Apartment was very clean and comfortable and the beds were so good. The parking was very tight but it did the job. On the up side, we were given an extra car space for the second car for which we were grateful.

• sidonia (6/5): Rude staff and unhygienic rooms - Great location amazing view and it was fairly spacious I had a really disappointing experience staying here. From the moment we arrived, things weren’t up to standard. The room was not clean — there was sand all over the floors, and the beds hadn’t even been made. We were expected to put the doona covers on ourselves, which is honestly not acceptable considering the amount we paid. To make matters worse, staff called multiple times about it but never offered to come and fix it themselves. Parking was also very unclear. There were no proper instructions about where to park, which made the whole arrival process stressful and confusing. The worst part of the stay was the service, particularly at check-out. The staff member we dealt with was quite rude, which left a really negative final impression. Good customer service goes a long way, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again. Between the cleanliness issues, lack of clear communication, and poor customer service, it just wasn’t worth the money.
• Barbara (8/5): Beautiful location with the most stunning views - Absolute best location. Sleeping with the doors open and listening to the sea at night is just the best. Comfy couch and nice big TV. No need to drive anywhere either! Make sure to take your own salt, pepper and cooking oil. The sheets are polyester cotton blend which is okay when the weather is cooler but certainly not in summer when there is no aircon.

• Mark (8/5): - The view in apartment 33 is beyond fantastic. The apartment is small but nicely renovated. The only impediment was that this apartment does not have air conditioning. The first night was muggy and we all suffered and sweated excessively and did not sleep very well. The next 3 nights with cooler weather were great. Just realise this place was probably the first flash apartment at Burleigh to be built in 1954 to 1960 and so realise before you come here that the building is old. If you don't enjoy waves smashing into the break all night and noise bothers, you don't stay here. For me that continuous sound helped me sleep. We loved it. No air con

• Alexandra (9/5): Incredible view! - The view! Unparalleled! Easy to get to and in walking distance to everything you need in Burleigh Heads. Rooms are nice and the bed was comfortable. We thought that 2 toilet rolls wasn't enough and didn't like that we couldn't ask for more and we're expected to stock up ourselves. For the price of the apartment, we thought that 2 toilet rolls for three nights was not enough. The door lock is a bit tricky. The building lift is very slow. Small things to worry about but all make a difference.

Lift was broken and it made our stay on the 6th floor a bit sweaty. There is no air condition but the sea wind kept the apartment chill enough.

• Julian (4/5): Disappointing - The view and location was fantastic! We booked our family holiday with the intention to be able to cook our meals in the apartment. Unfortunately, the oven broke half way through cooking dinner on the first night! We are very upset that we lost all of our monies worth for food and also had to then purchase dinner both nights (which we had not budgeted for). Really disappointed as we would not have booked this unit if we had known there was no oven available.

• A (3/5): Nice location but the property was terrible. The rooms were dated and the noise coming from construction on site was unb - Location Construction noise coming from the room directly above. It started early in the morning and went until late in the afternoon. It completely ruined our stay. We booked the room because of the facilities such as washer/dryer. The dryer didn’t work and it wasn’t fixed or replaced. The worst part though was the noise. We chose this property because it was situated away from the light rail works. The noise coming from the floor above was louder and far more disruptive. My son was sick and couldn’t rest. I had to work from the room, with my senior executive complaining they couldn’t hear me duringTeams meetings. It was unethical that management took our money, yet failed to tell us about the works prior to our stay, leaving us with no choice but to suck it up.

• Tracey (8/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay. The unit was comfortable and we loved the location views and breezes. The after hours acces - The great views . The very tight car parking spaces, no fans or airconditioning. Luckily the sea breezes were enough to keep the unit cool however if the storms had been worse the doors would have had to be closed meaning there would have been no air flow. Shower also was not clean. There was black hair and black mildewy stuff around the base that I washed away on first use of shower. The bedside tables and wall above concertina door in bedroom were quite dusty.

• Melanie (4/5): - Next door to Burleigh Heads National Park and lovely short walks. Not particularly comfortable (bed, lounge) or clean. We booked a standard two room apartment and were allocated unit 3, which is one level above the lowest level. The carpark across the road was very busy almost all day and we didn't enjoy the noise and constant movement as part of our view from the balcony - pretty distracting. There was a light on overnight that lights the lawn areas of the units at ground level and this shone through the vertical blinds in our bedroom (no air-conditioning or screens on the sliding doors to the balcony, so ceiling fan used overnight for comfort). Although laundry facilities included in the room type listing, our unit's laundry had been converted to a small third bedroom and did not have a washing machine or tumble dryer. We wouldn't choose to stay here again.

• Renee (10/5): A beautifully renovated stay with breathtaking views, warm hospitality, and the perfect mix of relax - From the moment we connected with management, communication was warm, responsive, and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble; if they could assist, they did. The unit itself has been beautifully renovated, and the view takes your breath away the second you step through the door. Absolutely stunning. The balcony was the perfect spot to sit back and watch for whales, a truly memorable experience. The location couldn’t be better, with great restaurants, coffee spots, James Street, and the beach all within walking distance. There are a lot of roadworks in the area at the moment, so allow extra travel time. That said, a stroll down to Burleigh Beach will have you picking up a Lime bike in no time, a fun way to explore the area. Only fault was, the internet wasn't great, but I was with Telstra personally, and there seemed to be issues all weekend, so may have been to do with that.
• Carol (8/5): Within walking distance to everything you need - pubs - restaurants- supermarket- beaches - walking tracks and amazing v - The views were amazing - we booked the deluxe unit however were given a standard unit - this unit could do with some updates however you just can’t get past the amazing views from this unit ! And the sound of the ocean was just so relaxing. We even saw whales from the balcony ! Outdated bathroom.

• Rachel (5/5): Day time - perfect. Night time - difficult - The view and the location were incredible The rooms are older but the worst thing was the exterior lights impacting the bedrooms at night time. It was like having spotlight shining into the room with poor blinds to cover it
• Morris (10/5): Really can’t fault it it was beautiful. My family loved it and we will book this place again. - So close to the beach,central to everything we needed. The view was sensational. The car park is extremely tight but manageable. But really happy to have a secure car park really. Nothing to do with the property, but the current road m/light rail works I. The area are chaos. But honestly, loved the area.

• eloise (8/5): - Amazing view and location, really friendly staff! The shower was very dirty it had grime and build up that looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. The blankets had stains on them. Would definitely recommend bringing your own pillows and blankets for the stay. The overall cleanliness of the place was a bit of a let down
