- Martin (7/5): Great convenient well situated accommodation - Great location. Good staff. Lots of amenities and restaurants nearby. Really conveniently positioned. Rooms are great. . Everything as expected.

- Adam (6/5): - This hotel is showing its age and no longer looks like the photographs. The WiFi throughout the hotel would not work more thst 2 minutes. Not a problem for me but my friend wanted to stay and work and could not. The pool is about the size of a hot tub. I had to ask for clean sheet twice after my room was already made because sheets were ripped and had stains on them. Staff very lovely and friendly and they did their best.

Beim duschen sind die Fliesen sehr glatt, also Rutsch Gefahr. Personal war ok ! Drausen sind kleine gute Restaurant und Massagen. Der Strand ist nicht weit

- Bell (9/5): We loved the Inn Residence for the large, clean rooms, excellent service and perfect location! - Our room was very spacious with many amenities such as a comfortable sitting area, refrigerator, sink, dishes, cups, water kettle, coffee packets. We loved sitting on our balcony, too. The hotel was very, very quiet and the staff were wonderful. We appreciated the safety and service. The location was perfect, a few minutes walk from the beach and the outdoor market and street where we could catch transportation. The pool area was beautiful, although it would get quite hot midday. The lobby seating areas inside and out were lovely spots to meet up with our group. The beds were a bit firm for our taste. At one point our AC stopped working but we were able to get transferred to a new room after notifying the staff.

- George (8/5): - Shopping options, travel options and restaurant options are very close. Beach is also within eyesight of the property. It is very quiet. Staff are friendly and they have breakfast available every morning if buffet is not available they will cook you a fresh hot breakfast. Water is always hot, which is a big deal in Thailand and the Wi-Fi was fast I would stay again.

- James (2/5): - hair was in the shower in the sink on the bathroom floor. the wifi never worked. they have wifi per floor. and it never worked they said the code changes every morning new code still didn’t work. owner kept making excuses for wifi when i said i needed it for work. “just try it again it will work it will work.” safe didn’t work coudlnt lock my belongings up. no bottle opener for the cokes and beer bottles. fix your wifi or remove it from your site.
- stewart (8/5): Deluxe room - Deluxe room is apparently at the back of the hotel with a balcony that face a drain pipe and very dirty back well at the rest of the hotel . In fairness the hotel upgraded my room only after an argument . A rook at the back is not deluxe .that having been said I like the hotel and it's convenient but the rest rooms are not that great and I would remove the word deluxe . Cleaning seemed lacking this time not sure why

- Magnus (4/5): Ok för en natt eller två. - Ok. Inte det sämsta vi bott på eller det det bästa värdet för pengarna. Funkar för någon natt eller två. Rummet hade en doft av fukt, gammal betong som doldes av någon parfym men man vande sig när ac var igång. Byggnaden är lyhörd och det blir en resonanslåda när någon pratar i korridoren. Städerskan var mycket trevlig och respektabel. Boendet kändes tryggt och lungt. Gatan utanför är lite lugnare än övriga gator i området även om det finns barer med det klassiska klientelet.

- Mursel (1/5): Wrong person for the job as manager , upset - The workers are grateful only the worker not the manager I don’t come in my room since 2 days because the door was broken, the worker open the door in the first day in only 2 minutes and say to me tomorrow we clear this the second day the manager can not open the door and let me wait more than 1 hour after then I want talk with boss /manager about that and he come after this to my room but not friendly he come angry and compare me , he can not solve my problem and come and scare me because I want talk with the boss . The workers are grateful but the manager is a bad person and he make my holiday to a bad trip

Breakfast was cooked of a set menu this maybe because of the smaller numbers staying. For the price you cant beat the location. Have a pool on top floor ,pool clean though beer bottle and a glass look like they have been their for awhile.

No extractor fan in bathroom. Swimming pool is not as big as it looks in the pics. It's a hot tub but that fine except there were floating white stringey bits everywhere....all in all I would stay if I didn't have to pay more than 500thb. ..not worth the price

Bedding uncomfortable. generally a very tired hotel most certainly not a 4 star!! In Jomtien there are much better places at cheaper prices than this one

- Kim (4/5): Disappointing - The room was ok The breakfast was really bad. I ordre a room for 4 people 2 adults and 2 kids. We got a familie room the bed was so small. I have to ordre a extra bed. 500 bath. It was so bad. And on of my kids have to sleep in the couch..
- Christine (6/5): Adequate, clean and tidy but I wouldn't go back. - The room was spacious and was cleaned daily - with fresh bed linen and towels. The bed was large and comfortable. The air-con worked well. The shower and bathroom was clean and all worked fine. The bedroom also contained a fridge, kettle, sink, microwave, sink and cupboards, plus tea bags, coffee sachets etc. The small plunge pool on the roof terrace was adequate. The terrace had a good selection of loungers and a nice view. They offered a buffet breakfast until 10am. The view from the balcony was not very inspiring - other peoples living accommodation and the local laundry. If you're offering kitchen facilities, then a few more utensils, some plates, crockery and cutlery would have been useful. There were just 2 cups and saucers. Not keen on the general ambience of the hotel. Much of it was closed. The small public areas were not very welcoming. Shame that the "dining room" shut at 10am. You have to leave the hotel to get a coffee, lunch, dinner or other refreshments. As a woman travelling alone, I wouldn't choose this hotel again.
