• Sim (2/5): - This property is the bad experience i never had before really bad environment
• Juraimi (8/5): Good basic hotel - This is the nearest hotel to the wedding event. Wasn't expecting much so it worked out well for us. Staff were polite and accomodating. Room was basic and all neccesities were provided. If you need ironing kit, do call their housekeeping. There are shops within the building if you walk towards the side of the reception - Secret Recipe, Subway, Minimart and 7-Eleven across the carpark. Had a good view at the rooftop where most bars and swimming pool is at. Great view of the sunrise. Overall, was a good stay.
• Shehan (4/5): - The property (Hotel & Mall) must have been nice when built, but now it is in a state of complete neglect. Many shops in the adjoining mall have closed down and the hotel is deserted with minimal staff at Reception and no Bell Boys or any other staff. Coffee Shop is closed down …
• Shaun (8/5): Business Trip - The hotel is conveniently located for the visit to the KL office.
• RY (4/5): - The room we were allocated on level 12 had seen better days. Firstly, the card access door lock had major issues were the alarm kept going off at the slightest misalignment of the door latch and catch. I've had to slam the door close to deactivate the alarm and this would definitely not go down well for the other guests on the same level. Secondly, the basin wasn't draining fast enough and this caused ponding in the basin. The toilet flushing at times wasn't strong and we've had to flush several times to clear the sewage. Finally, the shower head holder was no longer secured to the wall as the screw plugs were loose. I've left a note about the faults in the room and I'm hoping the room service attendants would pick them up and report to the management. Otherwise, the hotel location is great in USJ as it is close to Main Place shopping centre. There are also an array of food / convenience stores and two pharmacies across the hotel. Staff are friendly and obliging when we requested to change our rooms.
• John Teo (2/5): Terrible hotel management - Very bad service Front office may mistaken that the room been paid which I haven’t (though I had told them and paid it) Bed and pillow stains F&B teams are terrible - not friendly nor not working The teams all group in the kitchen. Whereas when asked to change the milk (finished), not even done The roof - not clean at all and No buffet but a lousy nasi lemak which seem to be microwave serve.

• Fazli (6/5): - Location is good. With local eateries and convenient store nearby. Accessible to a lot of places. Building facade looks nice. Local staff handling the reception was polite and welcoming but the rest of the staff seriously need formal customer service training. Room was nothing impressive. I would rate it 3 star instead. Corridor was dimly lit. Swimming pool looked like a swamp. Never seen a 4 star hotel pool filled with greenish water. Pool attendant was defensive and told me off rudely that the pool was safe to swim.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Pleasant Experience - Staff really helpful, especially Mr. Mohamad (Receptionist) and Ms, Siti (Housekeeping Supv) that has make memorable stay for me and my mom. Reason I came to your hotel is to celebrate my mom's birthday and they really make my mom happy. Bad:- There was a stain at the linen (bed sheet and pillow case). Other than that, is good. Definitely will come back again.
• Ramlah (6/5): Can be better - The front desk staff was very helpful and patient towards assisting guests with directions, booking uber etc. Breakfast was not satisfactory. Time given for breakfast was till 10.30 am but food was bare minimum at 9.30am! General appearance of the breakfast vernue was untidy. One lady was moving around sweeping the floor when the room is filled with eating guests! The area between the breakfast cafe and the pool were filled wih cigarette butts on the floor! Th pool was being cleaned at 9.30am! So no one can use the pool. I understand that the staff needs time to clean up, but please condone the area so guests do not have to see the unsightly state of the place and have unpleasant impression of the hotel.
• Zailan (6/5): Poor housekeeping - I was there for 2 nights. The room was a bit small for my liking. The corridors were dark but what was most unpleasant was the morning of the following day. I had placed the sign 'Please make up my room' at around 9am and was surprised it was still not clean after i returned a few hours ago.I called up the duty manager who informed me that due to a high turnover of rooms , they are only making up the rooms left vacant to receive new guests. i opened my door and kept it open for the next 2 hours when i spotted the cart and beckoned the staff to clean my room after he was done with the one he was cleaning. Not only was i inconvenienced , i also had no privacy while waiting for my room to be cleaned.

• HON PING (6/5): Not worth for its price - The hotel lobby looks very grand but the room really disappointed. I don't have a comfort stay. Room and toilet lighting was very dark, bed sheet not new and feel not clean.
• joy (2/5): Terrible - Check in was efficiently done as I checked in very late in the night. The room was not up to expectation compared to the amount paid. The bathroom dòor surface is peeling off, shower cubicle has no light, bed was extremely hard.

• Yihyi (8/5): Contemporary hotel - It was a last minite booking before we fly back to UK and we were met with friendly and helpful staff to sort us out on printing air tickets and booking taxi. The hotel is fairly new with very contemporary theme which we love. Our favourite is the glass wall bathroom with rain shower. The only down side is that One City, which the hotel is located at seems to be empty and is quite a distance if you wish to venture out. We did take advantage of the cinema to watch a midnight movie. There is s sky lounge area at roof level but there were quite a bit of mosquitos for us.

• COLIN (8/5): FOR REST & RELAX - GOOD TO RELAX AS THE SURROUNDING IS QUIET.
• She (8/5): E. City hotel - Location is away from city crowd. More suitable for business travellers. The hotel is connected to a more with restaurants, cafe and a cinema.Swimming pool was disappointing, i went up but hardly able to see through the water. Taxi from KLIA cost approximately RM68(airport standard price) and the journey took me 35min. If you need more shopping, you will need to cross a 5 lanes x 2 way road, else u need to take a 15min walk to circumvent the 10 lanes road to the mall. Beside the mall, you will be able to enjoy "zhi char" at the restaurants. Reasonably priced and food was excellent. Take a cab to Sunway Pyramid cost u approximately RM40(negotiate with driver). Over there, u can enjoy plenty of shopping and food choices. 20-25min journey.
• Paul (6/5): The area becomes quite - The area should be a very good venue for events and some entertainment scenes, but there is no much traffic to get it live. I got to know the new supermarket there is closed forever, how pity. However, the hotel is cozy and this is the only hotel at the area, just for self drive visitors.
• Teck Joo (6/5): Black wall & Doors, Is that a Swimming Pool? - This is the first hotel in my many years of travel that does not provide hand soap. The wall and hallway to room are painted in black which I don't feel comfortable. The water of the swimming pool is not fit for swimming.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Very good experience overall - I enjoyed actially everything. Just two things thay annoyed me. I asked for a taxi to the airport and I got a call from the hotel telling me it is 80RM. I said then that I want a meter taxi. The staff know that this is by far too expensive. So, why doing it with the guests? Anyway, when I came down and drove off with the taxi I realized that it did not have a meter. Then I had to argue with the taxi driver about the price. Why? I asked for a meter taxi! Second thing is that one needs to take the taxi to go somewhere. No access to train. Therefore, location not ideal.
• Poh Guat Ann Theresa (2/5): - Checked in at 3pm after arriving from Hong Kong having started flight from Chicago. Was hoping to get a much needed rest but was utterly impossible to do so.Made a complaint after checking in to Room 814 because the room had no air conditioning at all. Temperature stayed at 27 degrees even after Maintenance guys came to fixed it. Was then given Room 514 & Room 513 with the same ridiculous problem. After demanding that the next room change is checked by Maintenance guys to ensure air conditioned is working or else we will not want to waste our time in that hotel & would choose to check out they finally give Room 511 which air conditioning was not to satisfactory but was a big change from the previous 3 rooms.I don't think we will ever want to stay again in this hotel or even recommend it to anyone

But the wifi is getting much slower compare to my last stay on October, not sure if it's due to the location of my room.

• chephren (8/5): Great little hotel in puchong area - A little out of the way, the road in and out is quite a lot of circle. Lots of good restaurant but nothing much to shop, so it's mainly for business travel. Good breakfast and service at sky 360, parking is a problem during office hours, check in and out is very fast. room somewhat small but for the price, can't expect much. Overall good enough for me to stay more than 5 times so far.

• Choon Siong (8/5): Good Stay.. - Everything is good. The carpark is still free for hotel stay despite officially collecting car park fee beginning May'15. Expect some teething problem with the parking system... Minor though.. Overall still good for me. Not sure why but toothbrush no longer part of the toiletries... Oh well... Must be GST..lol Oh, breakfast selection is acceptable but nothing extraordinary.
