В целом проживанием доволен: номер просторный, с собственной большой ванной комнатой и гидромассажной ванной. В номере было всё необходимое для проживания, за исключением чайника (при этом чайная посуда в номере была). Завтраки - в заведении в соседнем доме. С учётом хорошего ценового предложения и расположения отеля впечатление от проживания положительные.

- hye yeon (8/5): 쫌 좁음. 상트 관광지 접근성은 만족. - 에르미타주까지 걸어서 10분 안걸려요. 7분정도? 3명이 사용해서 간이침대 추가 부탁했는데 그렇게 이용하기에는 방이 좀 좁았어요. 간이침대가 많이 삐그덕 거려서 좀 불편.. 조식은 옆건물로 이동해서 먹어야 해서 번거로운감이 있긴한데 바로 옆이라 딱히 어려움을 느끼진 않음. 제공되는 어메니티는 한 번 사용해보고 한국에서 가져간거 사용함. 화장실도 좁고 전반적으로 쫌 좁아요.

- Christian (8/5): Une semaine près de l'ermitage - Nous avons passé une semaine à Saint-Pétersbourg. L'hôtel est idéalement situé à 200m de lErmitage, on peut pratiquement visiter tout ce qu'il y a à voir à pied. Hôtel très correct même si quelques fois ils sont un peu débordés et oublient de nettoyer la chambre.

- Juari Manoel Stuber de (8/5): Estadia em Saint Petersburgo - Ótimo hotel no aspecto custo/benefício, localização privilegiada muito próximo às atrações principais da cidade é possível fazer os trajetos à pe, mercados, lojas e restaurantes diversificados e bem próximos, o ponto negativo do Hotel é por se tratar de imóvel antigo e padrão na cidade a recepção e apartamentos se situam no piso siuperior sem a existencia de elevador, então amigos imaginem vc subindo se arrastando degraus por degraus que não poucos, com aquela malinha que amedida que passa o tempo parece estar repleta de ferro.

- Verified traveler (4/5): Wouldn't recommend - We traveled on Jan of 2019 and thought about saving some money on accommodation costs thus we chose this hotel. This hotel is cheap - therefore you can not expect to have a luxurious rooms or additional services, but you would still expect some sort of decency. Our first problems began with receptionist; unfortunately she did not speak any English. This was manageable, at least we had Google translate and sort of sorted things out. After this we noticed that our room had more than 30 degrees inside - thermostats were broken and couldn't be adjusted + we had bugs in WC. After 4 complains we got promised to do something with it, but nothing happened in any of those times. Eventually the receptionist said that keep the window open, even though there were -20 degrees outside. We tried to ask for a possibility to different room, but they were not willing to give that. Breakfast on the "restaurant" next to hotel was quite bad; one cup of coffee and youghurt, raw beans and some toast. It was free, so that was ok, but definitely would not pay anything for that. On the last day we tried to have a late check-out, but for that 1-2 hours that would have cost more than 15 euros that was also ridicilous (to compare, price for one night was 39 euros). In conclusion; staying for one night and just need a roof on top of you, this is cheap place in good location - go for it. If you are staying for any other reason, I suggest investing a little bit more and choosing some better option.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice rooms. Great breakfast and very central - Rooms are in good condition. Stayed in the hotel for 14 days with my wife. The breakfasts are in a neighboring restaurant with great choice of different dishes. The hotel is very central with just 5 minutes walk to Hermitage and 2 minute walk to admiralty park. Recommended. We had a nice stay.

O café da manhã é no máximo razoável e fora do hotel, em local que fica bastante cheio, bom ir cedo. Achei estranho a recepção cobrar pelo registro de imigração, nenhum outro hotel que passamos na Rússia cobrou.

- OlgaOlga (8/5): Не сразу повезло с размещением в номере... - Была с сестрой на июньские праздники... Бронировали стандартный номер с завтраком. Заселение строго в 14.00 часов или действительно номеров не было свободных, а прибыли мы в Питер в 6.40... Конечно хотелось принять душ и переодеться, но не повезло и даже на час пораньше не дали заселиться. В первый номер, который нас поселили был ужасным на 3 этаже №39... Если вам будут предлагать этот номер сразу отказывайтесь. Очень душный, а мы были не в самое теплое время года, но даже открытые окна ночью не спасали! Из совместного санузла просто не выносимый запах, как буд то кто-то сдох! Раковина маленькая, как обычно ставят в туалетах и умываться в ней трудно, чтоб не быть потом мокрым. Да и сам размер санузла настолько маленький, что я не обладательница пышных форм, билась об стены))) На второй день, после пытки запахом и духотой мы пошли на рецепшн... Не сразу нам пошли на встречу с обменом номера, девушки упорно стояли на том, что это стандартный номер! Хотя даже по описанию и фото на сайте он никак не вписывался в этот стандарт! После 20 минутного спора, нам все же предоставили другой номер. Этот номер соответствовал всем требованиям! Ели бы не это недорозумение, то по всем параметрам, гостиница отличная!!! Еще пару слов о кафе, которое предоставляет завтраки бесплатные и обеды с 10% скидкой... Очень советую посетить обед, вкусно! Про завтраки... Шведский стол, в принципе все что нужно на завтрак))) Местоположение отеля идеальное! Метро и остановка рядом. Всем спасибо)))

- Tatiana (10/5): Отель "Престиж" - наш выбор - Отель расположен в непосредственной близости от самых значимых мест и объектов Санкт-Петербурга - Дворцовая площадь, Адмиралтейская набережная, Сенатская и Исакиевская площади, Адмиралтейство, Невский проспект. В отеле "Престиж" останавливались уже в пятый раз. Условия проживания соответствуют предложению на сайте. Персонал отеля внимателен и предупредителен, предпринимаются все возможные меры для обеспечения комфорта гостям отеля. Для путешествующих на автомобиле немаловажным фактором станет наличие возможности парковки . Предложение завтрака в кафе, расположенном рядом с отелем, порадует разнообразием меню и уровнем обслуживания. С радостью приедем еще не раз в наш отель "Престиж"! Для тех, кто еще выбирает место отдыха, скажем кратко: "Рекомендуем!"

- Gladys (8/5): - Location for the price is what this hotel is all about. Also it is clean and safe area and the staff really work hard keeping it that way. Our room was really small with uncomfortable chairs but at least had fridge, no view. Breakfast was included but really hard for us to eat but the girls worked really hard considering what they are given to work with. Given the choice I would have breakfast at the strudel place across the street. Walking distance from great tourist info place,The Hermitage etc. Third floor check in with heavy bags is a chore with no elevators.I recommend for short stays in upgraded room.

In fact, it is just 5 minutes from the Hermitage & Revolution Square.. not too mention Nevsky Prospect. Staff was great and the breakfast buffet was at a restaurant that my friends and I have visited numerous times during our many trips to St Petersburg. Bonus ! Yes you will enjoy this Hotel. - Verified traveler (6/5): Great Location, but lots of stairs & no elevator - Fantastic location 5 mins to Hermitage. One of best locations in STP. Staff was very friendly and room was clean. Breakfast was pretty good. No laundry service. However, reception is on 3rd floor and my room was on 5th. There are NO elevators and my room had no a/c. If you are older or not in good shape, getting luggage to room can be an issue. The provided floor fan had no screws so I had to lash it to the desk to keep from falling over. For young people, price is right and location is great. For older people, be ready to trudge up and down stairs. If you cannot make 5 flights, look elsewhere.
- Arend (8/5): Goed gelegen, maar bescheiden - Zeer goed gelegen, maar eenvoudig hotel. Receptie en kamers beginnen pas op 2e verdieping, zonder lift, en met zware bagage. Behulpzaam personeel, alleen vreemd dat je de kosten voor de visumhulp onmiddellijk bij aankomst apart moet betalen, kwam niet erg vriendelijk over. Ontbijt drie huizen verder, redelijk, maar te weinig brood.

Все исправно-холодильник, сантехника. ТВ , фен и пр. Вид из окна на мерцающие звезды-новогодние украшения -замечательный. Удобно добиратьсям-метро, троллейбус. А главное - минута до Дворцовой площади! Завтраки приличные. То, что выходить на улицу. не так напрягает, но все-таки это минус.

- PUI YEE (2/5): Not even qualified to be a hotel - It is not a hotel, 1000 % sure not. It has rooms in different broken apartments, and they call themselves a hotel??? No lift, no mangement, no service provided, no staff to help! you have to carry your luggages going up to the reception on the third floor, and then carry your luggages again back to your floor. I had experience carrying my luggages up and down the building and then go to another building again up and down 4 times to open the door of my room. You know why? It's because the keys given to me were not working, and the staff was refusing to show you the way to the room which was far away from the reception (7 minutes walk with 3-4 gates and some keys to open). You know that was nine o'clock at night, i could only get into my room with the help of a Russian passer-by, but that was already eleven o'clock. I cannot imagine if it's winter time in Russia. You better judge by yourself! I was asked to pay the immgration fee, but could only get my recipt after chasing and arguing with the staff many times. This is what they call a hotel?

- Verified traveler (8/5): Location was key. - Great location, one block away from the metro admiralty. Bell boy helped carry bags up the three flights of staircases. Reception surprised me with the registration fee required by the Russian government otherwise, check in was standard. Rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet next door was acceptable. I would recommend this hotel for the great location and travelling.
