tried to kill it and it JUMPED ON ME & WOULDNT DIE! I've never been so disgusted in my LIFE. Moral of the story, DO NO STAY HERE!!

- Sheri (5/5): Good if you're not expecting to be able to use all of the facilities. - The grounds were beautiful, the breakfast great, the staff awesome. Our room was spacious and mostly clean when we arrived. Only one of the treadmills in the fitness center worked. There was only one pin for all of the weight machines so only one person could work out at a time. There was NO night time lighting in the outdoor areas. It was absolutely pitch black. We wanted to use the pool/hot tub and it was dangerous for us to go out there after dark. When I asked about the lighting, I was told that they had called someone but it probably wouldn't be available during our stay. Pretty disappointing because the fitness center and the pool/hot tub were major factors in booking that location.
- 340brantg (10/5): Kind People - The people here are so kind especially Elle and Jacob. It was nice to have a personal concierge to be able to text questions and request towels. We love the space in the room for our family of 5 and how close the fitness center, basketball court pool and spa is.

We could have used a few more towels and pillows in the room, but they were available upon request. The furniture has normal wear and tear but it’s probably overdue for being replaced and the rooms are a bit dark. Ice machine was broken which is disappointing with the high temps. Overall, room for improvements for management, but the staff are excellent with what they’re working with. The hotel fit our basic needs of a place to sleep and the kitchenette. My kids loved the basketball court!

Beds are clean and fairly comfortable. they did have security that walks the parking lot checking on parked vehicles which I do appreciate. Cons: the pillows are pretty firm and seem a-little over stuffed but nothing to give any negative stars for. All in all 9.8/10 and I will be staying here in the future.
