- James (9/5): Thanks to Rinnai for teaching me some valuable phrases & to Mang Sri & Fani for excellent massages - I loved the buffet breakfast and the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Poolside cocktails were fantastic. Our room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Check in and out was very easy with no fuss. The Excercise room needed some attention and the shade sails around the pool didn't swing as I believe they should, they were a bit rusty.

Fortunately we came across De Vins on Booking.com for an amazing price and it looked beautiful, what a blessing that was! From the moment we arrived u til the moment we left we were treated with kindness and an above and beyond service! The place is beautiful, clean, cool, as are ALL of the staff! The facilities all worked, very well, unlike our previous booking. The breakfast was amazing as were the views we were able to enjoy while eating it! We did not swim in the pool as we had fresh tattoos but we would have if we could have because that looked beautiful also! Our 6 months old baby was treated like a king, with all the staff being so friendly to him and offering to hold him and have cuddles anytime we were in the lobby! Everything about this hotel blew us away. We will be staying at De Vins again and will be staying longer next time as 3 days was not enough!! Absolutely LOVE this place and can’t wait to come back! The worst part was the timber flooring — many nails were sticking out, which is a serious safety hazard; without shoes, guests could easily injure their feet. The TV was quite old and only offered a few local Indonesian channels, with no apps or smart features. Towels and bathrobes had visible stains that didn’t come out after washing, making them look unclean. Some areas could be improved, but nothing major beyond these safety and hygiene issues.”

- Kylie (10/5): We really enjoy staying here and will return sometime soon ❤️ - We have stayed here a few times - Location suits us, roof top pool, bar, dining, breakfast and entertainment is great I was not happy with the delay in check-in due to having a virtual card number being different (due to security reasons) to my main card. Numerous times I requested to speak to manager but continued being delayed. Luckily I found my copy of booking.com which showed my original card number, only then could we proceed to check in to the room.

- Lerato (7/5): Great location for exploring Seminyak - It was a walking distance to all the restaurants I wanted to visit. I would say a perfect location for anyone wanting to explore Seminyak and surrounding areas. The staff was friendly and greeted with a smile each time. I had room service on my first night and the nasi goreng was amazing. I had such a hassle checking in because I booked using my virtual card. So even though I presented the card on my app, showed the my bank statement (as per their request) and did a small transaction to confirm that it is valid, I was still given the run around. I had just landed after almost 24 hours of travelling, so you can imagine my frustration. They eventually decided it was good to go and I really wish I didn’t have to go through that.

Simple, clean, quiet location and only a short walk to Seminyak eateries and shopping - they also offer complimentary transport service to Seminyak Square with hotel cart. Such friendly staff - especially Oka at the rooftop pool! Only thing that could be improved is the very dated gym equipment I tried using during my stay. Will certainly be back, cannot go wrong with this lovely place.

But I’m reliable informed they’re very safe so not a real issue here HOWEVER the facilities are brilliant and the staff are fantastic. Would 100% use again, could just use a bit of TLC.

De kamer op de 2e etage was ruim en de bedden waren heerlijk. Ook de spa was een heerlijke ervaring met veel mogelijkheden om te ontspannen." "De luchtvochtigheid in de hotelkamers was duidelijk merkbaar. Ondanks dat de airconditioning aanstond, was de lucht erg vochtig, wat resulteerde in een muffe geur in de kamer en klam aanvoelend beddengoed. Nadat we een dag de luchtafzuiger hadden laten draaien, verbeterde dit gelukkig aanzienlijk. Daarnaast duurde het op de 2e etage erg lang voordat het warme water in de douche beschikbaar was. Het hotel maakt een luxe indruk, maar het interieur oogt wel wat gedateerd.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Poor stay - Got e.coli and Sapovirus while staying there. This happened when I was only eating room service and breakfast buffet at the hotel. Also the house keeping didn't wash the coffee glasses, kept forgetting to leave us hand towels, and was overall below average. Also we had to run the shower for 20 minutes before the water got barely hot most of the time. Overall, not a great stay.
- Martin (4/5): Disappointing - Room not always cleaned and when done missing fresh towels. Toilet is a crazy height your feet can't touch the floor. Hotel in a full is very dated and needs investment. Breakfast was also poor.
