- GERALD (10/5): Comfortable and Clean Rooms, Convenient - This was my second time at Citadines Intime City Hangzhou. The room is clear and comfortable, with simple cooking facilities. Location is right next to Intimen City where you can shop and have your meals

- Ebba (10/5): Luxury and fresh hotel - The stay at the hotel was a great experience. I stayed at the hotel for three weeks. The room was very nice, clean and modern. The employees was friendly, helpful and their English was okay. The gym and breakfast was also good, but I missed some healthy alternatives as unsweeted yoghurt or more bread options.

A little difficult to locate since I arrived late at night. Hotel is part of a huge shopping Mall. I walked around the mall during the day almost empty but it alive on weekend. Bad point is the location. No train station and taxi. need frontdesk to help call for taxi booking. The room price included only one breakfast which I think I would prefer doing without with a cheaper room rate. Breakfast per pax about USD10 I think

Good choice if you are in business trip, but a little away from famous sightseeing area, not too convenient to go if you want to select local bus/bicycle.

- Bo (8/5): Nice and clean hotel room but poor breakfast. - Overall it was a nice stay and the helpful counter staff upgraded the room for us after we complained. However there were some issues about the information provided by Hotel.com. Firstly, not every room has deep-soaking bathtub, the description about the room should be specific. Secondly, the hotel only provided one person breakfast and we had to pay 60 RMB for another person, which was not indicated. Last but not least, it was not easy to get taxi in Hangzhou, luckily the counter staff called taxi for us.
- KIHONG (8/5): - 가장좋은건 편의점이 호텔 바로 옆에 있다는거.. 물론 많지는 않지만 한국제품들이 좀 있었습니다. 위치는 좋았지만, 택시가 호텔앞까지 바래다 주지 않고, 큰쇼핑몰 앞에 내려다주었습니다. 처음엔 좀 당황했습니다. 건물이 새거라 객실은 깔끔 하고 좋았지만, 물청소를 하지 않는지 지난번 손님이 엎지른 물자국이 남아있어서 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 호텔 프론트는 제한적으로 영어사용을 하였습니다. 모든 직원이 영어를 할 수 있는 것은 아니었습니다.
