• Robert (8/5): Super miejscówka do wypadów na Similany czy chill na plaży - Fajna lokalizacja w pokojach nieco odsuniętych od głównej drogi. W miasteczku sporo knajpek, kawiarni, a do plaży jakieś 15 minut spacerem. Położenie od zachodu daje widok na piękne zachody słońca. Jest to też świetne miejsce wypadowe na wykupienie wycieczek na Similany czy Park Narodowy Khao Sok. Właściciel bardzo miły i pomocny. Na miejscu mała kawiarnia serwująca śniadania. Brak. Wszystko jak najbardziej w porządku. Nie można się do niczego przyczepić.
• Sebastien (10/5): - Une très belle adresse !! La chambre était très grande et très propre. Elle donnait sur la rue mais nous n'avons pas été dérangés par le bruit. L'hôtel propose de très bons petits déjeuners à la carte et de très bon cafés. La piscine est top. L'emplacement est également très bien. L'accueil est discret et adorable. Le monsieur a vraiment été très gentil avec nous : on a pu laisser nos bagages en garde, donner notre linge à laver alors que nous ne restions qu'une nuit. Nous recommandons fortement cet établissement

• Hanna (10/5): Immer wieder Ruk Cozy !! - Wir hatten einen richtig schönen Aufenthalt. Super zentrale Lage, aber trotzdem ruhig und entspannt – obwohl es an der Hauptstrasse liegt. Der Besitzer ist extrem herzlich und hilfsbereit. Und der heisse Milchkaffee am Morgen war jedes Mal ein Highlight. Würde sofort wieder buchen! war alles sehr zufriedenstellend !!!

• Jane (8/5): Great location, with a fabulous host 😀 - The location was amazing. Very central to everything. Fabulous host The road noise as situated on the main road. My balcony overlooked the main road so really it was wasted space as too noisy to use. Lots of other rooms at the back of the property which were much quieter.

• Tracey (7/5): - Exceptionally clean. Lovely crisp white cotton bedding that was frequently changed. Great location for access to beacgrs, restaurants, taxis and the night market. Excellent hair and wash products is full size containers so no need for your own. Arr was lovely and would help with anything needed e.g. arranging cab for airport. Situated on a busy road so can be noisy at times. The pool is overshadowed all morning, and there just 7 loungers for the 22 apartments so it was often not an option to spend any time there.

The host was always around to make sure the property was clean & presentable. The pool is nice but many smokers were by the pool. So i didn’t use it.

• Terry (6/5): - Nice enough for stay in a pinch, the hotel clean and the guy who runs it is very nice and accomadating. The infinity pool was certainly a highlight, be it rather small. There is no elevator, so you are carrying up everything you travel with. Ourroom faced the main drag in Khao Lak,and was quite noisy. It:s a "cheap" stay and it shows. For those accustomed to staying in hostels or like traveling on a dime its a step up, for those use to an average 3 star hotel,you will probably be disappointed.

We loved our stay here - the owner was so helpful and nice, the hotel is very clean and the rooms are beautiful. We enjoyed the breakfast at the cafe too! • HYUNJI (10/5): 아이와의 첫 여행. 최고의 선택이었어요~ - 먼지 하나없고 깨끗하고 친절하고..아이와 함께하는 태국여행의 첫 호텔로 선택했는데 너무 좋았어요. 위치도 길 건너 도보1분 거리에 야시장이 있고 편의점, 과일가게, 약국, 슈퍼마켓, ATM, 스벅, 로컬식당 등 인프라가 다 갖춰져 있어서 너무 편했어요. 온수도 잘 나오고, 에어컨도 잘 나오고 휴지통도 자동이고 세심한 배려가 있는곳이예요~ 다음번에 카오락에 와도 룩코지에 묵을거예요~ 감사합니다.
• Ashley (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay here. The owner is very kind and very helpful. The place is very clean. The location is walking distance from everything you need. They offer laundry service but we don’t like our clothes in the dryer so we walked to the coin laundry. When we got back, the owner gave us extra hangers and extra hanging rack to dry them out on the balcony which we thought was such a great, helpful bonus for a hotel to have. Offers free filtered water or bottled water at a competitive rate. The infinity pool is really nice, too. Thank you for everything Ruk Cozy. We are grateful for your hospitality.

Great location, near to everything The rooms are big and comfortable. The bed was perfect and hot water in the shower (not common in Thailand) The owner was so nice and did everything to help us! The place is quiet and is so nice to just chill in the pool Also the place has a restaurant that opens since 7:00 AM and has very good coffee and breakfast! We enjoyed every minute Thank you! Nothing

In der Unterkunft konnte ich mir einen Roller leihen, damit konnte man super an den Strand und in Restaurants fahren. Sehr schön und einen Besuch wert!

This Hotel has an excellent location and despite being by the road, the rooms and the hotel pool are completely quiet. The rooms are simply furnished in MUJI style. The view from the balcony is pleasant. Air conditioning, safe, comfortable beds, cleanliness and a very pleasant hotel owner. The possibility to rent scooters and, in addition, an excellent cafe at the reception and a divine breakfast. I would very much like to go back there. Everything was perfect

The owner is really helpful and efficient. Good location about 20 mins walk to the beach and a few minutes from the night market plus lots of bars and restaurants. Excellent value for money hotel.

• Anete (10/5): A great locally owned hotel - It's a lovely hotel run by a local owner. He makes the place very special. He is so helpful and genuinely nice. He loves to have a chat with his guests and will help with anything you need during the holiday. He booked my island trips to Similan and Surin islamds ahead of the arrival. He also has an in-house breakfast cafe with great coffee, scooter rental, and laundry services. The location is unbeatable, just opposite from the night market, 7/11, and loads of restaurants. About a 15-minute walk to the beach through lively streets. Despite the hotel being on the main road, my room was quiet and peaceful, and my balcony was facing palm trees and an empty field. There's a decently sized pool and even a reading corner with some books. It's a really nice base for exploring the area and doing trips. If you're looking for great value for money, look no further. :)

The whole facility was spotless. Ar and Nid were awesome, always ready to help and give advice on where to go and what to do. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Khao Lak.

• FJ (10/5): A most homely hotel: - It's a small hotel with about 15 rooms. Rooms are simple, very spacious with nice furniture and ample cupboard space. Nice, clean, well designed bathroom and balcony. There is a small, well used swimming pool and deck chairs and also a coffee shop. The best features are the owners Nick and his partner. They are the friendliest owners anywhere, always cheerful and willing to chat. You really feel warmly welcomed and at home.
• Tracey (10/5): Great value accommodation - This accommodation is very good value. The rooms are cleaned every day to a very high standard and the owners are very friendly and helpful. My partner was not well when we stayed and the owners couldn't do enough to try and help out. The bed is comfortable and bathroom modern with a great shower. The accommodation is not beachfront, it takes 15 mins to walk to the nearest beach but it is only a few minutes walk to the main road with all the restaurants and shops. There is also a 7 eleven just across the road. Hire of a bike is a good idea. Breakfast is not included but there are several places to buy breakfast nearby. There is a swimming pool which is just large enough to swim in. The pool is kept very clean also. I've stayed here 3 times now and will certainly stay again.

• Lucas (10/5): Perfect stay!! Don't think twice, just book it! - Our stay at Ruk Cozy was perfect! The hotel location is great, close to the main street that leads to the beach, and where you can find many good restaurants and everything else you might need (currency exchange, tour agency, pharmacy, etc). The room is clean, new, and large, bed is comfy and bathroom is huge. It also has a large balcony with a beautiful view. The swimming pool is new and perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. The managers are very very helpful and polite. They even helped us with a personal problem, we are so grateful for that. In conclusion, if you find a room available there do not think twice, just book it.
• Laura (10/5): We are so grateful! - We are so grateful for our time at Ruk Cozy. We booked for two weeks at first but ended up extending our stay as it was so lovely. The owner Arr, and manager Nid were super friendly and always there - this is personal service at its best. The hotel is small - which we like, and away from the party centre - which we also like. There are lots of Germans in Khao Lak, but this hotel has a nice mix of guests, mostly from Scandinavia, Central Europe, Russia, and Asia. We appreciated being able to arrange airport pickup from Phuket directly with their courteous driver and all their honest advise about what to do (and not) in Khao Lak (like everywhere, there are lots of completely overpriced tourist activities in this part of Thailand). They helped us rent bicycles and scooters, and gave us pointers on where to shop at local prices. The hotel is clean clean clean, and the rooms are bigger than they look. We had a family room that faces the street but did not find the traffic noisy. The TV was good and wifi quality excellent throughout. We also really appreciated that this is a non smoking hotel. Hooray for that! We loved the pool on days we did not go to the beach or go riding at the Khao Lak Horse Club, and the neighbourhood offers several small street restaurants where locals eat - no need to eat 'tourist food' if you like real Thai cuisine. The hotel is new and aesthetically very pleasing with clean lines and modernist touches. No wonder it already gets many return clients!

• GUOLIANG (10/5): Affordable place in a great location - The room was way bigger than normal hotel rooms and bigger than what we expected. Plus there's a small balcony facing the pool for relaxing in the sun. The hotel owners were friendly and helpful, a great stay overall. It's located along the main road at the traffic junction to turn into Bang Niang beach, so it's accessible and a short walk to the beach.

If you are looking for a place to relax by the beach this is not for you but if you have a one day stop over it is worth a look.

• daniel (8/5): It's all about the staff - A cut above the usual standard. Some thought had gone into the design and it showed. From the front it looks rather 'harsh' but don't be put off. The guys running this place are really good, when our bus shot through and left us standing they brought out their car and run us to the the main bus station - that's 20 kms away. Above and beyond.
