• Roksana (10/5): Perfect stay in Vienna - Such a lovely apartment and the location is great! Communication with the host was amazing from the start. The place was ready and waiting for us upon the arrival - it was very clean, cosy, and well equipped (great kitchen with accessories). Nothing to complain about really, fully recommend 👌🏼
• Johanna (7/5): Good - Very good location, good price. I was asked to share my time of arrival a week prior. Then I also was asked to let the host know at least two hours before in case of any changes. Since our flight was a bit late, I informed about it beforehand. When we got to our apartment we waited 20min in front of it and when calling the host it was a bit unpleasant and told us to wait. It turned out the person meeting us was inside the apartment and didn't hear their phone. That's fine but the host seemed hostile and told me that since I arrived later they had to wait for us. After a long day of travel and making sure that I give updates to the host I would've expected a bit more of a pleasant interaction.
• Elena (10/5): Clean, cosy apartment in a quiet area. Would stay again with pleasure. - Clean, cosy apartment in a quiet area. Fully corresponds to the photo. The kitchen has a cooker, oven, fridge, coffee machine (for capsules and ground coffee), electric kettle, toaster, crockery. Clean bathroom. Comfortable beds. Metro U3 (Kardinal-Nagel-Platz), bus, tram stops very close. Good connection to the city centre. Nearby there are supermarkets Hofer, Billa, many cafes, shops. There is a lift in the building, two flights of stairs to the lift. For us it was not critical, as the main luggage was lifted up / down once. We were greeted on arrival, check-out was contactless. Would stay again with pleasure. N/A
• Marina (10/5): I would take this apartment again. - Spacious, new bathroom, quiet, close to the metro station (Kardinal-Nagel-Platz) and to the city centre. Old apartment building, one ca hear doors opening and closing early in the morning.
• Matthew (10/5): We enjoyed a perfect stay in this quiet and comfortable Vienna apartment. - The convenience of the location for touring as well as the space the rest and relax while there. It more than met our needs and was a great way to explore Vienna. With children it was nice to be able to have a quieter spot in the evening, so when they went to sleep we were able to have a quiet relaxing evening after a busy day of touring. It would have been convenient to have access to laundry facilities, though this is by no means a criticism.A/C would also have been a nice perk but not the end of the world.
• Niall (1/5): Disgraceful hosts. - The apartment was ok but....... Despicable behaviour by the hosts GoVienna. We arrived at 17:25 in the afternoon/evening, but because I had put time of arrival as 16:00 to 17:00 we were refused entry and held to ransom on the street until we paid a €15 late arrival fee. Nothing in the small print about this, and nothing in the pre-arrival messages to stress the importance of arrival times. What a way to welcome your "guests" after the stress of airline travel with connecting flights. Never again.
• Mariusz (8/5): I liked the stay very much. Nice place at a good location - Building located on a quiet street with a variety of shops and restaurants nearby. Very conveniant transport access (metro station and but stop within few minute walk). Basic but sufficient furnishing and equipment. Clean bathroom and towels. Access to the apartment. I guess the elevator was added to the old building and that's why it is not the most conveniant. But better than none ;) Bedsheets could be cleaner or replaced. You can tell they were washed but there were some stains. Floor could be cleaner.

• megumi (10/5): 大変おすすめ - 立地はとても良いです。歩いて五分程の所に地下鉄駅があり、市内や博物館、美術館にはとても便利です。 地下鉄から降りて帰り道にスーパーマーケットと大きめなショッピングモールはございます。 管理人の方はとても親切です。アンティークマーケットや情報収集に協力していただきました。 本当におすすめいたします。
