L’hôtel est très bien situé, à 10 minutes à pied de Battery Point et Salamanca Place ou du Centre Ville.
Enfin, il y a un parking. Nous n’avions pas de vue pour profiter du paysage extérieur. On aurait aimé ne pas avoir un mur juste en face de notre fenêtre.

Walking distance to everything we wanted to do while in Hobart . We stayed for 5 nights , we would liked to have our room made up during our stay but that’s only done after 7 nights . We could get fresh towels as needed and extra tea and coffee if needed .

Loved the picture window in the room overlooking the city and the water. Also loved the washing machine. Had a problem with the dryer, it didn't dry the clothes, was going to mention at checkout but we left early.

It was very spacious and clean with paid parking underneath the building. The bed was very comfortable and the washer/dryer was a bonus. Unfortunately the 'great' location came with a lot of traffic noise. Ear plugs were essential to sleep as the traffic started at 4.30am. The kitchen only had a convection/microwave oven which was very limiting in terms of the meals that could be prepared. There wasn't any microwave safe cookware and only one wineglass, The unit was let down by the lack of 'equipment' in the kitchen.

- Sue (9/5): The staff are very helpful esp Colleen. The room was big with a loungeroom too, highly recommend! - I didn't realise we had to prepay for parking. I highly recommend that you do prepay for parking as there is no free parking on the streets, it is all metered. Luckily for me they had a parking spot open up but it is limited parking at the Mantra.
The hotel is opposite a beautiful park, about 5 minutes from Salamenca and 12 minutes from the wharves. It is a great location! Nothing, I liked everything.

Good to have a kitchen with crockery, microwave etc so we could eat in if needed. We were in a room facing the empty lot which wasn't very picturesque but we could see a corner of the harbour and a lovely sunrise. The temperature of the room seemed to get overly warm during the night.

We paid a bit more than we usually would but that may have been due to a long weekend and lower availability due to booking last minute. Limited parking spaces.
- Robyn (8/5): We had a lovely time in Hobart, and the apartment was a great base. - Location, spacious apartment - felt very luxurious. Great little kitchen if you want to self cater. Not a single pot or pan in the kitchen - why?

- Corney (7/5): - Easy to get to. Allowed a late check in and a late check out. Very quiet 🙂 The furnishings need attention. Cushions on couches in both rooms (we stayed two nights at each end of our trip) were worn and looked grubby.
- Cathy (8/5): Good apartment in good position. - Location, size, facilities No window openings. One Airconditioner in the lounge area only so bedroom was stuffy with no fresh air

- Helen (9/5): comfortable stay & love the location - The receptionist was very friendly and very helpful when we had any questions. We were there 6 nights and the apartment had everything we needed plus Iron , washing machine,dryer. We love the location , walked through park over the road , which took us to the wharf, cruises, cafes, a general store & Salamander markets. Could do leisurely walks to museum, city shops. Cant think of anything.

- Eugenio (7/5): Well located but no apartment - Very well located, nice staff, clean and tidy It is offered as an apartment however it is not possible to cook as there is no heat source (only a microwave/grill). One of the bedrooms has no privacy. We were not able to solve our problem as there is no 24hrs service.

- Jane (9/5): - The young lady at reception was delightful and couldn't be more helpful. Our cases were put back in our room after our return from 3 capes hike and washing machine a blessing.
