- Micheal (9/5): Superb - As soon as I arrived into the room the air conditioning was turned on which was a huge bonus as it was only 12 degrees when I checked in. Everyone from the gentleman at the desk right down to the cleaners were very helpful. It'll always be my place to stay when I'm in Melbourne. 👍 The only thing I could think of was the carpets were a bit sticky, but apart from that, everything else was good

The doors on cabinets needed repairs as they did not shut. We had a toaster in our room but no plates or cutlery to use. There was no door handle on the toilet door in 42A. There was no TV remote in room 42B. Not enough cups for the number of people able to stay in the rooms. Some spare blankets would be good during winter.

- Macgregor (2/5): Cheap as chips accommodation - - My room smelled like curry. - I requested new towels everyday but only received them 3 out of 6 days. - The door handle is knocked in and gives the impression that someone tried to smash their way in. - The sheets had stains. Likely washed but still a bad look. - The bed was very hard.

Will definitely stay again. Nothing really to dislike, it was what I expected when booking a budget hotel.

- Fisher (3/5): The cabin was old and in fair condition inside. It would have been nice if the air con was turned on prior to our arriva - It was priced fair and the bed was comfortable. It was great that it had a toaster and kettle. The air con wasn’t quite adequate, the carpet was patched up with black tape. The bedside lamps both had blown globes and couldn’t reach the power point from the bedside tables.
