- Sage (9/5): A bit more of a commute than other hotels near the Disney parks, but great value overall! - The building itself is a bit old, but the room I stayed in was recently refurbished and very modern. Staff were very helpful in explaining the different shuttle bus and public bus options for getting to the Disney parks. The only downside for me really was the very aggressive elevator door: it would close quickly and forcefully, and often knocked into people or bags.

- Hailey (5/5): Cost effect location for Disney parks but bring your ear plugs. - access to both bus stops and the train station. The facilities in the room were dated and not all in good condition. Also, the "hotel" was actually a repurposed apartment building, and the sound insulation is not good enough for a hotel. All sound from the hallway and neighboring rooms was much louder than in a typical Japanese hotel. Additionally, the shuttle to the Disney Parks listed in the description online runs only twice in the morning and too late to arrive in time to line up for entry at opening time.
