Staff was very friendly and helpful.. breakfast buffet had good choices. Rooms were small for five people. Privacy door to bathroom could be improved.

• Tymekia (4/5): Never again will I stay at this hotel! - Nothing The toilet would no flush and had to be fixed the first 10 minutes upon getting my room. Next, the Wallpaper was coming off the walls in bathroom and pictures in bathroom had water stains. No parking which costed me $219.43 for total for three days to park. Bad scenery was on the ninth floor facing an alley way and another buildings. Totally not worth staying at for the price. Never again!

• Mandisa (7/5): Pleasant stay. - Staff was friendly and our stay was pleasant. Towel requests were unfulfilled; shower head water pressure was uncomfortable, and soap rack was broken upon arrival.

• Stephanie (8/5): Was a nice place to stop overnight with kids on way home from vacation. - The location. So close to all we wanted to see. Slow service of valet when checking out. Delayed start of our day and almost late to attraction. Would have called ahead to say we were checking out and needed car but only told about it when going down for check out and asked if we did. Would have if it had been told at check in.

• Natasha (5/5): Trying to Find the Silver Lining - Convenient to Subway We checked in and found out that they didn’t have any double rooms available like we booked. We had a king size bed only so our 17 year old had to sleep on the floor. It cost us an additional 75 dollars to get a mattress topper door dashed to the hotel.

• Leticia (10/5): When we left, it was open early morning and there was nice people who told us they couldn’t wait to see us back. We defi - Super beautiful experience. My daughter loved the revolving door and everyone was super nice. Highly recommend to stay here to be near the historic buildings of DC. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Sounds from the hallway can be heard from inside the room. Bedsheets had the slightest stains on them.

Minus the toilet issue I would definitely come back! - Great location and I LOVED the staff My toilet wouldn’t flush when I got there and then then maintenance came to fix it and the toilet worked for 5 minutes then wouldn’t flush all night and I wound up sick all night so it wasn’t fun lol

• olga (10/5): Best location. There is only one advantage - Staff was friendly, room is clean, but too small. There are no bathrobes and bath slippers at the room and at the hotel. Bath accessories is modest. Water at front desk cost $7 per bottle. Breakfast is very poor. We tried only once. But cheap)

• Tammy (8/5): I would stay again. - I liked the staff Mr. Eddie and Mike. They went out of their way to be helpful, kind and exceeded my expectations. Mr. Eddie and Mike made my stay better. They are why I would stay there again! All of the staff except 2 people were so friendly and helpful. I couldn't be happier with the staff except the two people who were there when I checked out. There was a flood and the smell when it was drying came through the vents in our room. It was a bad smell and made my allergies and breathing bad. I mentioned it to the person when I checked out and she ignored it. She didn't even ask how my stay was. I told her about the smell and she ignored me. I feel I should have been compensated something for the trouble.
