Le rebord de la cuvette des wc pas nettoyé. Les salissures sur la climatisation sous la fenêtre. La moquette du couloir très sale au 4eme étage. La chambre est vieillote et a besoin d'un vrai rafraîchissement. Ne pas se fier aux photos d'accueil.

Staff were very helpful and friendly Room wasn’t as shown in the photos…it was dated and tired…bathroom and the main room require a modern update but was acceptable and clean

• Alex (6/5): Conveniently located accommodation. - Good central location only a few minutes walk to Asok and Sukhumvit metro stations. Plenty of local ammenities, shops, bars and restaurants close by. Hotel is on a quiet backstreet, no problems with noise. Beds are very firm and pillow weren't great. Rooms are not as fresh as they appear in the photos.

• garbage (8/5): - BTSアソーク、MRTスクンビット駅が近く、アクセスは申し分ないです。施設や客室は古いですが基本的なサービスは揃っており、スタッフは丁寧でフレンドリーです。チェックアウト後でも深夜まで荷物を預かってもらえます。 ただアメニティはドライヤーしかないので、あらかじめ用意するか近くのセブンイレブンで確保しないといけません。 来年（2026年）、エアコンが入れ替わるようです。

Good value. - A bit on the scruffy side, but ample room, everything worked: fridge, bathroom all worked, nice desk with plugs for working, good location for my exhibition work. Subway right there, if you need. The room was very quiet, so I slept well. This is important in this area, as some hotels are located right next to noisy clubs. It was just the small details like hallway carpet conditions that made it clear it was an economy hotel and not something nicer. Nothing to make it a no-go

• Michael (4/5): Overpriced, misleading descriptions - The night-time staff were friendly and helpful The property doesn't accept bookings through booking.com so they keep reporting that your credit card isn't valid, this was very annoying. The description said 'city view' but the tiny window was opposite an industrial parking lot with the lights from cars going up the ramps coming into the room all night. In general the room was tiny, cramped and the descriptions were misleading. This place is like a budget motel but for a very high price, if the price were reduced by 50% it would've been fair and our review would've been better. We def won't stay here again.

• Bhandarkaranand (4/5): Overall, the stay was disappointing due to poor maintenance and service. - The staff communicated well in English, making it easy to interact. They were very helpful by offering their weighing machine when ours malfunctioned. Location was Great. We were informed that we had to handle the luggage ourselves. The lift was small. The carpets in the outside room veranda and common areas were old and stained. The toilet was small. Overall, the room was not well-maintained, and it did not match the pictures. It appeared worn out and neglected. Not recommended for families or couples.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - The hotel is old and not very well kept. There was a smell in the hallway and the carpeting all needed to be replaced (many stains and very worn). As you enter the main lobby there is a very strong and musty odor. The light control in the room was in poor working order and you needed to play with it to get to make the lights work. The facility needs a major up grade to replace the old and worn items. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional.

• Aeneas (8/5): Good value for money in heart of Sukumvit - The hotel is located in the heart of Sukumvit - its close to MRT and a lot of restaurants are around. The rooms are basic but clean and probably everything you need in Bangkok. Staff is nice but very distanced. The ceiling of the room is quite low which makes the room itself not very comfortable to stay inside long - but to sleep its enough.

Only cleanliness on the hallway to room and elevator need to be bare with it. Parking is very difficult because there is only one car allow. Bad smell and dirty in elevator, load of dust at the old rug laid on floor to your room, no parking.
