Monica (5/5): Suitable for a short stay - Perfect for a short stay. Spacious apartment The apartment is dated but we expected that based on price. The location is about 800m from a patrolled beach (north kirra) . Easy to drive to Greenmount or Coolangatta. We stayed as we had a wedding at Coolangatta/Tweed heads, so were hardly in the apartment.

Mary (7/5): Comfortable Stay - Comfortable and clean apartment in a well maintained block with enough space for our family for 4 adults for our 8 night stay. Also has secure underground parking. Apartment is a convenient location for the event we were attending at North Kirra. Walking distance to Coolangatta Airport. The apartment could benefit from some general maintenance. The oven was dirty, and some of the frypans, saucepans etc were well used and could be replaced. Bedrooms were a bit hot as they only have fans, the A/C is only in the lounge room. There are no shelves or drawers in the wardrobe in the 2nd bedroom making it difficult to unpack for our 8 night stay. Need to drive to supermarket, shops, restaurants etc as there is nothing close by.

Ashley (6/5): Great location, staff and room size for travelling family, would be fantastic with some TLC and a thorough cleaner - Location to beach and airport, ample size for travelling family, washer and dryer, cost for location, staff member was friendly and helpful. The apartment was well furnished but very run down, and not clean. Dusty on all doorframes/range etc and vents were packed with it. Sand and hair along baseboards. Aircon squeals constantly and so did the pipes whenever someone was in the shower. Lots of random bits from previous occupants. No lift so be mindful if you’re travelling with large suitcases.
Keryn (10/5): Nice little get away - Low cost, large space with nice little view of the beach on one side and pool on the other. Unit on the older side, but that didn't bother us - perfect for a little family vacation.

Treena (4/5): If you use a wheelchair I do not recommend this place. - The property should never be advised as wheelchair accessible, the bathroom is not wheelchair accessible, the steep ramp access via the front complex entrance opens to the bedroom where a side table required moving and the heavy bed needed moving to fit the width of a wheelchair. The door opening only fits a very slim adult wheelchair and there was no ramp to help over the high ridges of the door frame. This entrance is not where you park your car, as that has several flights of stairs. The ensuite shower also another high ridge but the door opens inward covering the shower entrance, so only a standing person can shut the bathroom door to gain access to the shower which a shower chair was provided. The main bathroom had no safety rails but you could wheel into this room and turn. The main bathroom contains a regular small bath (no safety rails) which a shower chair cannot be placed into. The lounge room couch extended into the hallway and again only just fitted the slim wheelchair into the dining/lounge area, hands hit the sides to propel past. The staff manager was very friendly but clearly did not understand what wheelchair accessible means. The old towels had stains on them and sheets were clean but cheap scratchy ones, the cleaning of the unit was poor. Very disappointing and if you use a wheelchair I don’t recommend this place.

Claire (7/5): Beach view was great - very noisy neighbours. - The proximity to the beach is fantastic. Big sized apartment, really comfy couch. It was a bit under equipped in the kitchen. Not many glasses bowls and plates. The apartments next door were really noisy and even with the windows closed - the talking and music sounds felt like they were in the apartment itself.

Peter (9/5): Peaceful, clean, and unforgettable with stunning beach views and soothing ocean sounds. - The view of the beach from both the front balcony and our bedroom was absolutely amazing. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean was such a treat. The area was quiet with barely any traffic, which made it so peaceful and relaxing. Everything was clean and well-kept, which made the experience even better. The fridge was broken at the time, but our food didn't get hot. It just didn't get cold. It would be fixed I imagine since we let Matt know. He would have done something about it straight away, but we were fine. Thanks for the very kind offer!

The sockets were faulty and dangerous, the bbq was so dirty/rusty we couldn’t use it, the flight of stairs with no lift was inconvenient and the shower in the bedroom didn’t drain so couldn’t be used after the first time, it was disgusting

rubyjayroadtrip (2/5): An absolute DUMP. Beware room 321 - Shabby and outdated, absolutely gross in every way. We were disgusted at the lack of maintenance, bathroom doors that would not close (warped), broken furnishings. It was a dump. Two of my three guests left in disgust. Dirty, old, structurally unsound. Ocean views a joke. The most disappointing experience we have ever had.
Ruby-jay (1/5): Shabby dump. A grossly unkempt, dated, not fit for purpose room. Ugly and falling apart. - Promised sea views were a joke. Close to the airport. The entire apartment was barely 2 stars. Every piece of furniture was old and ugly. Torn upholstery, mouldy facilities, both bathroom doors were warped and could not shut!!! Two of my three guests left disgusted. Nothing in this place was satisfactory.

Deb (10/5): Fantastic getaway - Excellent location, so close to the beach. The unit had great extras, like a bbq on patio and an air fryer, plus the usual. The furnishings in this unit were top-notch. We had a great 3 night stay. Bit hot in 2nd bedroom, at night, as air con was in lounge room. Did have a ceiling fan in each bedroom.
Mackenzie (7/5): A comfortable and welcoming place to stay - The accomodation was very clean and comfortable and was only a short walk to the beach, but about a 10 minute walk if you want to swim between the flags. The swimming pool was right outside the door and was clean and pleasnat and had a spa area. The managers were very friendly and helpful It was east to catch a bus if needed There is only an airconditioner in the living area and not in the bedrooms. ASlthough there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms it could get quite warm. We didn't have a car and there is nowhere to purchase groceries close by. We ordered groceries through Uber Eats.

Julie (8/5): Absolutely great place and we would definitely stay again but just needs good cleaners - Proximity to beach and complex facilities were excellent Just giving honest feedback. Bathrooms are ok but really need upgrading and cleaning was not very good at all. Under sinks in kitchen, bathroom, laundry it was dirty. there were water logged boxes and empty containers so obviously cupboards are not checked. Top of range hood in kitchen hasn’t been cleaned for quite some time. Bathroom and ensuite showers have mouldy grout. Floor tiles need a good scrub.
Julie (10/5): Spacious apartment with lovely sea view in a great location. - This is our new go-to place to stay on the Gold Coast! A lovely, comfortable and well-equipped apartment for our family of four adults and two kids. We had one of the sea view apartments, just across a minor road from the beach, right next to the bikeway along the coast. So relaxing to sit and watch the ocean from our balcony. Our grandkids loved riding their bikes along the brilliant bikeway in both directions - up to Castle Rock and down to Greenmount beach. And they loved the pool and spa. This is our favourite part of the Gold Coast. More laid-back than the busier centres, but will such easy access (car, bikeway and plentiful buses). Checkin was quick and easy, and the managers really lovely. Can’t wait to come back! Everything was great.

Skye (8/5): stayed there for the GC50 Marathon and it was convenient for us - very close to the beach and walking track with playgrounds for the kids. apartment as clean - we did get moved before we got there from the original apartment due to a fault/water leak but in all honesty it was a good apartment and not knowing what the original one was meant to be - we were very happy with the place we were put in. have to drive or walk a great distance to get any food if we weren't prepared and brought your own.
