• Melinda (7/5): - Was in a good location, staff was lovely and helpful. Very large layout, plenty of space, full size fridge. For me, which is always a personal preference was the beds were very firm, so wasn't a comfortable night sleep for me as I like a softer bed.

Reception area was confined and uninviting. - Recommend to provide information in the room on a good place for breakfast within walking distance. The kettle in room 31 needs a replacement. ( black inside) Smell of perfume, spray, air freshener in the room was over powering. (Requested in advance to avoid spraying the room)

We phoned for assistance with the television and someone came over immediately and helped us. Everything about the apartment was great - if you were travelling with children it would be awesome as there is so much room!! Everything was perfect.

• Kay (8/5): - The property was clean and provisions were adequate Reception was unattended at 2:30pm on Sunday afternoon. The sign on the door said reception hours are 2pm to 7pm. I phoned the provided number and got the answering machine. I then felt stranded and was panicking and thought I would have to go to another motel having already paid at this one. I knocked loudly on the door with the Private sign and the manager came to the door telling me that it was private and there is a bell to ring. When I checked I saw that, to me, the bell wasn't obvious. I wasn't looking for a bell, I was looking for a person. He checked me in and I was relieved to get into my room after driving for five hours in heavy and torrential rain. I am 80 years old. It was traumatic trying to check in. The studio apartment met all my expectations.

Air conditioning in every bedroom was also good. Very comfortable venue. Ground floor was very suitable for all of our older and disabled friends. We have already booked it for next year. So close to everything Not easy to find, did a block tour a few times.

The 4 Bedrooms were in a separate part of the apartment away from the main areas. Beds and pillows were so comfy. Air conditioning and fans in all rooms making it a very comfortable stay from the heat. Swimming pool close by and under cover. All facilities Excellent. Walking to several restaurants nearby. There was nothing to dislike.
• Maria (9/5): Clean accommodation, very pleasant & helpful staff - Had our own breakfast, but did have problems with the front door lock. Made reception aware of problem & they attended to us immediately & were going to get locksmith in to fix the lock. Toilet was very low - perhaps a rail nearby to assist in getting up. My husband had knee problem & found it difficult. Everything else very clean & tidy & all our creature comforts were met -thank you
