We loved being close and could walk to get our morning coffee. Close to all facilities and able to walk to each event. Loved sitting on the verandah watching the waves. There a no complaints at all.

Clean and well stocked . 10/10 would recommend Woken up early 5/6 am everyday by activity on street, Bin collectors , street cleaners - it's just a shame but comes with location I guess.
