- juan manuel (2/5): Alacranes en las habitaciones - Una pecima experiencia me salieron dos alacranes uno dentro de mi habitación y otro más en la área recreativa a un costado de la alberca se le notificó ala recepción y solamente dijo que era por las obras a espaldas del hotel créanme que no vulvo a ir a este hotel, siempre estuvimos subiendo zapatos ropa sobre los muebles con temor a que estuvieran dentro d elo mismo, nada recomendado este hotel

- Blanca Violeta (10/5): - Muy buen servicio y atención, nuestro check in era a las 3pm llegamos a las 11:00 AM y nos permitieron estar en la estancia para esperar, incluso nos dejaron entrar mucho antes a nuestra habitación. Todo muy limpio, la alberca a temperatura agradable, te prestan toallas para uso de la alberca. Las habitaciones con todo lo adecuado para tener buena estancia, fuimos de plan de trabajo y la red wifi muy bien, juntas en video llamadas conectadas en laptop casi todo el día y sin falla y con buena velocidad. Tienen cocinera y utensilios que te ayudan para preparar de comer. Todo excelente.

- Bev (10/5): It is a great place to stay I would recommend it. - The property was clean and quiet and accommodating. I liked the low maintenance landscaping as then there were no insects to deal with. Absolutely nothing.

Nice pool and a large covered common area when you want to be out of the sun. Out of the hustle and bustle, a short walk to the beach, local restaurants and convenience stores nearby and buses to the Zona Dorada and Centro Histórico. 2nd time we've stayed the Marena, and we'll be back .

- Arnold (5/5): Disappointed - Location Stayed there for the last 10 years on our way through to other parts of Mexico We have seen the building detoriate. Virtually no maintenance in room 103. The walls were all marked up needs painting. The patio door locks were rusted out & could not be locked. The plumbing taps were all loose & hardly attached. The staff were great & moved us to another room. Much better but still lacking maintenance. We loved this hotel for many years & have sent people there. It looks like the ownership has let it detoriate. I was also surprised it was not full. Very disappointed this time

Adults drinking talking loud untill 5 o clock in the morning just 30 yards from my doors. If property could control noise it would be good place to stay. Very bad if you think you are going to have relaxing night or any part of a day.

- DAVID (10/5): - This was just a one night stopover on a drive to the USA, but I would definitely stay here again. Nice layout of the apartment, and great air conditioning. Big balcony was nice for lounging. Very comfortable beds, and super quiet at night, so we slept like babies. The staff are all friendly and helpful.

- Claudette (8/5): - Marena is a very clean place! The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The pool was perfect. The rooms are perfect except that even though we did not have a kitchenette, a small fridge to keep our water and beverages would have been much appreciated. We were there for 10 days and drinking warm water/beverages is not good. Another thing is that when we arrived we were told it was a no smoking place but what we didn’t like is we were in room 218 and on the floor below us was a smoking area and the smoke would reach up to our balcony. As we don’t smoke, we really did not like that. They did provide us with a coffee maker two days after we arrived which was very much appreciated instead of going to the local OXXO every morning.

- Brenda M (10/5): - This property is fabulous. We had a suite this time but have also stayed in a room. We liked having a fridge and place to cook breakfast. Pool was great. Nice location. Would be nice if parking was more secure but we parked right outside the office with no problem. Had stuff in the car. Very modern and spacious. Nice sitting areas outside. Very quiet when we were there in late October. Might fill up on weekends with buses if people. Nice overnight stay on our way south. Can easily walk to the Main Street and grab a cab to the malecon area. Also nice restaurants within several blocks. It is located on the south end of Mazatlan in the beaches area. A couple blocks from the ocean. Have stayed twice now and would again. Good price for what you get.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Clean and friendly place in Mazatlan - Excellent location within walking distance to beach and many eateries, shops, convenience stores, 24-hour urgent care (approved travel COVID testing), and car rental locations all right down the block and around the corner. All this yet far enough away from the main boulevard’s noise and traffic. Very clean property and helpful staff.
