- Cary (8/5): - It is great to save power but the light bulbs in the rooms are so weak that it is difficult to read or find things! The hotel is very pet friendly but the staff knew nothing about local kennels or pet sitters. The hotel does not want pets left in the rooms alone but had no information about places to leave pets while dining or working.

- Karan (8/5): I will likely stay there again if the need arises but they need to work on listening to patrons. - I liked how clean it was and it was a good price. The tv in my room was not working as it said it wasn't connected and I let them know on the second day but they didn't send anybody to fix it.

- Tracy (10/5): - The staff here were super friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, there is no on-site gym and the laundry room/area (washers/dryers) could use some serious TLC. When it rained and became damp and chilly, I was told that the heat could not be turned on due to the boilers only coming on during seasonal times, however they did offer me more blankets and a small heater. There was a very large gap under my door, where I could see the outside very well, which made me think of all the spiders and other insects that had a personal doorway into the room. I will end up by saying housekeeping was absolutely fantastic! The beds were clean, the towels fresh!

I can confidently say I’ve never had better customer service than hers before. She was very helpful and accommodating along with being super kind. Highly highly recommend!!

Pets are allowed and they have a big grassy area for them to enjoy Rooms are outdated, not clean, especially near the beds , smelly , very small bathrooms and showers , ac barely worked, wasn't the greatest stay , beds have seen better days as well!
