Keren Or (3/5): מאכזבת. לא נחזור לשם. - לצערי חווינו עגמת נפש עם המלון. החליפו לנו 2 חדרים בפחות מ 12 שעות. התאכזבנו מאד. חוץ מהפסל המרשים של גודזילה שמשקיף על כל העיר ואסור להתקרב אליו וחוץ מהמיקום המרכזי של המלון אין לי שום דבר חיובי לומר לצערי.

Location is not too far from shinjuku station which is good and bad because it's the busiest one in the world. Located in very crowded area. Giant godzilla is very cool. The lounge was very expensive and had no actual food. Main reason for picking this hotel was because the godzilla statue and godzilla theme on 30th floor. You can't sit on the terrace near the statue which I was under impression you could. Theme in hallways was cool but minimal in the actual room.

S rodinou a mensimi detmi bych vybral asi jinou lokalitu, ale my jako mlady par jsme byli spokojeni. Pokoj velikostne akorat, je mensi, ale bohate nam stacil na 5 noci, ktere jsme zde stravili. Za tohle hotel nijak nemuze, ale myslel jsem si, ze cernossti nahaneci a prodejci drog jsou typicke pouze pro evropska mesta, bohuzel je to stejne i v Tokiu. Jako vzdy jsou otravni, takze si nekolikrat za vecer vyslechnete - cau kamo odkud jsi, jak se mas a podobne kecy, staci je ignorovat a jit dal, ale v tomhle me oblast trosku zklamala.

althea (4/5): Would never stay here again toom - Property was in an amazing slot, staff were excellent however room was so small.. could not even fit our luggage and wasted on bathroom with bathtub. Would not recommend anyone as it is worse then a shed we have in Australia and the window is as so small it was suffocating!

Patrick (7/5): Nice Hotel, Lobby and Godzilla head, thats it, no more Godzilla details, bad breakfast - Location in Shinjuku, what an experience, especially when you see Godzilla the first time when you arrive, and when you enter the first time the lobby, what a treat for Godzilla fans like me. Zero Godzilla details on our 18th floor or in our room! Zero! the lobby is great (terrace with the Godzilla head is permanently closed), and I understand that the last two floors are the ones with the Godzilla special rooms. But nothing on the other floors and rooms??? Not asking for much, but in our room was a huge empty wall, just go and buy some frames and print different Godzilla scenes and hang them in the rooms. or just make more of these pillow covers with godzilla on it, for the decorative bed pillows! buy some black Godzilla window/ mirror stickers and stick them in the corners. Some small Godzilla details in the rooms would have changed everything! And the breakfast was the worst, just western food, scrambled eggs, bacon, bread, tacos! After 3 weeks in Japan, every day eating the most incredible Japanese breakfast, this was a huge disappointment, especially for the price! after two breakfast we decided to skip it and eat breakfast somewhere else!

Marcel (9/5): Point central de ce quartier totalement fou de Shinjuku. - Au centre du centre de Shinjuku. Les chambres sont petites mais confortables. La salle de bain est agréable. Un lavomatique bien pratique. Godzilla nous protège !! Un petit peu à l’étroit dans la chambre surtout à la fin du séjour quand il faut faire les bagages ..

Plascencia (7/5): Top floor Godzilla room didn’t have much of a Godzilla theme in the room other than a couple of littler details such as - Locations is great, clean rooms Their laundry facilities are very small and left my clothes in poor condition. Washer and dryers did not have settings, so it washed hot and dried hot damaging clothing I had just purchased.
Nicholas (10/5): Would recommend to anyone Godzilla fan or not. - As huge Godzilla fans, the Hotel Gracery was a phenmenal experience. We were greeted by a giant towering Godzilla and was surrounded by Godzilla as soon as we arrived at the lobby. The hotel is located in the heart of Kabukicho and near Shinjuku station and was a prime location for getting around Tokyo. The room was clean and the staff service was great. Make sure to enjoy the Godzilla coffee they offer at the lounge and the Seven Eleven located conveniently downstairs. Room was smaller than anticipated, but the room amenities including bathroom and bed was superb.

Lee (9/5): Brilliant stay - Highly recommend - Fantastic central location, great size rooms and friendly staff. Would deffo stay here again The carpet wasn't the cleanest (although, once I asked a cleaner to vaccumn it was sorted) and its a shame the godzilla viewing platform was closed but overall cant really complain!

Anthony Gondo (7/5): - Room quite spacious, location near crowd, easy to find food and minimarkets. They didn't provide water bottle in the room, they provide water jug instead. Although the location near crowded area, it takes sometimes to get to the station.

Greyrose (9/5): Great for Godzilla fans - once in a lifetime. - Hotel Gracery is right in the middle of the action of Shinjuku. It has the extra hype of having a view of Godzilla's head from your room and that is probably a once off experience. The rooms are tiny with the bed against the wall. No room service unless requested. The hotel forgot to give us our special lounge upgrade pass on our first couple of day The hotel forgot to give us our special lounge upgrade pass on our first couple of days and did not reimburse us for our the one we paid for. The upgrade was free drinks and food in the lounge - a big deal as it was $18 per beer and $27 for a wine. The bar snacks were delicious. I did lose a bracelet in the room, which could not be located on checkout.

Mariano (9/5): Muy, muy recomendable. - La amabilidad del personal, el desayuno es increíble (muy completo y variado), la ubicación es estratégica (cerca de la estación Shinjuku) que es un punto de conexión a todo, el servicio de envío de equipaje. Si tuviese que nombrar algo, sería la zona... el hotel está en plena zona de la movida joven, por la noche es bastante ruidosa y sucia (algo inusual en Japón). Pero esto solo se aprecia al salir. Dentro del hotel no se escucha nada de ese ruido ya que las habitaciones están en pisos altos.

Kristof Mulier (8/5): Good Hotel - The breakfast is really great, although a bit expensive. The room is clean and comfy, but rather small. The location is good during the day: close to the Lumine shopping malls, everything you need close by, Taxis ready 24/7. At night, the location isn't so good. It seems to be the partying hotspot of Tokyo - not my thing. I don't like the check-in machines, because I prefer human contact while checking in. Although I must say they helped us deal with the machine while we checked in. That's appreciated.

Rhys (4/5): Biggest accommodation disappointment in Japan - Not much Our room with lounge pass was tiny compared to other one without pass. Toilet doesn't work properly. Location was more sketchy than the Brazilian fravelas. Even with lounge pass got very poor service. Would not recommend.

Juliana (8/5): Great location, great hotel, just be mindful the type of room you choose, make sure it’s big enough. - Fantastic location, in the heart of Shinjuku. Great lobby and seating area. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. The standard double room is teeny tiny. Would definitely get the twin room next time.
